Broken soup lid, glad it didn't spill!

I don't typically write negative reviews but this was...not good! The combination lo mein was colorless and bland. Mushrooms seem to be from a can. The wonton soup came with a broken lid, mostly chicken broth with empty wontons and some cut up shrimp, carrots, and pea pods. Not terrible but bland. Dragon and Phoenix is usually a favorite of mine, however it is spicy and flavorless at the same time! Like someone just sprinkled something like cayenne pepper on it instead of developing flavor with chilies and other ingredients. All in all, this food feels thrown together more than cooked with love and attention to detail. Very disappointing.

Pros: Wheelchair accessible, Yummy authentic cuisine and friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Cons: Hard to find parking when a show is happening at the Orpheum. Closed on Sundays. Chicken fried rice, beef lo mein, Kung pao chicken, orange chicken, and egg drop soup. Chili oil is homemade and is absolutely delicious!

JohnL and myself here for lunch after finding our first choice place too busy for wait. Egg roll was real good. And our lunch choices were ok. Probably better choices not far away.

My partner and I were strolling downtown, I told my partner that we should give this place a try. My partner was hesitant because the place is empty. The moment we got inside, the Asian - Chinese owner/staff at the front desk was only acknowledging my partner, who is a caucasian, he ignored me and won't even look at me while I am talking to him. I wonder if he reacted that way because I am an Asian and thinks that I cannot pay on my own. The food is ok, but we don't plan of going back, will share my experience everywhere! I regret going there!

I just spent $40 here. And no no no no I wouldn't recommend this place. Food smelled like poop, looked like poop and tasted like poop. No kidding. Spend your $$ elsewhere. And no I'm no bot or trying to mess this business up for any gain. Worse place ever

great food and excellent delivery service. Hate the location. Would have loved to have had a fortune cookie but it is what it is.

This is a sub standard Chinese takeout. Living right next to it I have given it many chances, and I really never have been impressed.

The food is pretty good. It can be a bit expensive, unless you're getting the lunch specials. The interior seems kind of shabby.

What can I say, transparency is an attractive trait on a restaurant…read more Started off with their Crab Rangoons, neatly plated with some great drizzle. Very little crab flavor, and its texture was damn near close to ricotta cheese but they were DELISH! Anyone else save the corners for a little texture in their next dish? No? Just me? Yall, I am telling you... their Peanut Butter Chicken was PHENOMENAL, and definitely have some real peanut on board. MUCH appreciated that. Their breading to chicken was by far, near perfection. More protein than breading is always a win-win in my book... it was like little puffs of breading, versus cakey/battery. Comes with your choice of steamed or fried rice, egg drop soup or hot and sour soup. Their Hot and Sour was SO good, with just the right amount of tofu. Highly recommended either honestly. Now the Sesame Chicken? Dare say I should've gotten that dish? It too, was AMAZING. Especially with those warm green peppers, onion, rich brown sauce that has just the right amount of garlic that made me ask kindly, with doey eyes, for a second piece off my husbands plate. SO good! We brought home a good amount for left overs tomorrow; assuming they last till midnight... We must've gotten in at the right time, because she was BUSYYYY with maybe 3 of the 15 (I could be completely off!) tables. Staff didn't just stick to one table, they were definitely tag teaming and that was neat to watch them work so well. We got checked on a few times and they're attentive as heck! We will DEFINITELY be back to try some of that Garlic Chicken and Cashew Chicken, extra cashews.

I ordered Kung Pao Chicken from their Authentic menu. He ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken from their Chinese American menu. We also ordered soups. Hot & Sour for me and Dumping for him. Both entrees were delicious. Authentic Kung Pao Chicken is the same as Chinese American Kung Pao Chicken except they use dark meat. That dark meat was so tender and moist! You must have their hot & sour soup. I think it's better than I've had in SFO or LA Chinatown. Go!
