This place has gone downhill! Went inside for takeout of Beijing beef and was told it would be ready in 6 min as it was cooking. Once it came out they said sorry we had other orders. I've been craving Beijing Beef for the past 2 weeks but was turned off by the poor reviews. Finally after trying to keep the craving away, I gave in and dined in. I have no clue why people have rated this place so poorly. Upon entering, all 3 employees greeted me. Once I went up to the line the woman was polite and told me she'll be with me in one moment as she had one of the meat bins in her hands. Another employee came to help instead and she was really patient. After I told her I wanted a bigger plate w/ Beijing beef she lit up and said I get the fresh batch and someone literally brought out a new batch. She quickly assembled my plate and checked me out. I normally get just the a la carte box of Beijing beef b/c I hate all the sides they have but I took a chance on the rice today and it was surprisingly more decent than I remember. Even after I cashed out the cook said thank you for coming in. The entire restaurant was CLEAN, very clean! The food is really good and we really like Panda. Unfortunately the past couple of times I've bought food for my family of five, they've been out of many items. Tonight there was no steamed rice, shrimp, beef and broccoli, teriyaki sauce, egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice was also crunchy which was disappointing. I had never eaten at a Panda Express before one opened up close to home a few weeks ago. Since it's opening I've done drive thru twice. I got a bowl once which comes with one entree on top of a side and I got a two entree plate which comes with, you guessed it, two entrees and a double serving of a side. I got fried rice as my side both times and I've tried the honey sesame chicken, broccoli chicken, orange chicken and Kung pao chicken. Honey Sesame Chicken was 2/3 breading 1/3 chicken. While it was flavorful, it was too much breading for me. The orange chicken was my favorite. White meat chicken with a little breading and a tangy sauce. The kung pao chicken and broccoli chicken were both good. They were sautéed and the veggies were perfectly cooked. The only downfall for me was these tasted like dark meat which I don't like as much. Drive thru was fast, service was great, prices were competitive and servings were generous. read more

I didn't get to try this location. Be aware that if you order online for delivery, it isn't actually Panda Express making the delivery. It isn't until after the order is placed that you find out it's with DoorDash. I never would have placed a delivery order with them if I had known that. Sure enough, there was an issue. I was notified that my order was delivered but it in fact wasn't. I called the support number provided, which sent me to Panda Express Delivery customer service. The rep I spoke with tried calling the DoorDash driver, but of course he didn't answer. She said she could give me a complete refund-Door Dash delivery fee and tip and included, but that it would take 5-7 business days to receive. I appreciate that, but I still was without food and planning to drive to the restaurant at this point. I was not rude but explained I felt that I shouldn't have to pay for my meal at this point once arriving to the restaurant with having to wait over an hour with no food and then having to go in person. Especially, when it was not disclosed that DoorDash was the deliverer until after placing the order. The rep placed me on hold to try and have the order remade and waiting for me to pick up without charge at this point. She flashed back and told me the manager said they would not be able to remake the order for me. I was pulling up to the drive thru at this point and talked with them then. They just said it was out of their control with a third party at that point. I understand it was the driver's fault, but explained how it wasn't even disclosed that it was being delivered with DoorDash until after the order was placed, or I would have driven to the restaurant to begin with. I didn't feel I should have to pay almost $30 in one day (although getting refunded most of that in a week) to get my lunch and over an hour later and having to go in person to get. It just seemed they would cover my one meal at that point. Especially at a new location establishing themselves in the area. This was my first experience with them. When she told me they couldn't do that. I thanked them and left and picked up food elsewhere. I'm not one to try and get a free meal. I just felt they could have been more understanding and accommodating, and it certainly needs to be disclosed before placing the order that they are not the ones delivering. read more
