I can't say enough great things about Felicia at Geoffrey's in San Carlos! From the very beginning,…read moreshe has gone above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I had the absolute best experience while choosing our rings. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine care truly set her apart. We each now have two rings from Geoffrey's, and we couldn't be happier - not only with the incredible quality, but also with how thoughtfully everything was presented to us. Every visit feels special. The showroom is always spotless and beautifully displayed, and what I appreciate most is that I've never once felt pressured or rushed. Felicia creates such a comfortable, welcoming environment, which is rare and so important, especially when making meaningful purchases like these! We'll absolutely continue coming back to Felicia for all of our future jewelry. She's simply the best!

All the diamond shine from all the angles, but the one that was replaced looks like empty space at some angles. Not sure what the quality of the diamond is or why it looks like that but fine. so be it. The ring: I asked for a service report and they didn't have it. I asked how many diamonds were loose, and they said they didn't have that information. I'm just a bit shocked that an established place doesn't have service reports for repairs? I feel like that's standard when you get work done on anything. I just feel like it was a little scammy because they didn't have a report AND couldn't tell me how many diamonds were loose and which ones. I'm sorry to say they lost my business and I'll have to search elsewhere for repairs and for a future engagement ring.

He was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable, making what could have felt like an intimidating purchase feel comfortable, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. We found ourselves commenting throughout the day about what a great experience we both had because of him. My fiancé ultimately purchased a watch and a color he hadn't originally considered. To me, that's the mark of a great salesperson, someone who can recognize what truly suits a customer and confidently recommend options they may not have looked at on their own. 10/10 would recommend working with Fabian if you're in the market for a watch. He made the entire experience memorable and special.

He helped my husband and I find our DREAM watch and made the entire process of purchasing it so incredibly special. His smile was contagious, and it was such a great experience connecting with him, especially since we're both from the Bay Area. He made us feel comfortable, valued, and never rushed. When it came time to purchase the watch, he went above and beyond to make sure the moment felt extra special -- something we'll always remember. I've visited many Rolex boutiques, and I can honestly say I have never received service like the service we received here in Palo Alto with Brandon.Hands down, he is the BEST sales associate! I would come back to purchase every watch in the future if I knew Brandon would be the one helping us. 11/10 service! Thank you, Brandon, for making such a special purchase even more memorable. Big shoutout to Emma and Olga for helping me out today! I've been meaning to get my wedding band…read moreresized for eons since having a baby over 6 years ago, my ring just doesn't fit the same as it used to. I've been putting it off forever but when I also happened to get a pearl bracelet from my husband for Christmas that got damaged and warped, I knew I needed to get it fixed. Since the original jeweler who made my wedding band and engagement ring went out of business many years ago, I needed to find a new local jeweler to help with my jewelry. After many very prompt back and forth messaging via Yelp, I finally found time in my busy mom life schedule to swing by and get my jewelry looked at! Olga and Emma were so kind and patient while discussing with me what we could potentially do with the bracelet. The ring resizing discussion was easy and we were able to settle on how much bigger I'll need the band. They send their jewelry offsite for repairs and were very clear and communicative about the process and cost. Loved my interactions with the staff and think I've found our new local jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

They have an outstanding selection of high-quality jewelry in a wide range of styles, with options to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly patient with two very indecisive customers, knowledgeable about their products, and most importantly never pushy. They always made us feel comfortable taking our time and finding exactly what we wanted. They were also wonderfully generous and accommodating. They lent me a gorgeous pair of pearl earrings to wear on my wedding day, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They always greet us warmly when we stop in and have been incredibly flexible and helpful every time we've visited. They even resized my engagement ring multiple times until we got the fit just right, and have cleaned my jewelry more times than I can count because I'm terrible at keeping my rings clean! We've had such a wonderful experience with Giovanna's, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and genuinely outstanding service.

I've visited a few times, initially shopping for my best friend's engagement ring with a very kind gentleman. More recently, my boyfriend and I dropped in and worked with a fantastic, easy-going woman with long braids. She helped ease my nerves, let us try on settings, noted our preference for a ~2-carat round or oval diamond, and helped us book an appointment for a week later so the right stones could be brought in. We were incredibly excited to come back to design my own ring. However, things felt off from the get-go when we got called to remind us of a 6:00 PM appointment, even though we had booked for 5:00 PM yesterday. We assumed it was just an honest mistake, but unfortunately, the appointment itself completely lacked the guidance and warmth we were hoping for. We had narrowed our choices down to two setting styles with 2-3 variations of each, but I was struggling to make a final decision on the band thickness and supporting stones without seeing them paired with an actual ~2-carat stone. Instead of offering professional guidance to help me visualize this, we felt relentlessly pressured to pick a setting right then and there because we "had too many options out." When I explained I needed to see the rock size to decide, she corrected me that "carat is a unit of weight" and pointed out the displays were cubic zirconia. While technically true, it made me feel dismissed rather than helped. When I asked if we could just see a 2-carat stone in the setting to help narrow down the variables, she claimed she wasn't trained to eyeball carat sizes and pushed a plastic sizer on me instead. She later ended up using the plastic sizer herself when I continued to ask for options around 2 carats. When I expressed that the generic settings and plastic sizers weren't helping me visualize the final piece, she apologized, saying, "Sorry we didn't have your setting in your exact size 4." It felt disingenuous and like she was entirely missing the root of my frustration. It felt as though she was overly reliant on a rigid script and needed firm answers, showing total inflexibility and a complete lack of empathy. When we expressed that the appointment wasn't meeting our expectations and wanted to leave, she finally dropped the pressure about the setting and suggested bringing out the actual diamonds we had booked the appointment to see. Things briefly got better as we were finally able to visualize what the diamond would look like on different bands, but the relief was short-lived. She asked my boyfriend how much he wanted to spend. When he explained that his budget was flexible depending on the value and quality of the stone, she seemed frustrated by the lack of a hard number. We suggested finding a range and asked her to filter for the highest caliber cut, color, and clarity. She claimed to do so and quoted us around $2,000, which sounded incredibly low. My boyfriend looked at her computer screen and caught that she hadn't even applied the filters we asked for, which made us feel like we couldn't trust the process. Throughout the appointment, there were so many little comments and remarks that made us feel like she simply did not want to be there. Between that underlying attitude and the complete lack of personalized guidance, I just wanted to get out of the store. Never in my life have I had an experience bad enough to warrant writing a review, but engagement ring shopping is supposed to be a joyful milestone. Instead, we were made to feel like a burden, and it genuinely ruined a special moment for us. We realized we were completely done and left to find another jeweler where we can make our special memories instead.
