Place is a hot mess. The kids have an "I don't care" attitude. The place is not clean, and the soda machine was out of 3 different sodas that we tried, and they didn't even say anything when I brought it up. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line and pulling up to the window at 8:00 I'm told "We close at 8 ", and that they will not be taking the order after taking the car in front of mines order. I stopped in on opening day (of course) and this location is so nice! The decor is beautiful and they have the cutest panda family picture on the wall. The staff was extremely up beat and friendly. They even had a staff member helping new patrons by telling them how to place their orders. I went with the family meal as I was hosting a few people for dinner, astonishingly a few who had never Panda Express before, I know, shocking. I went with the white fried rice and chow mein for the sides. For the entrees I went with delicious orange chicken, king pow chicken, and Beijing beef. All of which was taken from freshly made servings of each entree. We also decided to try a couple vegetable spring rolls and chicken egg rolls. They were good, but I would definitely save tummy space for orange chicken any day. They also have quite a few bottled beverages to choose from which is nice especially if you are taking your order to go. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient and I was in and out with my piping hot order in about 15 minutes. All of my first timers fell for the prance chicken. Not discounting the other entries. The kung pow chicken packs a spicy punch and the Beijing beef is spicy but sweet and very tasty. My first love, will always be, orange chicken. I am also super grateful that it is on my way to and from work, I'm not sure my wallet will be pleased with this development, but my tummy will be. Needs less to say. I'll be back. read more

I deliver for multiple different platforms. This location in particular is always late. I am very polite every time I come in and the employees are rude. They ignore me when I ask them for an order they always lie about how long it takes for things to be ready. I was told my food would be ready in 6 minutes and that was 28 minutes ago. These guys are horrible. This isn't the first time either. The two times I've actually ate here the food is horrible as well. Not worth the wait and not worth getting food poisoning. This is the worst run restaurant I have ever seen. Long long wait times. Poor drive thru service. 30 minutes in the drive thru lane. Extremely slow service. They are constantly out of menu items. One item, Teriyaki Chicken, has been unavailable for months. I had been ordering it for the past year and now I was told it is seasonal and I can't get it. Then I am told they are sold out. Which is it? The last time I went through the drive through, they were out of three items on the menu board, and this was at 5:00 PM. Staff complained to me that my order would take 15 minutes to make and would not prepare it. Unbelievable! I have been a few times with family and friends in Tradition and on PSL West. They love this place. I did not like the food at all. It is greasy and does not have eye appeal. I was very disappointed with the experience today, my family had a large order so we attempted to use the app to order but after 30 minutes it would not submit the order. We then went to the store which we have been to many times and had no complaints before today. I ordered the angus steak entree and black pepper chicken. I tried panda express in the Tradition section of Port Saint Lucie. Absolutely one of the worse Chinese restaurants that I have ever been to. Service was good but the entire lunch portion was terrible. I had beef with broccoli with fried rice. It all went in the trash. This Panda is in need of VERY serious help, sometimes (rarely) it is very good, and I mean on very RARE occasions meaning they have ALL the menu items available, and the dining room is open (not just the drive thru...I realize Covid messed some things up but common now all the other restaurants are open) they seem to not be able to handle busy times and I have eaten at Panda all across the US due to my job this is the worst. The upper management seriously needs to get involved this Panda COULD BE a real money maker if managed right. This is the second time I've been to this location and it will be the last. I would rather drive to St Lucie West and go to the other Panda Express. From the man who brought his dog in and ate with it at the booth (clearly was not a service animal) to the staff that looked and moved like they were about to fall asleep. The food is alright, obviously the same as all other Panda Express locations just not as fresh, I'm going to guess it's the lack of traffic they get in the restaurant therefore it sits longer and dries out. Map location is wrong. Located just south of Tradition Pkwy on Village Pkwy. Typically, food is fresh and prepared well. Occasionally, get some of days where soda is connected wrong or food is not ready. But usually, pretty good. read more
