It all started last Saturday. My transitioning son Edgar (now Emma) and I walked in to order the honey walnut shrimp. The gentleman that was building our plate misgendered my daughter Emma. I was so disturbed. I immediately asked to speak with the manager and I was told that the manager was not there currently. I went back the next day and tried to speak with the manager. As soon as I walked in the same man was working and he told me to "get my bitch add the fuck out" of his store. He then started chanting "Donald trump! Fuck palatine" I imagine he did this because I had a free my favorite free palatine shirt on. At this point I do not know what to do. I'm organizing an event to picket in front of this establishment. My local LGBQT community is on board to help with making signs. Edgar/ Emma will now ever get to enjoy they/thems favorite seafood Asian dish again! read more

Nothing ruins your day more than getting a bad review - Taylor Swift Based on my two visits here, these reviews are dead wrong. I know, it's a chain, but this place generally does not have a line since it's situated at the back end of this large strip mall, near Wildomar city hall. And sometimes you want consistency and refillable diet soda :-) The service by the largely African American crew was outstanding on both my visits too. Not Starbucks fake but genuine and sincere. I like the locally owned Chinese joint on the other side of the 15 freeway but I like Panda too (and the Murrieta Pick Up Stix). Sometimes chains can be good. Recommended. read more

Unbelievable. Just ordered a two item from this restaurant. Ordered the chicken and string beans and broccoli beef. I could not believe what I saw. The plate was entirely like 99.999% string beans and broccoli. There were a few pitiful very very small scrap meat pieces of chicken, and about the same with the beef. No wonder the ratings are so poor. I will never return. I had a to go order, and had to return to get the manager to at least put a couple of pieces on my plate. He said nothing, no apology nothing. If this is where Panda Express is headed, they will be out of business where they belong soon enough. Incredible how they think they can rip the consumer off and we won't notice. I've ordered delivery a few times now from Panda Express. I like their selection of food and it's all been quite tasty. There are just a couple complaints. 1) I think it's fairly obvious that a sauce should be included with an appetizer order. Kinda ruins the egg roll without it. I don't think you should have to specify that you need that. Cheap. 2) The kung poa chicken, twice now, had some spice clumps that were bitter and gross tasting. The service was fine. It was pick up and delivery.. Sooo.. I have been in this establishment before. It's just a big room, tables and chairs with a long window, with food behind the glass for serving. Nothing special. The teriyaki chicken I ordered for take-out was cooked rare. I had to cook the chicken at home before it was edible. This was not the first time this happened at this restaurant. if your teriyaki chicken is lightly crunchy and wet on the inside, it's not tender, it's rare, and improperly cooked chicken is unhealthy to consume. read more

I came in about a week ago to get my husband food for lunch. When I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged at all. I was the only one in line, and waited about 5 mins until someone started to help me. I made eye contact with multiple people but they never helped or said anything to me. I would have been fine if someone said "sorry just one moment", but it was like I wasn't even standing there. When I was checking out, I was asked which sauces I wanted. I asked for one of each because I don't know what my husband would want. "One of each?" which the most judgmental face from the employee was what I received. It's sauce, why am I being judged about my sauce choices. Their excuse is it's a premium dish. Oki get that but then you turn around and charge $3.75 per container extra too? Go fly a kite, you need some management that actually cares, for now we're done. Call store no answer. Call customer service....on hold for 15 min so far. Good by Panda Express. Though it maybe $20. Something dollars each time I place an order there , it WILL BE THE LAST .
