We've ordered from here a couple times. Both delivery and pick up. The restaurant is not open so you can't dine in. I also ask for extra sweet and sour packets and never receive them unless I go to pick up the order and watch them add the packets. When you order online there are spots to add notes and that note always gets ignored. We ordered pineapple beef fried rice and no pineapple was added. Potstickers are hit or miss. Last time they were great. This time the dough was chewy. Egg rolls are usually good but tonight some of the egg roll wrap on the inside didn't seem cooked. There was also a small piece of shrimp in my vegetable egg roll. This could be an issue for someone that has a shellfish allergy read more

I have been going here since 1997. The service (Bruce and Julie) were always so kind an professional. The food was amazing. I hadn't realized Bruce had retired till today, when I picked up my order. The food is still good, but they no longer give you almond cookies or fortune cookies. Imagine getting Chinese food and not at least getting a fortune cookie! I hope that changes. The steak & shrimp fried rice was overly greasy. I did call to let them know about . Two weeks later I went in and asked them to please not to use so much grease again even before I left I checked and it was more greasy than the first time. I told them I could not eat that to make it over or refund my money. They apologize and gave me a refund. Will not go back due to not wanting to deal with any craziness. Listen to your customers when asking for certain things I don't think it should have been to hard for them not to use less grease. read more

The food is really good and the service is great! Placed a pickup order very close to closing time and when I arrived the food was ready for pick up. The woman who took my order was very nice and friendly and the young man who gave me my order was really friendly. I love Gum Wah!!! read more

We tried this place for the first time. I ordered the orange chicken lunch special, which came with fried rice, cookie and a crab rangoon. The chicken is actually very good. It kind of reminds me of a chicken nugget or something, but it was tasty. I enjoyed the fried rice as well. The crab rangoon was ok. My fiancé ordered the pineapple chicken lunch special. They are all excellent, I've never had anything wrong with my entrees or receiving my order properly. I had a previous review but thought it was time to update that review. I was happy then years ago and still happy with ordering there now. How you order is up to you I always call my order in or go in for carry-out. They also have delivery service. Good. But what I ordered was short. Had takeout. One order of orange chicken really large for the price. The chicken was fairly decent chunks of white meat. Good. But the sauce, curiously served in the side in a separate container was plain bad. A sugary syrup with a remote hint of orange. Will not order this ever again. The rest of the order was ok. The egg fuyong was very good and fried rice was actually very good. I will really give it 3.5 stars. Will I go back. Yes I will but they need to fix the orange chicken. I will try something else. This is by far thee worst Chinese food in the area. I ordered 50$ worth of food and everything was bland and and poorly made. I personally had shrimp lo mein and this is what I received. It tastes like chicken noodle soup. The noodles were gummy and there was barely any inside the box. The only sold a size large yet it was still only half filled. The shrimp fried rice was bland as well as the egg foo young. I tried to called and get this resolved and even offered to even just bring everything back cause my family do not like this piss poor slop. The chef or owner was beyond rude and told me maybe I should go to White Castle or McDonald's. I'm beyond disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this to a dog nonetheless a human. Was in town for business and decided to give this spot a try. The large chunks of beef and fresh vegetables the Mongolian beef had made for a good meal. I was not bloated after the meal and I ate more then half the large takeout box. The food wasn't excessive in MSG and it wasn't salty. The crab Rangoon was definitely better then most and a must try. The girl on the phone was so nice, and the delivery driver went the extra mile (literally) to take us our order so we didn't have to go through Doordash. Wonderful service ordering delivery from these guys! This was a trial run for me and my SO, since the place we usually order from 1x a week is temporarily closed, so we were super pumped to hear this place had some great reviews. Some of what we ordered was great, but unfortunately some things were kind of gross. Marinated mushroom appetizer was a good portion and super tasty with plenty of umami and salt. Wonton soup was excellent! Crab rangoon was packed, and I mean PACKED with stuffing which was wonderful, but the dough was super thick and tough which was a let down. They were heavy instead of light and airy. Veggie delight was just okay. Mango smoothie was okay too. Garlic beef was largely inedible though and it was swimming in sauce-- literally. You couldn't even see the beef in its pool of soupy mess, and what was there was not much. Since that's my SO's go-to I'm not sure we'll be ordering again, but that shouldn't keep ya'll from checking it out.
