Every time I come west from Louisiana I always look for a Panda Express near where I'm staying. This location has been my favorite so far. The staff was courteous and very helpful. This food is good but they have poor customer service, takes forever to get food and the place is dirty. I don't think they know if your Line is coming out the door cook some more food!! I stood in line for 10 min then was greeted by a little girl full of attitude by the name of Steph. Please make the condiments ( hot mustard, hot sauce, soy sauce) available to customers, without having to request them from the checkout clerk. Probably couldn't hurt if there was more than just 2 beef (Broccoli Beef and Beijing Beef) and a whole slew of different kinds of chickens on the menu. Pork? Come on.. this is the WORST service i've ever seen at a panda express. me and my boyfriend walked in and there was the health department was there which is fine but the manager of this place was taking the temperature of all the foods and a couple people tried to get her attention and she completely ignored them. there was only one person taking orders and literally every other employee there was just standing there and did not seem to care. and the guy taking orders was insanely slow. i kid you not it probably took us like 25 minutes to get our food and there was only one customer ahead of us when we walked in. like it wasn't even crowded. absolutely ridiculous. we also paid for sodas and tried all the different options and none of them tasted right and they were all gross. the food was mid but it was a very upsetting experience. literally go to any other panda location other than this one. would give 0 stars if i could. read more

This Panda was a pretty awful experience compared to any other one I have ever been to. The portions were about 1/2 of a normal scoop, many of the entrees weren't ready, the service was bad (Shiloh) and the trash was full. By the time I got my last entree the chow mein was cold. As a fast food worker I understand it can be tough but a little customer service goes a long way. It wasn't there at all. Horrible experience. They were out of almost of every protein. Shiloh was the employee helping us and was super slow and looked like he hated his job. This Panda Express doesn't have my favorite Panda Express dish (Eggplant Tofu). The cashier was also clueless on what I was trying to say when I was asking about the entree (she didn't speak English very well). It seems like this place is poppin' at night. Since this is St. George in Utah, there aren't too many places left open late at night. So the lines will get pretty long. It's just like any other Panda Express, nothing different, and they still had the Honey Sesame chicken when i went :) read more

If you call this authentic Chinese food, you are so kidding yourself! This is Americanized Chinese food... Which means is has way more sugar and msg that authentic Chinese food does not have! Panda has great quick Chinese! The service there is always good. They are friendly and helpful on getting me in Ana out to enjoy my food. Orange chicken is probably the best thing ever made!!! This was after she was being disrespectful to customers and getting upset when they order. Was waiting for food for over 20 minutes and then they served us cold food. My wife is black and I am white. My wife went in there for lunch today with our son whom is very light skinned. While they were there one of the female Latino workers said something in spanish about my son. My wife asked her what she said and she wouldn't say. My wife asked the Latino manager and she would not say either. Last time we go there. Almost every time we go there, they screw something up on the order. Typical food but employees are kinda slow. I was coming back from salt lake and wanted panda. I could have and probably should have went to the cedar location as I live in hurricane and it probably would have been a few minutes difference in the time it took to get home. Anyway, it was kinda packed for a Sunday afternoon. They had football on so that was nice. I was ordering for my wife and myself and she was in the car waiting. I ordered a 3 entree meal. Double Kung pao chicken and orange chicken. I was given a single order of Kung pao and the lady at the register noticed ( my first time getting 3 entree meal. Didn't know they put the extra entree in a separate container). Anyway the guy behind me ordered a bunch of Kung pao and it was empty by the time the cashier noticed my order was wrong. I had to wait for them to make more Kung pao which was 5-10 minutes. Obviously I was mad as if they did the order right the first time I would have been on my way. The dude was confused and offered me a drink. Didn't want one and he was insistent and I kept saying no. I'm not poor. I don't need a free drink. Give me more food if you want to make it right. I had plenty of drinks in my car and it was just a poor attempt at rectifying the situation I would have ordered a drink if I were thirsty. The point is the whole panda system is messed up. They have the person doing the rice taking the order and then another person fulfilling the order and stuff like this happens. So I go into this Panda few times a month and two of the last times I was in there the cashier Lexie has the worst attitude and worst customer service I've ever seen. She's very rude she's very short, tonight I had an online order to pick up and when one of the other workers told Lexie that this was an online order she got an attitude was like where is she where's the person to pick up the food. And when she handed me my bag she practically threw it at me. And granite they were very busy but every other employee was there with a smile. I think Lexie needs to learn better customer service because I'm to the point to drive all the way across town to Sunset so I don't have to deal with her awful customer service. read more

All the employees were in good moods despite the busyness, and it was great to see two long-time employees still happy & working (one is a girl named Eli, the other is a cook with a lazy eye). I didn't see the long-time manager (I don't know his name, but I know he wasn't a manager but just another employee a couple of years or so ago), and hopefully it was just his day off because he's always nice & seems hard working. They always get my orders right and have good tasting food. Went in, long line but hey it's fast food so I didn't think we'd have to wait too long. WRONG. The hold up? The freaking cashier!! The food line was quick and efficient but the gal at the cashier I noticed, kept walking off after ringing up each customer. Her coworkers were clearly getting frustrated and kept calling her to come and do her job. By the time it was our turn she was so unfriendly, like I was putting her out for being there and making her do her job so I could pay for my food and feed my hangry kids. My bad. You would think that when you have a line of customers and are open for another hour and a half you would have more than just 4 items to choose from, then I asked if they were making more they said NO!... The worst service and dirtiest Panda I have ever been in. After traveling from Across the state we wanted something familiar, I was very disappointed by "Christina's" attitude. Our toddler children of course need to use the bathroom and wash their hands...simple right?!
