Service was terrible, young lady doing the drive thru was rude kept cutting me off while ordering rushing through my order. They were out of one of the entrees I wanted (okay no big deal).Changed my order and when I get to the window and pay ( receipt given) the girl comes back and says they're of the entree I changed to so I chose another one again. Food was not great at all. Chow mein tasted horrible and was not cooked right. Food was cold. They forgot my drink and when I went back inside they insisted on seeing my receipt for verification. That said, a three star review is the highest I normally rate these types of establishments. ------------ This location seems well run with appropriately busy employees filling orders quickly. A clean dining area and generally friendly vibe. The only hang up here is the speed of the ordering line. Even though it appears that the menu has been simplified (I last visited a Panda Exp. about 5 years ago) customers still seem to be baffled by the process. Food takes so long to order and to even receive. They always seem to be dropping the ball. We had to drive back and get our food fixed the right way. I came to this panda and ordered 3 meals. My first one I received was the honey sesame with white rice. The honey sesame was so nasty, the food looked like it had been sitting in the bowl for a while, it was very mushy and just disgusting to swallow, the rice was also so hard and just raw. I ate most of it because I had eaten nothing all day, mind you I bought this around 5pm. The woman who helped us was absolutely lovely, she had a smile on the whole time was respectful and so kind, It would have been the best experience I've ever had at a Panda Expres, but the one mistake she made was being generous with our food, and the manager named "Lovely" that was the name printed on her name tag, made sure to let the entire restaurant know, she spoke so loudly you could tell she wanted the entire restaurant to here her, and spoke in such a way it was obvious she was trying to embarrass the poor worker, me and my partner were so surprised we left staring at eachother, my partner later went in to speak with the rude manager to let her know what she did appalled us and to give her exactly what she gave that kind worker, she didn't take it well and defended her action again and again, if that behaver is tolarated from manager to employee, I certainly am disappointed and Disgusted, this used to be my favrotie fast food restaurant. but as someone who's worked in the food indestry myself, I would never be ok working with a manager who obviously let the power go to her head as miss "Lovely" did. Received the absolute worst customer service at this location today. Went in to pick up a mobile order, they barely set it on the counter, mumbled the name, and walked away. They neglected to include ANY of the sauces or utensils I HAD ON THE RECEIPT, I had to go back inside to get those basic items, (kept directly by the bagging station, not difficult to get right) I commented on the terrible service to the manager who walked by (ignoring the whole situation) and he made the typical excuses. As I was leaving, the staff member who "assisted" me flipped off me and everyone else in my car. I went back inside, and the staff yelled fuck you back at me. Absolutely terrible, do not recommend this location, they can't even read the receipts or load the bags properly. This location is better then the Austin Hwy restaurant. Walzem Panda knows how to steam white rice and serve a decent portion. Drive thru cashier Nathaly is consistently so nice and energetic! She is also always on top of her responsibilities and ensuring we leave with all we ordered and need for our meals. She left such an impression I took her name down. so that says something special. Always forgetting things in the order, my roommate went in and got the missing items. Then as we were pulling out of the parking lot the employee flipped us off so my roommate went back in and they said to fuck off. If I could leave no stars, I would. This place is the worst food establishment I've been to and I will likely never return. They've "accidentally" charged me three times for a single meal, and when I reach out to the manager to get assistance he tells me he doesn't know what to do and that I should just call corporate. Not to mention the lazy children that work here, who are incapable of making an order correctly. I order chicken teriyaki and I end up getting dry ol' chicken. Chow Mein is my fav. With a side of veggie spring rolls. Best thing is that they are always hot as they make them fresh. The food here looks delicious but being a vegetarian I miss most of the varieties. I asked in couple of branches if they can customize my meal with some sauces but they said no. As I was picking up for my Uber delivery, It was about 1:30pm on Dec 6, A manager wanted me to make my drink for the order I was picking up. I told him that I didn't work there and he made a smirk remark. It seemed he got upset. I told him I was just there to pick up and deliver. This Uber drivers need to stop making the drinks for there orders there picking up, cause panda employees expect us Uber people to make the drinks.
