I drove to panda at the drive through and specifically told the lady to be light on the broccoli because this is the third time I ordered this on the menu and always filled my plate with all broccoli and tiny pieces of beef. Every time I go in the afternoon between 7pm and 830 they don't have any food cooked, they tell us 18 min Wait for beef and broccoli and 30min wait for teriyaki chicken every time it never fails never. What's the point of fast food Chinese food, this is an usual thing for this place I literally go once a month and it always happens. Never ever going back so over it. I wouldn't mind waiting either but the employees have no sympathy, it almost feels like they add extra time so that you leave. read more

Panda Express in this location was not what it should have been. I am a big fan of Panda, especially their orange chicken, but the taste of this orange chicken was not good at all. The meat felt old and rubbery while the sauce was too sweet and sticky. The staff was young and seemed uninterested in their job at all so I did not complain or go back. I can understand that everyone has bad days, which is okay, but the energy from this location was just not it. My wife plate had a full size of small thin noodles and my plate had half her serving but was spread out to make it look full. I myself have been turned away from a panda from a different location for not wearing a mask so that is a good Covid rule that they enforce. Okay so dont really come here often but when i decided to come 2 weeks ago went there around 6-7pm, food was not that great, i got the plate with chow mein and walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. The noodles taste and looked like they had been there all day. And walnut shrimp was not freshly made either. Not surprised this place has a lot of bad reviews. The customer service is as bad as the cabbage chow mien. The drive through line was super long and, thanks to Gruesome Newsom's COVID-19 "guidelines," there was a long line to order inside as well. My daughter and I waited well over 30 mins before we reached the inside of the restaurant to order. I put on a mask as I walked inside and my daughter covered her face with her hoodie and also a shirt she was wearing underneath. The lady preparing my order didn't say anything but her co-worker next to the drive-through window noticed and said she needed to wear a mask. I told her she forgot her mask but that her face was covered, as the sign outside says. "Face must be covered." Her mouth and nose were covered, more so than others I have seen who don't even wear their mask properly, with their schnoz hanging out while only their mouth is covered. "It's the policy," she says. What's the difference between covering your face with a thick sweater or a flimsy bandana? At KFC, I saw an old man who wasn't wearing a mask and he had no problems ordering inside.
