I had to ask my waitress if they changed different chef, but she said they still had the same chef and nothing was changed. Well, I guess I just got a bad luck. We called the restaurant, and instead of immediately remaking both orders, they asked us to bring the food back because they wanted to swap the orders. That means they intended to give the other customers the food that had already been taken to our house, and give us the food that had already been taken to theirs. When we got back to the restaurant, they acted like they had remade our food. I took it out to the car, and the first thing I noticed was the to-go container was already broken. Then I realized the food was cold. It became obvious that it wasn't freshly made at all.....it was the original order that the other customers had already taken home before realizing it wasn't theirs because we had been given their food. The worst part wasn't even the initial mistake. Mistakes happen. It was being lied to and made to believe they had prepared fresh food when they hadn't. They only offered to remake the order after we had already figured out what happened. Not only was the customer service disappointing, but the thought of exchanging food that had already left the restaurant and gone into someone else's home between customers is completely unacceptable. We expected much better. Now have to wait 2 days for the money to go back on the card like it grows on trees...
