I settled on the chicken in rosemary with grilled veggies and a salad. When they brought out my plate, I was in heaven! The chicken was cut thinly smothered in a rich gravy with grilled eggplant and zucchini with tomatoes. This dish was succulent, with a nice mild taste of rosemary, but the gravy is what did it for me. It was rich in flavor, creamy, and I wanted to pick my plate up and lick it clean....but I didn't. The veggies were lightly grilled with olive oil and mixed well with my meal. I then had to top if off with a few different pastries. I can't tell you the name, I just pointed until I was done. I had a pistachio pastry, a lemon pastry, Nutella filled pastry, and a pistachio filled....all were delicious and devoured. I wish I had time in Milan after finding this place, because I was in love with that chicken dish, and know that I could never recreate it at home. The server was very encouraging and was very excited to see the enjoyment of Italian food and culture in my eyes. The Ossobuco Di Manzo, was amazing! I recommend everyone to try it when in Milan, they have a great wine selection as well and we even enjoyed their Tiramisu and Grappa as a digestive to finish off our meal. I hope that at least that means the sodium wasn't outrageous but it certainly was after the salt required to make it enjoyable. We also ordered a pizza to share. The sauce was flavorful and the cheese was generously applied but I've had better pizza in NYC. GF ordered a Caesar salad. She says, "um. It wasn't like, that remarkable". Not sure why our other party got Salmon at an Italian restaurant in Italy but to each his own. If you want a glass of wine you only have two choices, white wine and red wine. No other available. This is probably because the restaurant doesn't carry large inventories of wine due to their small size and cost. Overall no way is this above an average restaurant. It's just okay. Heat up your lasagna better, teach your chef how to cook Salmon and expand your glasses of wine selections.

We also grabbed a pear cake - very moist but too sweet for me. A chocolate tart - good but again sweet, he made out and ended up getting my piece too. I also got a pistachio cake slice- way too sweet but ok flavor. We'd go back and their juice and coffee selection looked good. If you are american, this looked to be a good spot to grab a more "american" style coffee.
