When you have the handkering and you want it quick and want great service, Panda Express is the best. I love their portion sizes and how fresh all the meat, veggies are at all times. Quite a few items can be a llittle spicy so you want to console with yiur server but it's well worth it. I've eaten here off and on since September of 2019. Most of the time it's been good. But yesterday was downright awful. I got the bottom of the barrel Teriyaki chicken. It had burnt pieces of food in it too. That flat black and crunchy bit when it's burned to the pan. The fried rice was also bad. There were so many crunchy chunks of it, even after stirring. Staff all looks the same too. They used to give me a 10% discount for working inside the Walmart. They stopped doing that. The Dr Pepper was also flat. Even the lemonade from the machine didn't taste right. I also used the restroom while here and the toilet was filled with huge globs of tp, like no one had checked the restroom in awhile. It wasn't very busy when I went either. I'm not sure what happened to this location in the past year, but the hospitality and the quality of food has definitely gone out the window. The pepper chicken was really good but the rice was a bit dry. I asked for sauce for the teriyaki chicken and almost didn't get it. I had to ask a second time and even after asking again they went really light on the teriyaki sauce. I haven't been to a Panda Express in years. That's sad because it's one of my favorite places to eat American Chinese food. This location wasn't busy on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm. That may also be what led to the one issue with my experience. Seems we arrived right before the dinner rush. Two out of the three items in my meal were dried out and hence lacking in flavor. The staff were very friendly, answered my questions, and offered samples. The food looked very good and everything was labeled. I arrived at the store to pick up the food that I ordered and paid for online. The doors were locked but the employees could clearly see me because they watched me as I walked to check both doors. So I knocked on the door to get their attention and the man bought the food that I had ordered to the door. He didn't even confirm the order name, so that let me know that he knew that I was there to pick up my online order. I asked if he saw me and he responded that I was supposed to call and that there is a sign on the door. The sign was not clear because I had already ordered online and I previously ordered online from the Panda Express on Wells road and did not have to call upon arrival and the wording on the sign/website should have stated that. Instead of ignoring me someone should have come to the door to help me because that's what you do when working in customer service. My family and I eat at Panda Express often and I absolutely do not appreciate the way that I was treated at this Panda Express and shall never return. read more

Avoid this location at all cost. Prior to the pandemic this location would have received five stars every order. We have since ordered from this location 3-4 times and EVERY single order has had an issue (missing food, wrong food, order being delivered late). They utilize a delivery service vs their own employees so the delivery driver couldn't care less and when you attempt to call the store either no one answers the phone or they refuse to send another delivery drive to correct their mistakes. Friday night was the last straw...food was a half hour late being delivered and both orders of different style chicken tasted burnt, like it had been cooked in month old oil. The service was pretty slow. We waited for about 5 minutes for the guy at the counter to realize we were there. The food was fairly fresh. The guy at the counter was kind of cheap with the soy sauce. I asked for some and got to packets for two people. I went up and asked for a couple and only got one more. I had to ask a third time to get 4 packets of soy sauce. I did notice them filling online orders, but there was only ONE person at the front and two (maybe three) cooking. Most of the entrees were almost empty. The fist thing I say is "I will need FRESH Kung pao and string beans" which means, according to my step son, that they have to cook the food fresh right then and there.
