Had to wait an unusually long time for a mobile order that I placed on the app. Not sure what the the hold up was. Went to use the restroom and it was very dirty and didn't seem to be tended to for quite some time. Picture included.

Pro Tip: DON'T EAT HERE Look, I knew it was going to be bad. I did not know it was going to be horrific. I'd never been to Panda Express and felt the need to see what it was all about, even though all the people I know who eat there have absolutely no palates. I can cut you some slack for trying it once, so you can have a personal experience to draw upon when people talk about it, but to go there all the time? To look forward to going there? I don't understand. There are millions of Chinese take out spots scattered around this country, why would you go to Panda Express? My mother insisted that she liked hers. She got the Honey Walnut Shrimp (Large tempura-battered shrimp, wok-tossed in a honey sauce and topped with glazed walnuts) with white rice. I don't know why anyone would order plain white rice, but she was like, "I LOVE sticky rice!!" This wasn't even good sticky rice. She added sweet and sour sauce at the end, which we had to ask for at the counter. My boyfriend got the Beijing Beef (Crispy beef, bell peppers and onions in a sweet-tangy sauce) with fried rice. He said it was the worst fried rice he'd ever had. He and I ended up swapping meals because I absolutely hated mine - Black Pepper Chicken (Marinated chicken, celery and onions in a bold black pepper sauce) WAYYYY too much celery... with "Chow mein" (Stir-fried wheat noodles with onions, celery and cabbage). Seriously toothy noodles, with no flavor unless you mix it with the meat. I also had three measly, tasteless cream cheese rangoons. Such a disappointment!! HATED IT. AVOID.

I was at the end of a roadtrip and I knew this Panda Express was on the way home. I went through the drive-thru, ordered a small Orange Chicken and a small Beef Broccoli with a side of rice. This is only the second time I've used a Panda drive-thru, and I've only been to Panda twice in made 5-6 years? The food was decent. The chicken was a bit too chewy, not so fresh. The Beef Broccoli was great. And the white rice, well, if they messed that up that would have been really tragic. Service was quick and the girl at the window was nice enough to fill up my water bottle when I asked.

Great customer service is the cornerstone of a successful business. Mylane was so nice and friendly. I haven't been to PE in years, so it took me a few extra minutes to decide. The food was nicely presented and the food preparation area was clean. The entrée items were tasty. The sweet fire chicken was very tasty with chuncks of pineapples...my favorite! If they sold bourbon chicken...man o' man would that be a hit. We liked the chicken entrées the best. However, the rice and chow mein was bland and a dry. No deal breakers. We will definitely return and try the vegetables. Ample parking. Located between AAA and Chipotle on Campbell Blvd. We donated money to a charity and the cashier chimed a bell and everyone yelled "thank you." Kudos to Mylane for being patient during our ordering process. Service with a SMILE!

My son and I got sick after we bought lunch here last Sunday. I do love Chinese food but after what happened, I will never eat here again.

It doesn't look like much just like a shack on the side of the road but the food here was delicious. Plenty of parking and right next to a go kart spot. Walk up window with a small outdoor space to sit and eat. Menu is the basics of pit beef and other bbq meats you'd expect. The prices here are very reasonable and the portions are solid. The service here was friendly and welcoming. Ordering was simple enough. I got a turkey and pit beef sandwich and it was soo amazing. The pit beef was juicy and not dry at all, the turkey also well seasoned and juicy. Sandwich was a good size and filled me up. Will definitely be back when I have a pit beef craving and highly recommend especially over that other place down the road .

Such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere! The salmon dish was amazing! I got the sauce on the side and ended up not eating it. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The rice was flavorful and the broccoli was steamed perfectly too. My child got the chicken tenders and fries. Was really happy about the pricing on the kids menu. We've been to restaurants lately where the prices are crazy overpriced for a child. I learned from our server that kids eat free on Saturday with an adult entree. Will definitely be back with the whole family for that perk! If you're not interested in sitting outside, the indoor dining room was really open and nice. The bar seemed to be a very popular section to sit! If I had to find some a needs improvement would be the cleanliness of the restrooms. Definitely could use a deep clean. Overall, really great place to gather with friends, family or even a date night!

They are in business for so many years because they do meat right…read more Had to come here after many trips to Baltimore previously and never eating the holy grail, a PIT BEEF sandwich More than roast beef on a roll. Delicious. Smokey

I travel to Baltimore often for work, and when two completely separate people tell me I need to eat…read moresomewhere, eventually I'm going to listen. In the case of Chaps Pit Beef, I've now listened twice. First, the setting deserves its own star. There's something wonderfully Baltimore about pulling into a place famous across the country for pit beef, sharing the immediate surroundings with a strip club, and knowing you can shop for used tires across the street when you're finished. Add the walls of awards, television appearances, photos and decades of accumulated lore inside and the whole thing feels less like stopping for lunch and more like making a small pilgrimage. And that's part of why I'm struggling with Chaps. I've tried several of the sandwiches across my two visits. I've piled on the raw onions, pickles and sauces. I've ordered too much--which feels both heroic and completely appropriate here--and walked away convinced that Chaps is very good. But I haven't found my five-star Chaps order yet. The pit beef itself is clearly the reason for the pilgrimage, and the condiment station is part of the experience. Beef, raw onion and that horseradish-heavy Tiger Sauce is a combination I could happily keep attacking. But then you look around at the menu and realize you've barely scratched the surface: beef, sausage, corned beef, turkey, enormous combinations of all of the above, gravy fries, homemade sides and sandwiches carrying names and reputations of their own. It's almost overwhelming. That's ultimately why I'm leaving Chaps at four stars--for now. There's a five-star experience hiding here. I can feel it. I'm just not convinced I've ordered it yet. Next visit I'm stripping this thing back before building it up again: pit beef medium-rare, raw onion and Tiger Sauce as the control. Then I'm going in the opposite direction with one of the ridiculous combinations--probably Guy's DDD--and finally giving the gravy fries their proper opportunity. If that unlocks what generations of Baltimoreans and seemingly every food television personality already know, I'll happily come back here and move this to five stars. If after three visits I'm still admiring the institution more than craving the food, maybe it moves the other direction. For now: Chaps is absolutely worth the stop. The food is good, the history is real, and the atmosphere couldn't be manufactured if someone tried. I just haven't cracked the code yet. Four stars, with one more trip pending.
