Really long wait drive thru , about 25-30 min. It is new though. Less than enthusiastic cashier at the window . Was irritated that I used 2.50 in quarters on a 43.00 bill. I get it - it's chaos since grand opening. The food was cold and old tasting. One order was not correct. The large plate w/rice and 3 sides is literally all rice . The 3 sides equaled 1 portion . No soy sauce with chow mien. It also leaked all over paper bag and in my car. Santa Rosa food is fresh/hot/colorful . Just saying . I'll give it one more try but at 43 $ for 3 ppl and a toddler -I'll go to a sit down restaurant. I still gave it 4 stars for effort . read more

I have to say that this place has had long lines, both walk-in and drive through, since the first day they opened about 3 weeks ago. My wife and I went there today because they were taking part in a fundraiser for a local school. By that time they should have had a handle on their inventory needs. As it was most of the food trays were empty or nearly empty. The kitchen was constantly being asked how long till dishes were ready. The staff was able to fill orders by taking from the food table for the drive through but it was clear they were barely hanging on. There were 10 people that I saw behind the counter, either cooking, serving, or cashiering. There was no coordination between them. I was served the wrong side despite having the plate checked by at least 3 people. We were advised 3 times that certain items were extra, and asked at least twice if we wanted egg rolls or anything. To top it off, when I told them about the wrong side I mentioned that the brown rice they served us was steamed not fried. That's when they told me that they had run out of everything that goes into the fried rice. Yes, it's new....but they don't seem to be learning. read more

Little-to-no meat in orange chicken, it was all batter. I tried getting three separate times but was still bad. One time the orange chicken was cold too besides lacking meat. The teriyaki chicken was rubbery. The Kung pao was pretty good though. I would give 1 star but the staff was friendly so that's why 2 stars awarded. read more

HORRIBLE! The food was beyond disgusting. Ihad half & half, the chow mein so dry you couldn't swallow it, rice was tasteles, orange chicken not done. My husbands was the same only Kung pao chicken which was salty. This is our third time there and will never go back. The workers are clueless and running into each other, boxes to be unloaded all over the counters, no where to sit. Asked if we could sit at tables outside and we're told no. The restaurant was VERY busy when we arrived to pick up our online order. The online estimated time was 7:15 we waited until 7:40 to finally get our food. Get home and we're missing an entree and side. Called back highly irritated due to the fact not only did I already spend 30+ min waiting for my food but they didn't even give us all of it. The woman who answered the phone (Maria?) was very apologetic and assured me the food would be there and ready when I got back to pick it up. I went back and she recognized me, told someone to get it ready for me (it clearly was NOT ready) we got no sauces for our potstickers or egg rolls, no fortune cookies. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because they were swamped and everyone was trying their best and they did make it right even though it was highly inconvenient for me. read more

I have gone three times since they opened and all three visits were duds. orange chicken and the sweet fire chicken were dry and lacked anything resembling sauce. It was also rather bland compared to other locations. Twice the steamed rice was crunchy and the chow mein was mostly cabbage. Overall, its meh. It also seems that this location is struggling a little bit with drive through quality control. Each of my 3 visits were either missing an item or the entrees were substituted without notice. I've been reserving judgement until I ate here a few times. First off they are out of main things on the menu all the time. Someone doesn't know how to order. I am aware that they have a smaller menu due to covid. But honey walnut shrimp and Beijing beef? The girl at the window I say the girl bc in my 3 times going there it's always been her. She must work weekday afternoons. She needs training she's rude and very unfriendly. I get having a bad day but I have never had a positive interaction with her. I got to the window yesterday and asked for sauce for the cream cheese Rangoon's she said they didn't have any. She said really rolled her eyes at me and started talking about me to the other employee in front of me. The portions are already way smaller compared to other panda locations. I was so excited about getting a panda in Ukiah. This is unfortunate. I hope they get it together and quick. I won't be going back until I hear buzz around town that it's gotten better. The general sentiment is the same with all that I ask about the portions and lack of product. I ordered at 4pm and to say you are out the entire day say to me that someone doesn't know how to order. The most unprofessional Panda I've ever been to.. I simply asked the young girl what their vegetarian option were and she looks at her co-worker/friend and they both laugh/giggle in our face. She didn't have an answer and said 'nothing' everything has meat. My friend went ahead and ordered his food and I simply ordered panda bowl with veggies which I knew you guys offered, I simply was wondering what other options there were but I left it alone and went about with my day. Wow! That's the most you will get out of going to this branch of Panda Express! Food was very dry and almost inedible! The lady acted like there was a line out the door when I was the only one in their! Then did not even get me the sauce for my teriyaki chicken which it so desperately needed! This place is just like any other Panda Express. Food is what you would expect but service is an issue. Do not use the drive thru. I ordered a bowl with super greens and one of the premium dishes. I got to the window and was told it would be a wait for the premium item and asked if I wanted to substitute. Sure, no problem, that happens but what I asked for is not what I got. Instead of super greens and mushroom chicken, I got a bowl of half broccoli beef and have string bean chicken. Again, not what I ordered. And they tried to charge me the premium price. since panda has opened i've been there several times. the first few times the food was okay and the customer service could have been better but the last time i went there they have really upped their game. The food proportion still needs a little adjusting but the customer service has gotten a lot better. One employe in particular. johana, was very polite and energetic working at the front. i hope panda keeps progressing upwards and handle the food proportion better but i was really impressed!!! read more

Seriously if I could give them negative stars I would this isn't the first time with bad customer service here. We pulled into the drive threw no one was in line we placed our order we wanted half an half and lady told us there was no rice we asked how long? till it's ready she said 4 minutes we said ok will wait we pull up and pay she says park in the front we did. Almost 12mins go by so I get out and go in they all acted like they couldn't find the bag with our food all clueless. I look over and that "new" pot of rice is almost gone. And the people inside are continuing to get there food before us they find the bag and they haven't even plated the food yet. She starts to do so with attitude and (sloppy) like it's my fault. Can you imagine if I didn't go in to check if my food Was ready. Not to mention was already paid for. The crappy part is I would rather drive to Santa Rosa like we used to cause I know I'll get the right order and good customer service. Do you wanna know what will top this all off???? When we got home they gave us 2 of the same plates and wait for it... NO RICE! I just had a talk with the manager Luis who mentioned he drives an hour from Sonoma county to help improve this Panda Express which shows there's obviously a big problem. I hope Luis can make a change here but until then I'm driving myself back to Sonoma County like the old days before we got one here in Ukiah.
