Panda Express is a High Quality Fast food that offers Dine-In or Delivery Through Application like Door Dash for Example. Almost always clean Restrooms and Lobby. Fresh food continuously throughout the day. Lobby has seating for roughly 50 customers. The Leadership is stronger at this Location with Noah doing a much more effective Job at leading by Example. This location is very busy but having talent at the leadership position creates stability and stabilizes the Long Boat versus before it was more chaos for customers or employees with less quality leadership. As long as Noah is here I firmly believe that this will be one of the best Panda Express Locations in the DFW area. Noah and his staff are Bar none more respectful and friendly than other stores. Parking is not an issue the parking lot is huge and also overflows can park at Lowe's which isn't as good as Home Depot so it's never full anyways. For Delivery Only Tips I Strongly Suggest using a Platinum Door Dasher, Tipping 20% of your order to Avoid Generation Z Demon Enjoy Your Meals and have a Great Day!

For fast food Chinese food Panda Express puts out a pretty decent product. I am happy to find one in a close proximity for me to get to. My only criticism of this particular location is that it does not have a drive-thru. I came here today for lunch and chose chow mein as my side. My two entrees are the sweet fire chicken breast and the Sesame honey chicken. Those are pretty much my go-to ingredients When I visit a Panda Express. I like to compliment the service here as they are very appreciative of the business and genuinely think each customer who has visited them.

    Plastic in orange chicken

I ordered for pickup his afternoon. When eating my very blan meal (no flavor at all today) I came across a piece of plastic in my food. Very little remorse from staff.

Thankful for the good food but very disappointed in not getting any beef with my "beef & broccoli." Good location though

It's Chinese buffet, except that it's served with a smile on your plate. Quite a better alternative than stuffing it's neighbor (McDonald's) down your throat when you are hungry after a day of Southlake shopping & don't want to pay a Del Frisco's-like price. The Sweetfire chicken is a must-try! So glad that the cashiers offered a sample first. A tender bite of sweetness with bits of pineapple that has a tinge of cayenne pepper kick is how I can sum up the taste. Complimented with fried rice & an additional side item of General Tso's chicken, this Panda Expressway makes for a pretty decent meal. My biggest complaint would be the vinegar content. I mean, damn! You can smell the vinegar escaping your skin pores after ingesting it, no matter how delicious the Panda Express meal was. I suppose this preserves the seasoning best when cooking for the masses (the downside of a buffet).

I lost my money buying my lunch at that Panda Exp. I did not find any flavor, just black pepper.

This place is quickly going down hill, no selection just a bunch of excuses from staff. Won't be going back to this one.

Should've done a side-by-side, but it was only me. Lol. The fish was exquisite. The heat was also good. This dish pairs really well with rice; I also enjoy taking the leftovers home, letting them sit overnight in the fridge, and enjoying with more rice. Mmm! But I am from out of town and was alone, so I ate it all there. They don't have WiFi, but there was some "guest Frontier" WiFi that was good for an hour. (And you can refresh it each hour.) Next time, I would try the "Szechuan Boiled Fish." Or if that's too much, the Mapo Tofu. The radio was playing like Christian soul; new to me, but as a Christian, I didn't mind. =) Oh, and in the pic I have my Kefir from Trader Joe's. I wanted something dairy to counter the heat, if needed. Mmm.

I placed an online…read moreorder for the two chicken egg rolls, Spicy chili wontons, general Tso chicken and an order of fried rice flat noodles. All the food was on the expensive side, but I heard it was good, so I didn't mine. One of the first thing I noticed was the entrees do not come with rice. There is a $1 up charge for white rice and $3 for fried rice, $5 for noodles. I have never experienced a Chinese restaurant that charged for white rice with an entree (not even PF Chang). I arrived 10 minutes after the time I was told my food would be ready. I checked in at the register and was told it would be another 5 minutes. I was told to have a seat and wait. Since there is no place to sit when waiting for a take out order, I sat down in the closet booth next to the register. After about 1 minute, a very rude lady came over in broken English and screamed that I could not sit there. I told her I was waiting on a to-go order and she just kept screaming "you don't can sit there", so I got up and stood by the front door. If my food had not already been paid for, I would have left after that rude encounter. The ambiance of the restaurant is very strange as they had a boombox loudly playing 80s music. It was so load, I felt bad for the customers who were eating at there. No way you could enjoy siting there listening to the annoying loud music while you ate. About 5 minutes later (15 minutes past the time they originally told me it would be ready) my food was ready. The food did come out very hot. I retrieved my food and took it home to enjoy. Overall the food is very basic and not worth the elevated price. The egg rolls were over fried and greasy. The spicy wonton were very bland and not spicy at all. The general Tso chicken was not good. Very small pieces of chicken, over breaded and a bland sauce. Again not spicy at all. The fried flat rice noodles were the biggest disappointment. Mushy noodles that were all stuck together. Not good at all. Overall the Noodle Works was a big disappointment. There are so many better option in the area (Dragon House or the Wok). Do yourself a favor and skip the rude staff Noodle Works.

Typically, when I order Panda, I get a plate to-go with half fried rice and half chow mien with orange chicken and sweet fire chicken. The fried rice and chow mien are both excellent. They both have a good amount of seasoning and they are flavorful. Also, the orange chicken here is very crispy and has a good balance of spice and sweetness. My only complaint about the orange chicken is that it sometimes tastes a bit dry. The sweet fire chicken is a lot juicier, but it is usually drenched with sauce, which makes it a bit too sweet. Overall, this Panda Express is very clean and friendly, I would recommend coming here if you're craving some tasty fast food.

He put the chicken in the container and then rung it up. I pulled up the code for the free small entree and scanned it. At first he said there was something wrong with the system which I get because the app was running slow. He had me pull the code up again and when I scanned it he said, you have to buy an additional item. I said it doesn't say that anywhere on the app not on the coupon and I showed him. He said he was the manager and if I wanted the free small entree I would still need to purchase another item. I walk out without anything and I won't be walking back in again. They had all of three customers in the entire place while I was there. I hope that small entree was worth losing my business. There are a ton of places to choose from in that area. The store had an area roped off for repairs and the floor needed to be swept and mopped.
