I ordered at the kiosk and waited almost 15 minutes for my food while it was completely empty. In that time, they called out four orders, the rest were pick-up and drive-thru. My question is why do people in person have to still wait in the drive-thru line for their food? We should have our own line of however many people, not just one big pile of orders. Have one person working on the dine-in orders, and the other on the drive-thru orders. Both get served equally fast. Anyway, that was my only gripe. The food was great as always, like I remember. I got a beef dip and hot dog. The hot dog was significantly better than I remember, but last time I came to Portillo's, it was the downtown location and the hot dog was like mush. This one was snappy like Vienna Beef but I don't think they use Vienna Beef.
