Good American Asian food just right to get rid of the cravings but it's not omg because lacking in flavour! Portions have shrunken like most other restaurants and prices are up. The service was decent, a bit slow and nothing special. The place is big with a lot of seating so we had very little wait time.

Our entire group of friends absolutely love PF Chang's! We spend every New Years Eve there; we went there again last night on 1/8/26! Our server ALEX started off our evening, then had to leave his shift had ended so Taylor took over and both of them are absolutely 2nd to none as servers and I hope they are both compensated for doing so! Food was spot on excellent! Service was spot one 2nd to none in the area! Ambiance, store was clean, store is well managed, even the restrooms which we all used at one point in time because we stayed for hours, were clen and well stocked! This store is a true testament to how to operate and offer a fine dining experience! BRAVO to the management team and to both Alex and Taylor for a fine dining experience!

Great ambience and a good hospitality. Overall a decent place for a quick dine in.

Shrimp lo mein. Delicious, but a bit on the oily side.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but I'm happy to see not much has changed. It still has a look of a stylish and cool Hollywood version of a Chinese restaurant. The quality of the food is still excellent. And, the prices are still not something you'd want to spend on a regular basis. Two entrées without drinks set my wife and I back $90 including tip. Fortunately, we're worth it. I really like how they have the calories per serving for dishes on the menu. These were throughout the menu, and not just on the lighter items on the menu. Because of this, we steered toward seafood. My wife's miso glazed salmon was flawless. When I ask to try some of my wife's food, I usually don't ask for seconds, but I did hear. Every bite is to be savored. The miso glaze gives it just enough savoriness to make an already perfect cut of fish even better. I got the shrimp lo mein. I liked the subtle flavors that were imparted, and the shrimp that came with it were perfectly cooked. But, it felt a bit oily. Not so much that I stopped eating it, but it would have been better with the lighter approach. You will not get a free side of soup with any meal here. But, I highly recommend you get the bowl of soup for $12 versus the cup for $7. Unlike most places, where the cup is only somewhat smaller than the bowl, you get six times more soup in the bowl. I'm not exaggerating. I got the bowl for my hot and sour soup. My wife's wonton soup would have been better by the bowl, so we could take more home with us. The hot and sour soup is tasty, but not very hot and not particularly sour. The wonton soup is excellent, with wisps of spinach and shrimp mixed in. The service was very good and cheerful. And, there are plenty of different options on the menu. I've never had anything here that I didn't like. And, if you're trying to decide whether you and that special someone should have dinner here, the answer to that question is: yes. Just don't plan to pay for the rest of the family.

I loved the ambience in here as well as the comfortable bar stools, great service, and great food. It's relaxing to come in for lunch, and was a bright spot in my vacation. Thank you!

Didn't cook tonight so hubby and I decided on PF Changs for take out. We ordered Chicken teriyaki which was good and also ordered 2 kids meals which consisted of Chicken fried rice which was horrible. The chicken was old and dry and the fried rice was bland. I had to spruce it up to make it edible. The broccoli was hard as a rock and they did not include the fruit. This is my last time ordering take out from there.

The food was sub-par and the restaurant was dirty. The crab wontons taste fishy. Once upon a time this was a nice restaurant.

I never received my order until 12:45pm. I would come here more often but due to the long waits I probably won't be coming back unless I choose to dine in and i'm not pressed for time. The food however is delicious with lots of gluten free options. You can choose from 3 sizes of bowls: Junior, regular, and large. The base can be white or brown rice and for an up-charge noodles or all veggies. Protein options are chicken, steak, salmon or tofu. The Spicy tofu which indeed was VERY spicy!! The tofu was perfected fried and coated with just the right amount of sauce. I loved how fluffy and sticky the rice was but i wish there were more veggies. I only received one slice of zucchini, no carrots...only broccoli and cabbage. Food gets 4,5 stars but service gets 2/2.5 because of the extremely long waits. Defeats the purpose of doing an online order for a fast and easy pickup.

Their sign is easy to see as you drive by, but my friend did give me a heads up that their door was not obvious. You need to walk through a fence and then open a non deacript door. The artwork outside is awesome! When we walked in we received a friendly greeting and were quickly shown to our seats. We had made a reservation ahead of time and there was no delay to seat us upon our arrival. Our server was friendly and took our drink orders right away. I appreciated that they had multiple non alcoholic drinks and at a fair price. I started with the Thai Iced tea which was delicious, but I would have loved a glass 2x the size! We ordered multiple dishes to share amongst us. I did ask the server how many dishes they recommended that we order as I wasn't sure of the size. The items are brought out as they are made, so we had food being dropped off to is at random intervals. The only slight issue we experienced was when someone else tried to bring a plate of squid to our table. We let them know that we had not ordered it. They then went and talked to our server, who brought the squid back to our table. We also let them know that we had not ordered that dish. Our server did bring back our order slip and looked it over, and I believe at that point they realized that we really had not ordered that dish and just weren't rejecting it. I am not sure if it had been written wrong, communicated to the kitchen wrong, or what but we did have to state multiple times that we had not ordered it. The rest of our dishes arrived correctly. The crispy chive cakes were great, and the sticky spare ribs were AMAZING. The caramel glaze on the outside of the ribs was so good, and they were tender as well. The outside was super crispy. I would absolutely ordered these again. I would say that both of those dishes were only for 2 people. The sticky rice and jasmine rice were as to be expected, and I personally felt that the papaya salad was not as good as others I have had. The chilli noodles had an amazing broth and I would also recommend. Overall, I did enjoy our dinner but I am not sure that I would go out of my way to return. I am rounding up to 4 stars based on the sticly ribs alone, otherwise a 3.5 would be more fair. I have been hearing about Takoi for years, so maybe my epxections were too high but I was expecting a bit more.

There are only two tables to eat at in the front with some decorations, making the inside of the restaurant feel as if you are eating in someone's dining room. The attendant at the front made sure my needs were met despite flying back and forth to deal with constant takeout orders. For my dinner, I ordered the pork pad thai and the thai milk tea, 16 ounces. The meal started with a complimentary chicken and rice soup, served in a small bowl. The broth of the soup was made up of a fatty and rich chicken stock, with a slight aroma of fish sauce and some cracked peppers. As soon as I tasted it, I could tell that the food was going to be quality. The thai milk tea was on the better end. It's not the best thai milk tea I have ever had, but its strong, concentrated flavor got the job done. The pad thai, while not as reddish colored as I have seen other places make it, very much tasted like authentic pad thai. I ordered the dish with the medium spice level, and I was happy to receive the proper Thai medium spiciness, not some watered down version that pulls back on the punches. The pork in the dish was tender, not overcooked or dry. I also appreciated that there wasn't a large amount of bean sprouts dumped onto the meal to make it seem as if the quantity of the food was larger. There was enough food served that I had another whole meal packed in a container at the end. Overall, I'm glad that there is a good Thai option nearby for people to enjoy. I'd love to come back to order some of their other dishes.

The layout includes three bars: the main bar, the sushi bar, and the tiki bar. The crab rangoon cheese katsu sticks were as good as they sound. I was worried there wouldn't be much crab, but that wasn't the case. The lobster tail robata was easy to peel, and complemented well by its accompaniments. The pork belly robata was tender, while the tare added some sweetness. Of the two, I preferred the pork belly. I've had four of the six bao buns. The chicken had a char flavor, and the steak sauce added some welcome moisture. The filet was tender, with a bold but not overbearing garlic aioli. The pork belly was also tender, glazed with a sweet honey, and balanced by some savory pickles. The sausage had a nice snap, and the Fresno peppers gave it a bit of a kick. The filet and pork belly were my two favorites. The sushi is some of the best I've had locally. The shikotsu roll (wagyu and bone marrow) was incredibly rich and buttery. $36 may seem steep, but it's the most memorable sushi roll I've ever had. The toro (fatty tuna) to caviar was also very impressive, and had soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Here's how I rank the nigiri I've tried: 1. Tamago (omelette) 2. Madai (sea bream) 3. Aji (horse mackerel) 4. Shima Aji (striped jack) 5. Ikura (salmon roe) 6. Uni (sea urchin) Lastly, for dessert, I've had the key lime pie. Last night's dinner was nothing short of magnificent. We started with oysters and calamari that set the tone immediately -- fresh, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. The shrimp was equally impressive. But the real showstoppers were the main courses: the lamb chops were cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor, and the branzino was delicate, flaky, and seasoned just right. Even the Brussels sprouts -- often an afterthought -- were a standout side that had everyone at the table talking. What truly elevated the evening was our server, Cel. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional, his recommendations were spot-on, and he went above and beyond by offering us -- a native couple and their cousins visiting from California -- genuine, thoughtful suggestions on things to do and see around Detroit. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply appreciated. Zuzu isn't just a great Detroit restaurant -- it's a destination. The Asian pepper steak came out cold, which they did remake. The steak used seem to be trimmings of the steaks. It was very tough and fatty. If I have on piece of advice DO NOT ORDER THE TABLE SIDE FRIED RICE. It came out after we were already half way done with our meals, and it's literally on a chilis fajita skillet. They charge $36 and the portion size was maybe 1.5 cups of rice.
