The staff here is extremely rude and literally tried to chase me out of the restaurant. We ordered with the app so we ended up getting our food regardless of their rude behavior. However this will be the last time I go to this panda express. Customer service is extremely important my wife and I enjoy eating out and enjoy having a night off from cooking but we will take our business elsewhere. There are plenty of amazing places around town to eat who treat their customers well and make a nice bit of food. The sad fact is panda express is not one of these places. read more

My husband just got home with a plate for me which is common atleast once a week, I order the beef and broccoli and orange chicken and they literally gave me 5, 1 inch pieces of the beef with my plate. The manager Pedro continue to tell me oh it requires more brocccoli than beef. Can y'all look at this picture and tell me this is a normal serving. Ridiculous. Does anybody actually read these reviews? The has to be one of the worst Panda Express Location I have ever come across. Normally we drive 15 min out of the way to go to location off ocotillo..We stood in line for over 10 min before the even acknowledge is standing in line. There is 0 communication between anyone who works here. And a few people trying to take care of what they can! They are always out of 5-6 items and wait times for these items are always 10-20 min.. 2 what looked to be managers standing in the back room squating down. Then comes out looks busy and walk back to the back. Does anyone actually manage this place?? It is embarrassing to watch the team struggle, it's like a car accident you can't look away from! Recently the service here has been super slow. But I thought I'd give it another chance. As of right now I've been sitting in the drive through with the same car at the window for the last 15 minutes. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. There is no reason that I should be parked in a drive through with my car off because the staff can't make a few orders in a few minutes. Need a new drive thru attendant. She was not friendly at all. Not going to mention her name but the visit was on Saturday July 27th around 6 pm. She seemed irritated that we wanted to wait for the mushroom chicken that was cooking. So she told us to pull around. The girl that brought our food out was nice. Food was good. Well I went back to see if the serving line had improved and boy it did! They have a superstar working there in their manager Brenda. Not only did she stay with my order start to finish, she was also delegating to the employees making sure the food was fresh for the inside customers as well as those in the drive thru. She had them busy cleaning tables and washing dishes and helping each other out with the drive thru orders. They were moving with some purpose today! Much improved since the last time and I was very impressed! I don't know who runs everything overall but someone needs to recognize Brenda because she had everything moving seamlessly. I went through the drive through, had 2 plates and a KIDS PLATE and as the girl walked up to check what I had ordered I watched her touch my food with her bare hands and then close the lid and place it next to my other plates. I then asked to have it remade and I got nothing but attitude. I waited about 3 minutes for it to be remade and then my gold was handed to me. They also forgot to hand my card back and when I told her about it she rolled her eyes, got my card and said "here it is" and then shut the window. This is the absolute worst Panda I have ever been to. They employees are not organized, people standing around waiting for food that's sitting there ready to go. We arrived at 8:10 and asked for teriyaki chicken and were told they would not be making anymore for the night. We ordered dinner here tonight went through the drive through told us that orange chicken would be 10 minutes, 35 minutes later we got tired of waiting so we got out of our car and tried to go inside the doors were locked when the sign says open till 9:30. Ignored us for about 5 minutes, they finally came to the door we told them we were waiting for our food and they asked us if we had a receipt so we showed them. The lady gave us an attitude the entire time went back in to make our food. Finally got the food no apology or anything. It was 9:20pm 08/06/19. We decided to go to Panda Express which now I wish we hadn't. They didn't look open but they were. They apologized for not having much of a selection as it was late and they were getting ready to close. I guess they can't fix anything after a certain time. We selected what we could and went home to have a nice meal. Well it was either so dry or so hard we couldn't eat it. That was $17 in the garbage. If the food isn't edible it shouldn't be sold. We got to the restaurant when they opened at 11 and waited nearly an hour for food. In the meantime, paid for kids drinks that were then included with the kids meals, luckily they gave us an appetizer to make up for it. We also had 2 orders messed up. One of the doors kept locking, and knowing this, they didn't have anyone watch it to let customers in, so they either had to walk out of their way or rely on other customers to let them in. When we finally got our food and were halfway done eating, I noticed that some of the chicken from my toddler's kids meal was raw. This place was a horrible mess! read more

Such bad customer service, every time i go my orders to go are always wrong, this time however i decide to call back to complain, since my bowl was the only one incorrect. the women that answered stated that i had to go back and they would make me a new bowl, as to which i complained stating that i had to drive all the way back to get another bowl. She repeated that after every question i had, until i asked am i going to get a refund, her response was " Well what is it that you want me to do for you ma'am? Ive had so many issues with this location especially the night crew, mangers always hiding or they say she just left, like come on now, also close the doors early which is against the law. You put 9:30 pm those doors have to open until that time. They be closing doors @8:45 ish and say drive thru only. I had a big van 15 ft + tall that didn't fit through the drive thru, walked up to the window for my food which I ordered before hand and declined it, just because I wasn't in a "car" like what in the world lol I've never been so upset in my life, the worker was incompetent, she had my food there sitting and probably threw it away because she didn't sell it and it was late. Didn't offer to just open the doors to pay inside. Other complaint their to go orders boxes have gotten smaller portions and they were already giving smaller portions before and now even less. My first time at a Panda Express, probably my last too. Went through the drive thru at 1:30pm, no one else in line and a fairly empty parking lot. We ordered 2 entrees and an order of rangoons. We first ordered 1 bowl and 1 plate, but when my fiancé changed her mind and wanted a plate (still at the order screen at this point, literally a minute or less since I said bowl) the girl taking the order complained that she already had the bowl made. Confused as to why our order was being made before we even knew a total, we convinced her that we wanted a plate instead, and somehow this dramatically confused the girl. I had to repeat myself 3 times to confirm with her the 3 simple things we wanted, and her reading them off as fast as possible did nothing but create more confusion. There was no line whatsoever, so I don't know why we were being rushed. To make matters worse, she added an extra meat to my meal, I wanted walnut shrimp, and she somehow heard me request mushroom steak as well (I think mushrooms are nasty and I would never order them, let alone I wanted shrimp, not steak, and not both). Unfortunately we paid in cash and we're just visiting AZ, but we will AVOID this place in the future and I recommend anyone else do the same. read more

Pulled up to order a half and half with some orange chicken and beef and broccoli! YESSSS! Only to hear the person on the other end say, "would you like to know what we have left?" I'm a little taken back but, agree to hear what's left. Not much is the answer. A couple entrees and a few sides. Needless to say I didn't order and was highly disappointed. I understand closing was about 30 minutes away BUT that's no reason to have an extremely small list of "what's left." I've watched about twenty people get shut down because they closed their lobby early. When you place an online order, it says to come into the lobby, skip the line, and pick up your food which is already paid for... but the lobby is closed early and now, there is line wrapping around the building of people who's order was ready and sitting 15 minutes ago and it will probably be another 20-40 minutes before they get it and can eat it. This is a good way to consistently hand out bad food. Not to mention that everyone is committed to a 30 minute drive through line whether they would've decided otherwise or not. I ordered my food off of ubereats from Panda Express like I usually do. However this time I was missing a few items from my original order so naturally I called to speak to someone about it. I spoke to a young woman named Bianca, she had the absolute best phone service I've ever had from any company. When I told her that I was missing a few things from my bag she took it upon herself to call my Uber driver who delivered my food and asked him to please come pick up the rest of the food from the store and deliver it to me. She even went the extra mile and remade all of the food that did not come in the original order... And on top of that she even added an extra order of spring rolls to make up for the inconvenience. If any corporate or management sees this post I highly recommend Bianca have a raise or promotion for her excellent customer service. read more

Yes it was definitely worth all five stars! The restaurant is new and everything was spotless. We were greeted by every employee and omg they weren't "out" of anything--and it was 8pm!
