Just your everyday Panda Express! Orange Chicken & Veggie Fried Rice are my go-to's. I appreciate that the kitchen is open and visible to the guests. Orange Chicken and Fried Rice are their most popular items, so fresh batches are made regularly.

The fact that a small box of chicken is $4 is truly hilarious considering it has FIVE, yes FIVE, pieces of chicken in it. I just wanted a light snack so I got a small but come on. Besides that the chicken was good and it was quick.

-- As of January 25 I'd like to update my review. With an update on this review I am also changing my previous two star ranking. I'm changing to now a five star ranking and here's why? After I posted the previous review management reached out to me. There was a discussion etc then they retrieved my information- Management also followed up with per our discussion by sending me a letter and a guest promotional gift card to use on a second visit- I feel that when a company reaches out to a customer/consumer to correct a bad experience it says a lot about the company. Companies know that customer service + customer experience goes hand in hand. I appreciate you for reaching out. Thank you! ----------------*(old review) I put in the gps to find Chinese food - the gps shows Panda Express- I head to the nearest location- there was no one in line so after ordering at the drive thru I immediately was served-- My order came out quickly but I ate one of my chicken egg rolls after pulling off from the restaurant and it was stale- I order four chicken egg rolls total I took a bit on those all was stale- I couldn't turn back around after already got on the express way heading toward home. On that same visit I also ordered grilled teriyaki chicken and fried rice -the teriyaki chicken was okay- paid roughly $17 for all Note: if the cashier would've said I have egg rolls that's been sitting or if you'd like fresh hot egg rolls it would be a wait of (whatever time10,15m) I would've gladly waited for fresh hot egg rolls. Having the option makes a world of difference.

Heard about the new Beyond Orange Chicken and just had to try it out. I haven't been to panda express in years so I didn't know if the policy changed, but the girl wouldn't give me a sample so I was suckered into just ordering it. it's basically a beyond chicken nugget with orange sauce. I was expecting some more texture, less nugget more chicken. I've had the beyond nuggets before and these were overcooked and very rubbery. the shrimp was also overcooked. then the lady doing my order was very rude, I get it's the end of your shift, you've prob been there most of the day, but you don't need to be snarky. and I'm fine if you barley acknowledge my presence but just don't be. in the end if I just sampled it I prob wouldn't have eaten here. most chains just haven't tasted good in a bit. ngl I would still buy some orange chicken sauce, make some seitan, and have my own lil vegan orange chicken

Still the 2nd worst Panda Express in the USA. If you're close to the closing time that you just updated a "few days ago" on Yelp and it's actually not for another 2 hrs... don't tell me you don't have rice or orange chicken because you're not cooking any more. Just close your store.

Worst location in Memphis... this isn't the first time I've had this issue here. Since covid you can only order at the drive through which I hate because then this happens. I ordered a medium side of chow mien and got a medium side of cabbage instead.. barely any noodles in the "chow mein" I received. Why would you serve this to a customer??

Garbage cans overflowing, no lids for cups, greasy chow mein and server was rude and stingy. I should've taken a picture of my food. The Shanghai steak and chow mein bowl was less than half full. We paid $40 for four people and not worth it.

Please save your money. The food here is garbage. Well, the green beans are good but everything else is garbage. Had the black pepper chicken, green bean chicken and chow mien. I could have drove a litter further and picked up a bag meal from Walmart. Too bad I can't give negative stars. read more

There is nothing "express" about this location. You might as well hit up one of the Chinese buffets. By the time you're finished and suffering miserably is about the same amount of time it takes to get your food in the driveway. read more

So frustrating trying to order food here. I thought I could minimize my wait time by ordering online. 35 minutes later I was still waiting with half my food packaged and getting cold and the other food still being cooked. While packing my food they stopped to serve people in line and ran out of fried rice so I had to wait longer. I finally got my food 45 minutes after placing my order online. It wasn't even a busy time - mid afternoon. I won't be back. read more

I was craving some oriental food but didn't have much time so I stopped in here. You order from a buffet line which I don't enjoy. The food was tasty but not the best Chinese I have had. The temperature of the food could be a little hotter but the selection of dishes was very good. I enjoyed my Linux and was in and out in 20 minutes. I'll try them again for a quick lunch. read more

I have been to this Panda Express twice, both times I've sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, and I'm not exaggerating. The first time I did I was ok with it, because, hey sometimes it happens and there's a wait. I couldn't drive off either because the way they have it built I was forced to wait or drive over a curb in my car. I went again yesterday and sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. To top it off the chow mein they gave me was beyond awful. The spring rolls were cold and I didn't receive any sweet and sour with them, nor did I get any soy sauce. After waiting for so long I thought I would at least have a decent meal, but that was not the case. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

One word... "PANDA-MONIUM"!!! Nobody there knows what is going on. Long lines only due to disorganization. Food is just "aight". Maybe I'll check back in a year to see if they've gotten their act together. read more

Panda Express Collierville TN. I went inside to place a to go order. There were at least six ahead of me. They all ordered something and was told it would take about seven minutes they all wanted to wait. My plate was full, finished, ready to go; yet I was told I would have to wait the same seven minutes. I left without the food, why should I have to wait since my plate was finished? I called the restaurant and spoke to two assistant managers and both said that that's the way it is a Panda Express. Is this the way it really is at Panda Express? You have to wait on someone else's food before you can check out? read more

The drive through takes far too long. I once sat in that drive-through for 40 minutes which in turn caused me to be late getting back to work, after which I was subsequently told off by my boss. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Also, I never get crispy orange chicken anymore. It's constantly soggy which is unbelievably disgusting; it just tastes like mush and sugar glaze. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!! This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited. We have them 3 try's!!!!! No more. The food is horrific!!!! The sign says they close at 1030 on Friday but on the three occasions we went through the drive through @ 9:50pm the speaker comes on saying their closed so when we get to the window the manager says we closed u say the sign say 1030 he replies well the kitchen close at 10 so we don't have much!!!!! When I entered the restaurant the line was long and it took a while for the line to move so I thought this must be a good thing. After I got to the counter the workers seem to be unorganized. They made everything seem so hard when all they were doing was putting food in a box. It was 3 people on my ticket and they had to open 2 of our boxes up about 4 times each to make sure we had the correct order. Another person's order got in between our order. I think the black and white workers were trying to use an asian accent because I couldn't understand a thing they were saying. When I got to check-out several workers were asking me at the same time did I want a drink and another was asking me did I want to add any egg rolls. Sorry, but I felt like I was in Chinatown in New York. It was just all too much. Then I realized that was the reason for the long line. I've been to Panda Express before in other cities and have never encountered anything like this. Oh, I almost forgot the main thing....the food was very good. read more

First of all i wanted the half fried rice and half noodles and they said noodles were gonna take 30 minutes to make what the heck is that from a chinese restaurant?? Anyways on to the food. The sign says gourmet chinese food right?? Well i obviously was not expecting mulan bistro or P F changs quality but at least something better than those 5 dollar lunch menu places. Well i was wrong, this place advertises gourmet chinese food and for the same price u can go to a buffet and have the same quality with unlimited options. Bottom line this place is not worth the price u pay. And i really dont understand why its always busy, just tells me some people really have no taste for food. My son (who LOVES Panda Express by the way) and I dined in late Saturday night, and had a great experience as we always do; drove to the other side of town specifically for it! The gentleman that prepared our food was very helpful and patient assisting me with my order; and encouraged me to try the shrimp even though I don't care for all the peppers, etc. mixed in with them. When I tell you Darryl makes the BEST SWETT TEA this side of heaven...it's probably too sweet for the average person but it was PERFECT to me... and he was nice too! read more

A fast food venue where I can load up on tasty veggies. I like the fact you can choose steamed vegetables as a side instead of noodle or rice. The food is all Americanized Chinese, but they are fresh and not bad for the price ($6-7). read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! I wish i could give negative stars. I love the orange chicken, but I never crave it until night time. The first time I head up there. The website for this specific Panda Express says they close at 10:30. I go in at 9:45 and there is no-one in the drive through line so naturally I go through. I wait at the speaker for 10 minutes and no-one answered. I pull up to the window and tap on it. Again no-one answers. I pulled into a parking space and go to the door. There is a group of workers standing in the kitchen on their phones. Someone finally comes to the door after knocking for a few minutes and, extremely irritated, tells me that they are closed. 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE!!! Tonight I go in at 9, and I know they close at 9:30. I see there are only 3 pieces of orange chicken left. I ask her if they can make any more. She tells me that they close at 9:30 and they won't make any more. This is 30 minutes before they are supposed to close, again. I understand wanting to get home, because I worked at sonic and week-nights it would be 10:55 and we closed at 11 and then 12 on weekends and we would still have people coming in 5 minutes before we close, but we always made food up until we closed, and even then sometimes after we were supposed to close. This place has worse evening customer service than Sonic!!!! read more

I'm in the fortunate, or unfortunate position of traveling for work, and eating at various restaurants across the country. I eat at 5 stars and greasy spoons, and I do understand the difference. I've also worked in the restaurant industry during college so I understand what is required to meet a customer's expectations. I'm in Memphis a very limited amount of time, so eating out is still the only economical way for me. Panda Express is conveniently located to my house, I try to eat somewhat in a good manor, so I've given them every chance I can to do a good job. They have consistently made me wait for over 20 minutes (sometimes over 30) in the drive through, so I thought, maybe I should go inside to get better service. I just had my third trip inside, and I have figured out why they are horrible at what they do. They did not have half of what they say they have to offer ready to go. I guess it could be the rude, teenage employees, maybe the lack of management, or maybe an unbelievable fear of food waste. The food waste fear would at least could be a good excuse, I didn't get that impression. If I owned or had a finical interest in this place, I couldn't sleep at night. I hope something changes here, but I guess I'll never know. read more

For this location, they've gone from 5 star reviews to lots of 1s and 2s for a couple of simple reasons. Chief among the issues is the speed of service now - or lack thereof. This restaurant was consistently fast and always accurate with orders in the past. Once again, after leaving a sub par review, I gave them another chance today. By 8:15 in the morning there really shouldn't be a backup of vehicles in both the drive thru order and the line for cars using the app. (BTW, it's totally a roll of the dice which line will be faster - don't depend on it being whichever one you're in!) But yes, one again there was an extended wait in both lines. When we finally got up to the window , we were handed our drinks and the food and we pulled out. It goes against my grain to be 'that guy' who jacks around with his bag and drink without moving the car. Once we got on Germantown my wife finally found straws in our own glovebox after GETTING NONE for our drinks in the bag! (Just once, I'd like to haul one of these clowns at this Chick-fil-A out of the restaurant and make THEM have to keep a full cup without spilling the drink in traffic when THEY are forced to not have a straw) But I digress. It was a simple order. Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a plain biscuit with strawberry jam. Guess what? NO jam in the bag. And yes, strawberry jam was plainly listed on the bag's label. Go back and tell the manager, maybe? RIIIIIGHT. If the manager cared at all, employees would be trained - and expected - to to it mostly right. At this lousy place, you're lucky if you get your order right 50% of the time. Simply put - this location is STILL lousy. Lousy owners (who don't care enough to hire decent managers), lousy managers and lousy employees. NOTE: try calling this joint to complain and you will get gray hair waiting on them to answer the phone. AVOID this place like the plague!!

This says to me they truly care about the customer experience. They displayed the type of concern I had hoped for in the beginning. Mistakes happen, so I'm absolutely open to giving this restaurant another chance. The quick resolution did not go unnoticed. Thanks so much ! I purchased a feast for work on December 23, 2025, which was advertised to feed 8-10 people. I picked up the order around 4:30 p.m. Since I work nights, we didn't open the bags until later. Once everything was laid out, I realized a double order of pulled pork was missing. I called the restaurant at 9:48 p.m. to report the issue. After explaining the situation, the associate who answered placed me on hold, which was concerning since the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. When she returned, I had to explain the issue again before being transferred to a manager. The manager, whose name I unfortunately don't recall, was very kind and attentive. He acknowledged the mistake immediately and stated that he would issue a refund for the missing items. He also collected my personal information and said he would be sending a gift card for the inconvenience. To date, I have received neither the refund nor the gift card, and I haven't received any follow-up from the restaurant. While the food itself was pretty good, the lack of follow-through in customer service makes me hesitant to patronize this business again. For future reference: under-promise and over-deliver.

I didn't have a car so I thought I was going to go hungry tonight. However the employee working the drive thru window helped me out. After hearing I couldn't go drive thru because I didn't have a car he let me place an order anyway. When he gave me my food he introduced himself, invited me back again and thanked me for my order. The smoothie bowl was melted, the fresh juice was pre juiced and poured in to a cup, and the zucchini noodle bowl was just... bleh. In this economy to toss a plate due to undercooked sweet potato and over cooked zucchini noodles as well as lack of flavor is sad, but expected. My advice to this establishment would be; plant based does not mean lack of flavor. Nor does it mean lack of presentation bc my food looked like it was thrown into a box. Very unappealing. Cashew ranch is impressive! Hence my two stars. Would not recommend and won't be coming back.

This is not a well-performing store. Places like this unfortunately just need to go out of business to make room for someone else who knows how to run a restaurant. I won't be returning.

The maple bacon Brussels sprouts were a table favorite...perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. My dad and sister both enjoyed the braised beef, which was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. To finish, we shared the white chocolate bread pudding and it was absolutely delicious. In fact, the table next to us seemed to enjoy theirs just as much. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience with great service, a memorable atmosphere, excellent cocktails and standout dishes. I'd happily return the next time I'm headed downtown.

If I could give a zero I would however last night January 31, 2024 the black boy at the drive-through, stole my husband's card number and ran up our account. The kid is pretty smart because he went to Arkansas to do it, count your days because I am about to have you investigated and sue your ass for everything you got this was the last and ONLY place we used our debit card. He needs to be fire immediately. I have been trying to contact the manager at this location, but no one seems to answer the phone now if I come up there in person it is going to be a very big problem!!!!!!! read more

Look what I found in my meal from PE drive-thru. Yep, you guessed right It's a Needle & Thread! The manager said she has NO Idea how it got there or why it was even in the restaurant. My suspicion is that it was planted by a staff member. I did contact a law firm but they wouldn't pursue the case because I didn't seriously injure myself by biting or swallowing the needle.
