The food came out quickly and the staff was very attentive and polite. Restaurant was clean. We had to wait a little bit for a table but we also came during rush hour so recommend a reservation for bigger parties

Good American Asian food just right to get rid of the cravings but it's not omg because lacking in flavour! Portions have shrunken like most other restaurants and prices are up. The service was decent, a bit slow and nothing special. The place is big with a lot of seating so we had very little wait time.

Our entire group of friends absolutely love PF Chang's! We spend every New Years Eve there; we went there again last night on 1/8/26! Our server ALEX started off our evening, then had to leave his shift had ended so Taylor took over and both of them are absolutely 2nd to none as servers and I hope they are both compensated for doing so! Food was spot on excellent! Service was spot one 2nd to none in the area! Ambiance, store was clean, store is well managed, even the restrooms which we all used at one point in time because we stayed for hours, were clen and well stocked! This store is a true testament to how to operate and offer a fine dining experience! BRAVO to the management team and to both Alex and Taylor for a fine dining experience!

Great ambience and a good hospitality. Overall a decent place for a quick dine in.

Shrimp lo mein. Delicious, but a bit on the oily side.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but I'm happy to see not much has changed. It still has a look of a stylish and cool Hollywood version of a Chinese restaurant. The quality of the food is still excellent. And, the prices are still not something you'd want to spend on a regular basis. Two entrées without drinks set my wife and I back $90 including tip. Fortunately, we're worth it. I really like how they have the calories per serving for dishes on the menu. These were throughout the menu, and not just on the lighter items on the menu. Because of this, we steered toward seafood. My wife's miso glazed salmon was flawless. When I ask to try some of my wife's food, I usually don't ask for seconds, but I did hear. Every bite is to be savored. The miso glaze gives it just enough savoriness to make an already perfect cut of fish even better. I got the shrimp lo mein. I liked the subtle flavors that were imparted, and the shrimp that came with it were perfectly cooked. But, it felt a bit oily. Not so much that I stopped eating it, but it would have been better with the lighter approach. You will not get a free side of soup with any meal here. But, I highly recommend you get the bowl of soup for $12 versus the cup for $7. Unlike most places, where the cup is only somewhat smaller than the bowl, you get six times more soup in the bowl. I'm not exaggerating. I got the bowl for my hot and sour soup. My wife's wonton soup would have been better by the bowl, so we could take more home with us. The hot and sour soup is tasty, but not very hot and not particularly sour. The wonton soup is excellent, with wisps of spinach and shrimp mixed in. The service was very good and cheerful. And, there are plenty of different options on the menu. I've never had anything here that I didn't like. And, if you're trying to decide whether you and that special someone should have dinner here, the answer to that question is: yes. Just don't plan to pay for the rest of the family.

I loved the ambience in here as well as the comfortable bar stools, great service, and great food. It's relaxing to come in for lunch, and was a bright spot in my vacation. Thank you!

I was looking for a Chinese restaurant. I used YELP to help me find one. After looking at many…read morerestaurants, I saw and read that 1st Wok had good reviews so I decided to go there. Now, my first impression of 1st Wok was a hesitant one. It's not set in the best of plazas. There closed businesses that surrounded them. I didn't know if I should get out of the car but I did. When entering the establishment again I was hesitant. It's not the best looking restaurant. Definitely needed a paint job. There were 3 booths for dining in but they were taken up by supply boxes, one of their kids was watching their tablet and the other booth had a child sleeping in it. I hadn't planned on eating there anyway. There was a customer there waiting for their meal. I asked him if he came here often and he said yes with no hesitation. He said the food was good. Ok. The woman behind the counter was very nice. I asked questions about the food, especially the ABC, Almond Boneless Chicken, a specialty in Michigan Chinese restaurants and she answered every question with pleasure. I ordered the ABC combo which consisted of chicken fried rice, almond boneless chicken, a chicken/pork egg roll & chicken flavored gravy. The price was reasonable. When I got home and opened the foam container there was so much food I couldn't believe it. Definitely worth the price. Now, how does it taste. The egg roll was a little different. Crunchy on the outside with a different consistency on the inside but tasty. I've never had a chicken/pork egg roll before. It was bad. I had asked for plain fried rice instead of chicken fried rice and that's what I got. It was a mountain of rice, enough for 3 or 4 people!! WOW!! There had to have been a least 10 pieces of crispy chicken with green onion pieces on top. Again, enough for 3 people. The gravy, though different to me was very good on top of the chicken and rice. This was an excellent meal. I ate this combo dinner for 3 days in a row and every day I ate it was a treat. Tasted like day one. Overall..... The Almond Boneless Chicken (ABC) combo meal was really good and tasty, all 3 days!! Despite the dingy environment, I'm going back to try something else. Maybe beef pepper steak this time. Give 1st Wok a try. The ABC is really good!! Peace and Good Food

When I finally took a spoonful, it was way over-salted. I dropped a couple fried wontons into the container, to see if that would help. That's when I discovered that the fried wontons have a sugar coating on them. That clinched the fact that I'm not eating the soup. The egg roll was pretty good. I opened up the combination dinner. It was a huge portion of steaming hot fried rice and a decent helping of chicken lo mein. Unfortunately the chicken lo mein was coated in a very sweet hoisen sauce, thick and super sweet. This is not really the typical lo mein kind of sauce that I was expecting. The dish was mostly noodles, chicken and sauce. There were three snow pods in the meal and two matchstick carrots. As I lifted the noodles, the whole bottom was swimming in that sweet hoisen sauce. This place has gotten some good reviews, so I may give them another try but definitely not ordering the lo mein any more.

Before I get into the food, I really want to call out our server, Amanda C. We had never been there before and she was incredibly attentive to us, explained everything that they offered, gave us a lowdown on the spice they used and how it ranks compared to other foods ("This one is about the heat level of Buffalo Wings") which was great. My wife likes her food spicier than me so she asked if she could have some extra spice on the side and she brought out 3 different kinds of spices for her to experiment with, which was above and beyond. When it was time for us to leave, she brought out extra sauces for some of the appetizers we didn't finish so we could enjoy them at home, and even gave us little plastic containers if we wanted to take the extra spices home separately. Truly great and I hope the next time we come here, she'll be able to serve us. Now on to the food! Dynamite shrimp was very tasty but could have been a little spicier in my opinion. The breading and crunch was very good, just not as spicy as I usually feel like it's served. Brussels Sprouts were delicious and my wife and I cleaned the plate. Will definitely be ordering that again. The Yellowfin was good and maybe would've stood out more if the other items weren't better in my opinion but still tasty. Chicken Satay was very tender and flavorful and the peanut sauce was delicious. My favorite item was the House Speciality Fried Rice. We got it with tofu and vegetables. The fried egg on top was great and I literally don't think I've had better fried rice in my life. I truly don't want to eat any other fried rice but this one, which is a bummer because it's a 15 minute drive and not on the corner next to my house. We also had the Thai Iced Tea. I generally love this drink and it was good, but not the best. The crushed ice on top was quite excessive and I wound up scooping most of it out cause it wouldn't watered down my drink before I even got to it. I'd say bigger chunks of ice in that drink or maybe you can order it with light ice. Total was around $85 which is a pretty reasonably priced meal for 2, but Happy Hour prices attributed to that. We also made sure to give Amanda a nice tip for her excellent service. Will definitely be back!
