When the nice girl gave me back my money, she says "it'll be 10 minutes pull around and come inside" I told her I did the drive thru so I didn't have to come inside. This place was HORRIBLE! There were at least 10 employees standing around laughing and talking while my fiance and I waited to place an order. There was 1 couple in front of us getting painfully slow service as they ordered a carry out, meanwhile 10 minutes go by and no staff even acknowledge us in line let alone ask to take our order. By the time I finally asked to place an order (and received no response from the employee to whom I was speaking) my fiance decided it was time to leave. Inexcusable poor customer service, no management presence or direction of any kind. We tried supporting what we thought would be a fun, new restaurant in town and ended up being so appalled by our lack of service that we left before we wasted not only our time, but our money too. P.S. When I called later on and asked to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold and then informed the manager was conveniently not available to speak. That was your chance to make it right! Pros: nothing Cons: no food, dirty, no forks Even though this place seems to be new its very dirty, they have no food in their bowls and they are scratching the remaining stuff out of it to put in your plate. So I've been here three times now at this location and each time now they have forgotten or messed up my order. I'll give a place a chance you know if they mess up once because mistakes happen it's part of life. But three times in a row and it's not gonna fly by me. First time they messed up by give me two orders of fried rice one it was only supposed be one instead of lo mein. I decided to give this place a try after a friend recommended the Orange Chicken. So I went through the drive thru and got a plate with two entree choices. I tried to order the Orange chicken and Beef Broccoli. I was informed that they were out of the Orange Chicken for the rest of the night. I got the Honey Pecan Shrimp instead. There was an additional charge because this is apparently a premium item. Would have been good customer service to comp the upcharge since they were out of what I wanted, but that didn't happen. Horrible food. First, it took 10 minutes just for an employee to address me at the drive thru. When placing my order,I was interrupted numerous times. My order was provided quickly when I got to the window. Employee was disengaged. Got home and like Joe Pesci says in the Lethal Weapon movie, "They always F&$ck you at the drive through. My order was wrong. Wrong entrees. The noodles were a clumpy mess of starch that tasted like a salty goo. Orange chicken was OK if you like soggy lumps of chicken nuggets drowning in a sticky mess. Panda but not express, you wait in the long drive-through line and when you get to the cashier they tell you they don't have the food you want you're only given 2 to 3 dish choices . While it was great to see many places closed to celebrate Easter and what the holiday signifies, it left very few dining options. So we decided to give Panda a first visit. From the beginning they hide these little premium stickers That state that the most desirable choices cost extra. When you order one of these premium choices the server does not tell you that it's going to cost extra. That in itself is not a big deal except for their very sneaky about it. The big surprise comes out the end. The food is absolutely the worst representation of Chinese food you are ever going to order. The chicken was overcooked and doughy, The lo mein noodles were undercooked and tasted very cheap in quality. At the end of the meal the manager came and asked how was it? I stated that it was absolutely garbage and she offered no reaction whatsoever as though she knew what the answer would be. No I'm sorry, no can we get you something else, completely non caring. We ordered one bowl, one two item plate and one small soft drink which totaled $23. Going to Walmart and ordering a can of LaChoy Chop Suey would have resulted in a much higher quality then this establishment. I will avoid this chain of restaurants like the plague in the future. The rudest customer service ever from management AND corporate. When arrived at home, saw that 2 orders were incorrect and only had 9 spring rolls in my order of 12. Tried calling the store 20 different times, which no one is answering.. Go back up there with the entire order which is now dead and cold and explained what happen and it goes down hill from there. Management would not come out to speak, the person at the counter said they would not give a refund and would only replace the ordered that was incorrect. We asked for the entire order since it took so long and it was dead and cold or for the refund and nope they said to call corporate, so we did while there and only offered a coupon for next time.. there will never be a next time.. This is the second time I ordered from this place through Grubhub. The first time they gave us someone other order. The second time they did not fill the order properly. Today, the breading was soggy on our sweet and sour chicken, the shrimp and the Beijing beef (orange chicken was just ok, hence 2 stars). There was an overall lack of sauce on all the entrees and, yep... my egg roll was burned again. C'mon guys... get it together.
