We went to Arby's drive thru and ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches. The sandwiches were pretty heavy with lots of meat, but not very much onions and peppers. The sandwiches were very sloppy and the cheese was all over the sandwich wrapping. All in all not to bad but I wouldn't order another one for sure. Seems like Arby's is trying to be a conglomerate of every meat made to man. How about just sticking to Roast Beef Sandwiches, seems like the roast beef sandwich is slipping away too! at least Arby's still got the Curly Fries, oh! Stopped in for lunch today and what I noticed first was the manager, Zev! He is awesome. He was working serving the drive through customers as well as those of us in the dining room. He was so polite and efficient. As I was sitting eating, you could here him talking to the employees, please and thank you was every other word out of this young man's mouth. After they had cleared the drive through, I could hear him telling his staff "nice job guys". That's the kind of manager we should all be so lucky to work for. As for the food, it was delicious and fresh as always. I hate to make it such a short review about that, however Arby's is good food. The dining room had ample social distancing and provided safety for anyone concerned about COVID. Zev is the real reason I wrote this review however. He's an asset to any company he works for. Service was excellent and the reason for the four stars. The guy running the register was polite and quick. They were fairly busy but we weren't in line long. This location is pretty good. Arby's has upped their game. I really like the spicy Philly cheesesteak with curly fries and a root beer. God forbid you ask for straw, The manager at this location will call the swat team on you. Today we visited this Arby's and was shocked when a customer came in holding a small dog into the dinning room. The dog had no collar, no leash, no working dog or emotional dog vest etc. The man ordered his food and sat down at a table, the dog beside him on the bench running up and down the seat. Dog barked several times and when it was time to leave the dog jumped up on the table onto the regular chair and ran across the floor following the owner out. You could only imagine the shock to witness this crazy show. None of the staff noticed a thing. At this point I could not finish my food, I quickly advised the staff of what just happened and told them what the dog did to the seat and run across the table, otherwise it would have went unnoticed. Imagine the unsanitary conditions of the table, chair and bench if another customer would seat there later. I asked the staff and manager how could this happen or serve someone with a dog in the dinning room without questions or concerns for other customers. Their reply is it against company policy to ask someone or even challenge a customer about a dog in the dinning room. Beware of this mindset when it comes to everyones safety by them allowing this to happen. if this is permitted, what else is happening with sanitation and food safety. Arby's on Blanding in Orange Park was a good place to eat, the event today changed my mind and will never return or support this location. I just wanted others to be aware of this business. For the record, my wife and I are dog lovers, we have 4 dogs at home. We never take them into any eating establishment. It is inconsiderate and selfish to impose our pets on others. read more

Their regular roast beef comes with nothing on it - perfect for me and consistently good. They have other sandwiches if you want other ingredients on it. Love the Arby's sauce as well. I thought I would try something different, though, and went with the French dip. When I took it out at my home to eat, there's no au jus. That is the whole purpose of the "dip". That sandwich disappointed because of that. I specifically did not ask for Arby's sauce as I knew (or thought I knew) au jus is included. Our drive-thru order came out wrong, so we walked inside and the issue was resolved in the span of a few minutes with no extra charge or questions asked.
