I LOVE PANDA EXPRESS. This food slaps, the orange chicken is a must have. The lo mein and fried rice are fantasic, I go here all the time. I literally drive 45 minutes just to taste their miracle food. This restaurant is the only thing keeping me alive. Please shop here, I highly recommend it. If your food isn't perfect, don't give up on them. We all have our fair share of imperfect orders. I went to this Panda Express location near the Market street! I remember I stop by this location because I had a jury duty that day! The food was delicious I had ordered a shrimp lo mein and some vegetable egg roll! The service was fast considering it was lunch time! The price was very economical too! positives: clean pleasant interior. negatives: worst managed panda ive been to. management/staffs policy must be to stop making any new food several hours before close. have come by multiple times 1 hr before close to find only a quarter of the food options available, and whats left is dried out and old (see photos from 2 different days). meanwhile the staff is already cleaning kitchen and trying to leave asap. last time I came 8 people in line with only 2-3 entrees available. they didn't even have rice left. if you're going to say you're open try to be professional about it read more

Terrible waste of time. Came in around 8pm and they literally had nothing cooked and ready to eat. The only saving grace was the polite waiter/cashier. This place was understaffed and underwhelming. I think its ridiculous running this location with only 1 person up front because the people in the back were doing absolutely nothing. this is the besttt panda you could go to. it's always fresh since people are coming in and out and they have to keep making new batches. And because of that, the food never has that stale taste to it like other panda expresses that i've tried . Only downside is that it gets super busy with their online orders plus the customers that are waiting in line. read more

I was in line to order. The young woman dished out the food of the customer in front of me - with gloves on - then proceeded to walk to the register to ring up 2 other people. She handled the register, handled cash for 1 person and card for another. Never once removing gloves. After she handled that she walked back over and picked up a food container to dish food. NEVER changing gloves or sanitizing her hands! Is the gloves for my protection or hers! That's unacceptable!! read more

First time ordering from them and, although there were some high points, the low points more than offset them and I will not order from here again. The chicken egg roll were cooked perfectly with not a drop of grease to be found but the inside was soggy. The honey walnut shrimp were excellent in every way. Food is always great and always on point. Did a great location and I just love it. Not much more to say than that. 2nd, and probably last shot at coming here. When they 1 st opened, i almost passed out from disbelief that they did NOT sell Won Tons!! Had and enjoyed the Honey walnut shrimp. Does NOT look like any pictures on the site..but tasted good anyway. 2nd and current time here. Chose the shrimp again, w fried rice. Then....I dared to ask the server for a FEW mushrooms from the beef and mushroom platter. "No.They are NOT ALLOWED to mix up the meals like that!!"Just a COUPLE!!??" "NO. Is that for here or to go?" Woooowww...really?? Mushrooms People!! MUSHROOMS!! So...unfortunately, not only does my plain fried rice taste like it was fried in some kind of nasty fish juice, but to sit at a both, I had to 1st clean it off myself..as there were no people on the floor doing it. If you're getting take out always open it up before you pay for it. A few months ago I got the food, paid and walked out. At home I open it up and see that it's not my food. They gave me someone else's order and I don't even eat any of that stuff. Today, the same thing. I ordered and went home. Once again it's someone else's order and not only that I paid way more for what I originally ordered. So I got the wrong food and it's way too little for the larger ordered I originally paid for. I thought it happens every once in a while and that it won't happen again so I wasn't really thinking about checking my order today at the store. So, In part I am also at fault. I've been screwed once so I should have been aware of not getting screwed today. Am I supposed to take my receipt and go all the way back and get my ordered fixed? waste all that time? So PLEASE CHECK WHAT'S IN THE BOX BEFORE YOU PAY because they don't care. PANDA EXPRESS OWES ME 22 DOLLARS. I'll be waiting right here for word from them about giving me what's owed. read more

Love the walnut cashews. Aramingo ave always has the friendliest staff. The rice can sometimes be a little dry but the orange chicken outweighs that with its flavor. Love the LoMein. Price is always good. read more

Super unimpressed with the manager here. She was incredibly rude when we came with a coupon. She was curt and said that she wouldn't apply it, even though this location isn't marked as an exception. No apologies, and refused to make eye contact while raising her voice. Customer service here is just awful and left our group with a sick feeling. Won't be returning to Panda again. read more

Came into Panda on Market Street shortly after 1pm on Thursday and most of the woks were empty or near empty. They tell you it will be 5 minutes before they are done cooking. The problem is that might be one for one specific item. This is not just a problem with this Panda, it's with most of them. They will tell you this way they keep the food fresh. Have you ever seen Panda dump a full or mostly full wok because it has been sitting there a while. Also if a wok is near empty that is the portion you are getting even though you pay full price. They have been open long enough to gauge how much they are going to serve around lunch time. I know the items I want I'm not taking substitutes. The only time to visit Panda is right after they open for lunch. Never seen other food franchises operate like this where you can only come in right when they open or be disappointed. read more

the food sucked.. the only reason it gets 2 stars is because 1) it's clean and beautiful and 2)the staff are all quick....but lets talk about the food... the food was horrible!!! the lo'main taste like it was made with spaghetti noodles, you can tell by the taste that the chicken was frozen and the sauce was nasty, shrimp was okay, but the chicken egg rolls and the veggie spring rolls,... i have never tasted an egg roll or a spring roll taste that bad!!!!! on the fast food chain rating this is one of the worst i have ever eaten at... i would rate the taste service and cleanliness i can't see the hype of panda express.. you better off getting american chinese food from the hood or you local chinese spot then to get this garbage!!! read more
