We did the Chef's Feast for 2 and it was such a great experience from start to finish. It began with egg drop soup and a side salad--and I have to say, I absolutely love the salad dressing. So good and flavorful. For the entrées, we swapped out the lettuce wrap appetizer and went with chicken lo mein and almond chicken, and both were delicious. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and the flavors really hit the spot. The service was excellent--our server was amazing, attentive, and genuinely kind, which always makes the experience even better. Overall, great food, great service, and a really enjoyable meal. Me and my girl went there tonight and decided to have dinner after shopping. After waiting a little bit longer than we should, they brought her the wrong dish and said they accidentally gave it to somebody else. We ended up sharing my dish and the Waitress brought the bill and said don't worry I didn't charge you for the other order(that we never got). I was furious! I asked for the manager and Alecia came and was very pleasant and she calmed my attitude down to a zero. I have to say she is an expert in Hospitality.. Our entire group of friends absolutely love PF Chang's! We spend every New Years Eve there; we went there again last night on 1/8/26! Our server ALEX started off our evening, then had to leave his shift had ended so Taylor took over and both of them are absolutely 2nd to none as servers and I hope they are both compensated for doing so! Food was spot on excellent! Service was spot one 2nd to none in the area! Ambiance, store was clean, store is well managed, even the restrooms which we all used at one point in time because we stayed for hours, were clen and well stocked! Been a frequent customer for upwards of 25 years to many different Pf Changs locations. The Changs Spicy Chicken at this location is being made completely wrong the sauce is overloaded with green onions and is tangy in flavor. I have a strong suspicion that the Wok's are not being cleaned between orders, as our lettuce wraps had pieces of mushroom and noodles in them; our chicken had peanut garlic after tone. The restaurant is dirty from floors to bathrooms, plates, booths etc. The only grace to the meal was the staff, they were welcoming and bright even when things were going wrong. However, the manager seemed annoyed that we weren't pleased and had zero concern in the fact the food was definitely being prepared wrong. Lastly on a sunday at 7:15pm the restaurant was almost totally empty, while I know business can have its ups and downs this is odd for this location they used to always have a wait during dinner time. read more

I'm so sad to write a negative review about this place. My fiancé and I BOTH have celiac disease, rare but true. This is one of our fav places to go. Went for a special occasion, ordered and made it VERY CLEAR, we both cannot have gluten. The main entree came and we both had the same thing.... Their plates are different for those that have allergies. My fiancé recognized these weren't those plates so we were waiting for our waitress to make sure. We have had her a few times and she is great, unfortunately she had 2 tables that she was taking their orders and it took awhile. We each at 1 piece of chicken...... she came over and I asked if the meals were GF. She said "my manager was in the window taking the orders" but I'll go make sure. She came back and said absolutely, GF. NOT!!!!!!!! Fiancé couldn't even make it home, his is more severed. I was up at 3am listening to the sound of water rushing around inside of me..... both have to work in the morning.... Both still weathering through the effects it causes when we have eaten gluten. I haven't been to this location in a while, but I'm happy to see not much has changed. It still has a look of a stylish and cool Hollywood version of a Chinese restaurant. The quality of the food is still excellent. And, the prices are still not something you'd want to spend on a regular basis. Two entrées without drinks set my wife and I back $90 including tip. Fortunately, we're worth it. I really like how they have the calories per serving for dishes on the menu. These were throughout the menu, and not just on the lighter items on the menu. Because of this, we steered toward seafood. My wife's miso glazed salmon was flawless. When I ask to try some of my wife's food, I usually don't ask for seconds, but I did hear. Every bite is to be savored. The miso glaze gives it just enough savoriness to make an already perfect cut of fish even better. I got the shrimp lo mein. I liked the subtle flavors that were imparted, and the shrimp that came with it were perfectly cooked. But, it felt a bit oily. Not so much that I stopped eating it, but it would have been better with the lighter approach. You will not get a free side of soup with any meal here. But, I highly recommend you get the bowl of soup for $12 versus the cup for $7. Unlike most places, where the cup is only somewhat smaller than the bowl, you get six times more soup in the bowl. I'm not exaggerating. I got the bowl for my hot and sour soup. My wife's wonton soup would have been better by the bowl, so we could take more home with us. The hot and sour soup is tasty, but not very hot and not particularly sour. The wonton soup is excellent, with wisps of spinach and shrimp mixed in. The service was very good and cheerful. And, there are plenty of different options on the menu. I've never had anything here that I didn't like. And, if you're trying to decide whether you and that special someone should have dinner here, the answer to that question is: yes. Just don't plan to pay for the rest of the family. read more

My girlfriend and i have visited P.F. Chang's a few times and it's be good every time. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is good. My only two negatives which stop it from being 5 stars is one, they sit all the tables on top of each other. We went during lunch and there was six tables in the place and all six were elbow to elbow. Second is the prices, fried rice should be included with all meals and not an up charge. They could just factor it in to the overall cost of things. If everything cost .25 more I'm sure the bump in sales would cover the cost of not charging for fried rice. But it's always good and we will continue to visit as often as we can. read more

I haven't been to P.F. Chang's in quite a while and was really wanting Mongolian Beef and Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Came here for a girls night and really enjoyed the food and seasonal drinks! It is Lunar New Year so they had specialty drinks and food so we decided to try a few things! Chicken Lettuce wraps are probably what they're most known for and they hit the spot every time. Also got an order do the grilled shishito peppers and seasonal duck egg rolls. ALL DELICIOUS. I ordered Mongolian beef and my friend ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. Everything was so delicious!!! The quality of their food has really gone down; tonight I ordered the dinner special to go: beef and broccoli with an egg roll. The beef used to be nice and tender, but today it was cold and tough. The rice was also not fresh- lukewarm and clumped together. The egg roll was burnt, dry and also not fresh. I think they cook the food in big batches early in the day, and then microwave to order. While I do live the food at PF Changs, this particular location isn't the best. They seem to be inconsistent and have some issues with staff. On my most recent visit, it was a week night and not super busy. We approached the host stan, the 2 ladies at the host stand couldn't even be bothered to look up. Both were on their phones and both engaged in conversation with each other before acknowledging us. This is a pet peeve of mine. Why do managers allow their employees to be on their phone during work? Totally rude. It took quite awhile for our server to greet our table but she turned out to be very sweet and nice. Food came out lightning fast but was incorrect and missing items. The did make it right and I do appreciate that but it seems like they need to work out some kinks. The place was bumpin so we were thankful to be sat so fast. Started with a Japanese old fashioned; I wanted all the smoke and I got it. It was awesome. As a group we got some lettuce wraps(chicken and vegetarian), chili garlic green beans and the wonton soup. The soup was good, but nothing bold. Maybe it wasn't meant to be, I would get it again though. The lettuce wraps were exactly as expected, delicious. The surprise were the beans, that's something I'll be looking for next time. They were the best part. The main orders were chang's spicy chicken, Kung pao and ma po tofu. I had the kung pao, and it was good. It wasn't spicy and I wasn't asked a spice level, I think I could've handled slightly spicier than what I got but like I said, it was good. Everyone was happy with their food. And then I finished with the rising dragon, it was a decent drink but I would've gone with the old fashioned again. Great meal overall. read more

Last meal of 2022 we went over to Chang's We been to the restaurant chain multiple times and the food always seems to have a very good flavor and good service.... This time eh.... Went around 4pm, the restaurant was 25% full we still had to wait for some reason, once seated grabbed a few drinks and a app. The waitress was tentative at the start but seemed to trail off once we received everything, she checked in to make sure our food was good and never returned until the end....if I didn't request a refill on my drink which I was trying to locate her for several minutes. The food was very good, I had Pepper Steak, does have a little punch in the mouth but overall it was very good. The GF with Beef Romain which she also said very good and we also went with Potstickers for the app The restaurant seemed to be clean on the inside, did see some floating trash at the entrance but the restaurant as a whole was clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked to. It's a nice upscale American Asian Food if you want a nice date night... My experience here today is a prime example of why chain restaurants are failing. Service was fine. We sat down and my friends plate was dirty so he had to get it exchanged. The table that sat next to us a few minutes in had the same problem which is highly concerning. Washing your plates seems like bare minimum. Anyway, lettuce wraps were fine and so were the drinks. I got the sweet and sour chicken and it was literally slimy. It was cooked all the way through (I checked) but it wasn't crispy at all and just frankly wasn't good. Rice was ok. Last night I went to P F Changs with my son and daughter in law and we all mentioned that it had been about 6 years since we had been to P F Changs so we were very excited to get some of our old favorite meals. They started out with a bowl of wonton soup that my son and daughter in law split and they said it was fine. Then we got the chicken lettuce wraps and we were looking so forward to eating them because we always remembered how delicious they were. Well, that was not our experience last night!! Sadly!! I took 2 pieces of lettuce and piled on some of the chicken and they had the sauce in a separate little bowl. I sprinkled on a little of the sauce on each and it was so mediocre and disappointing!! I always remembered that we ate every bit of the lettuce wraps and that was not the case that night! We actually had the waitress take away the plate with some of the chicken, lettuce and sauce still on it. My son got the Mongolian Beef for $21.00 and said it was nothing like he remembered and it was again mediocre. He even commented that the cook really needed to step up his game! My daughter in law got the Kung Pao Chicken for $18.50 and said it was disappointing. I got the Buddha's Feast Steamed which is basically a bowl of vegetables and tofu with nothing on it steamed. So it was a healthy option and I guess it was what I would expect. We got the brown rice which was also okay and I took home some of the Buddha's Feast and it fine but a lot of money for a bowl of steamed vegetables at $13.00. My son also got an Asian Pear Mojito for $11.50 and said it was way too sweet. Our total bill was $92.22 and I guess that is what you would expect for a restaurant like that - but I think we could had saved ourselves a lot of money and had better food at a small local Chinese restaurant! I'm serious! I will never crave those lettuce wraps again!! The service was okay. Our waitress said we had to use our phones to scan the barcode to look at the menu. It it incredibly dark in there so that was really hard to do - plus I am old fashioned and like looking at a menu!! The waitress also said that we needed to pay our bill using their touchless system by scanning the barcode on the bill. I wanted the old fashioned method where I got a hard copy of the bill that I signed. The waitress at one point was refilling our water and ran out of water - said she would be right back to finish - and never came back. However, they're customer service was on point and waived the cost if the drink and offered substitutes for the milk. The booth we sat in could use an update as the seat fabric has peeled off. PF Chang's used to get so packed you couldn't get in. Now it's novelty has worn off. I had a day planned to spend with my son, and he wanted to go to Partridge Creek, so we planned a nice lunch. He has never been to PF Chang's, and he likes to try new things. So he was excited to eat here. I keep promising him sushi, but I need help ordering so I'll save that experience for when we are with others that eat it more often. We both were boring and got chicken Pad Thai, which we really should have split. We have enough left over for two full meals tomorrow. Haha. The atmosphere is always fun here. It's a chain so nothing too special. The service was great. The price was on par with the quality of food which is good but just mediocre when compared to other places. I was excited weeks ago to participate with "Yelp's Big Night-In" Event on April 11. Thanks to our Yelp coordinator, Annette J and others it was the perfect way of "Not Cooking" on a Saturday night. What a great idea to help support any local business in my area that was open for carryout or delivery due to the pandemic COVID-19. * FYI: I always like to enjoy 3 of my favorite Chinese food places yet only this one is currently Open. The other 2 are temporarily closed so I decided to go with PF. So here's my "Dine-In" Review: I decided on P.F. Chang's due to my craving for Chinese and also to help and assist this well-known local business on M-59 (Hall Rd) near Partridge Creek Mall. Instead of my phone app I found it quicker and easy to place my order online with my laptop so to view their easy menu options. Also the website for P.F. Chang's was already set up with an area called "Online Orders" so click there. It was detailed and I completed my order in 15 minutes. My timeline to pick up was 40 minutes and I was given a time as well which was fair and acceptable. It was cheaper by $10.00 to order the Family Meal For 2 plus a choice of soup and a noodle entree was included. I ordered as a side of the Hand-Folded (6) Crab Wontons with spicy plum sauce for $9.00. They were tasty and crunchy but not enough crab filling for Me. My Family Meal for 2: $32.00 1 Chicken Lettuce Wrap was plenty with 8 leaves of lettuce as always being their signature dish. 1 Wonton Soup was okay with plenty of wontons, mushrooms, onions, water chestnuts and spinach but tasted only like beef broth, compared to other Chinese places in regards to the main flavor. No crackers or noodles to add to the soup. Not sure about that since the menu online did not show included or ask if I requested them. ? 1 Noodle choice was Chicken Lo Mein in a large 6-oz bowl. My eyes were delighted to see the crunchy vegetables and chunks of chicken as well. My Taste buds were happy with the flavor of spices in the bowl. (Leftovers were enjoyed for my lunch today on Monday.) 1 Mongolian Beef was prepared with sliced flank steak seared a soy-glazed sauce and garlic. It was cooked perfect and tender with a delicious flavor to enjoy with white rice. On top were strips of green onions which were bland and not eye appealing. Maybe green onion slices as in the soup would of complimented the entree. The whole process from online ordering to curbside pick up was very organized and no set-backs or issues to complain about. I arrived at 6:25 pm to pick up at 6:28 time and there were 3 vehicles ahead of Me but the speed of pick up made the line move fast with great employees handling the process of curbside. Payment: Instead of a credit card online the Restaurant asked for Payment Directly upon carry out or curbside pick up. I did have to get out of my SUV after calling that I was in line to pick up, to wait for my paperwork then pay before receiving my bag of food. I also printed out my order of confirmation to verify. Employee at the back door for payment and carry out was "Michaela." I will always ask a person's name when I am pleased with service or their attitude, so I can acknowledge them in a review or phone call. *I also gave her a cash tip for her speed!* Their "Careful Packaging" of my whole carry-out order was Fantastic with great sealed containers plus no spills! My food was still Hot also after my 10 minute speedy drive home! (Heat cranked on the floor too) lol Summary: A "Fun Yelp Dine-In" Event to join and experience tasty food, fast online ordering, plus quick easy pick up. Most of all no need to dress up... plus no cooking of pots and pans in my kitchen on a Saturday night. It was worth the time & money to help a local business who was honored to serve Me during a difficult time.
