Next time I know to call in, and use the check in that way. Based on all of the reviews I read, either people love this place or hate this place; there is no in-between. However, with 4 out of 5 stars, more people MUST love this place instead of hating this place. Here is my true, raw experience and quite possibly only visit ever.... After seeing the pictures of the Boneless Spare Ribs and Shrimp Fried Rice, I had to order it. At first, I thought the place was closed. There were no customers inside. On the approach, there were two children (estimated ages 8 and 11) playing in front. No bid deal, right? The older child while on a skateboard decided to stop and block the opening of the front door. I really regret not taking a picture of my meal so I could compare it to the same already pictured here. My boneless spare ribs were overcooked an lacking in sauce. They were dark and not vibrant. There wasn't much excess sauce with the meat. As for the shrimp fried rice I must have bad timing because when everyone else raves about the amount of shrimp, I had to hunt for mine. My beau on the other hand, has some secret rating system. His response to our dinner was "Nope, not ordering from here again." When pressed for more info, he said the consistency of the meat in his General Tso was off - didn't taste right. This is our go-to for Chinese takeout. Delivery is super cheap (less than $2) and everything is reasonably priced. They also deliver very quickly, and the food is steaming hot when gets to you. Their Lo Mien (pork, chicken, and house) is an easy crowd-pleaser. The Pad Thai is legit and always delicious. (I always ask for extra peanuts, and it makes all the difference!) I've never had a bad experience with their Sesame, Honey or Bourbon Chicken dinners. Their Chicken and Snow Peas is always awesome- super juicy white chicken loaded with snow peas and other veggies. Great alternative to the regular fried options. The crab rangoon is good, and the Won Ton soup is my favorite that I've had at any Chinese place in Jax. I wouldn't recommend eating it ... definitely not fancy or a place you want to hang out for an hour. But for delivery, they're totally worth it! read more

Ok so I called in some delivery. I order from here maybe once every two months. But I called I a huge order in last night at the tune of 47.00, and they show up with my order on time. Cool. But the broccoli in one of my combo orders was raw broccoli, umm it needs to be steamed at least a little.
