Panera Bread is always a good spot to grab a healthy bite with some nice healthy drink options. Nothing particularly spectacular about this one compared with others. It was clean, service was standard and it wasn't too busy on the inside. I ordered the creamy tomato soup with a side of bread and a chocolate croissant. The tomato soup was alright. It was warm, instead of hot and it could have used some spice or additional season to jazz it up a bit. Other than that. A pretty normal experience at a Panera.

Eating from a lid!!

Poor Service, Poor Quality, and Not Kid Friendly! Ordered a $50 dinner for 3 of us. Our 5 year old loves the Mac & Cheese. We were told, we aren't doing Non-togo orders because we are short staffed. Can't give you a plate for a 5 year old to eat off. Didn't get one of our chips, and everything was rushed and poorly made. We have eaten here many times in the past... Wow! Tonight was BAD!!! 12/01/2022 6:40PM

Panera is my jam. Order online to save time and pick up. This location has historically gotten pretty busy--and the pandemic has definitely made that worse. As of mid-2021, the restaurant is back open for indoor dining, but also fielding a lot of online orders. During peak lunch time on a weekday, expect some chaos! But my recent order was made pretty quickly. The French onion soup was missing croutons and cheese, which wasn't ideal, but oh well. In the future I'll probably try to order at a less peak time so I can avoid the crowds.

1st bite, 0 tuna - just bread & lettuce. I went in to investigate. Glad I chose that end, I would've been chomping on the onion butt

Clueless that this Panera has such a low rating until I want to share my experience. Ahhh! I'm not alone! Panera has set a level of expectation of what to experience visiting their restaurants- that one MUST post when it's not being met. But from look of these constant issues- the management of this location does not care! I'm seeing ZERO responses to these multiple issues. It's JANUARY at the time of this posting - NO ONE is wiping down the kiosks! Ummm we're in full swing of germs - flu season, viruses, and all kinds of yuckiness. The fingerprints left on the screens and noticeable crumbs and smears of whatever on the tables is disturbing! My order. Ugh! This is why I don't pre-tip! I would've been madder and have experienced that before. I hate having to reassemble my food -- yet here we are. The tuna just slapped haphazardly on the bread (which was HARD AF because it's been left out) along with end pieces of onion. WHY would you put this on ANYONE's sandwich! This piece of onion should've been tossed! I had to put my tuna back on the bread (which was not much at all), toss the onion butt - then eat. Last I checked- I DO NOT work for Panera!

This place is hit or miss. I usually order through Rapid Pickup. Sometimes my rapid pick up order is there, sometimes it's not. Sometimes my food is fresh and delicious, sometimes it's disappointing. Tonight it was definitely disappointing. I ordered a caprese sandwich and ended up with a gosh darn arugula sandwich with an itty bitty bit of caprese! Summamuhbih! Check out my photo to see if u can even spot the caprese on my sandwich. Oh yeah, and the bread was kinda burnt. Also, my food was not in the Rapid Pickup area so I actually had to interact with one of the employees to get my food. I didn't want to chit chat. I just wanted to go in and grab my stuff. Total bummer. Get it together Bailey's Crossroads Panera or next time you'll be getting one star from me.

Service is ok, line moves quickly at lunch but the tables are often dirty and the bathrooms are never clean.

Dirty and crowded with people who come for no other reason than to use the free wifi and to take up space.

Needless to say, I won't be returning. The ordering process has completely changed. Now you have to place your order at the bakery counter along with everyone else. There is no staff at the salad, soup, or entrée stations; apparently everything is prepared and served from the kitchen. After placing your order, you're handed a number and told to wait. The cashier wasn't particularly friendly, and the wait for the food was longer than expected. Unfortunately, the food was even more disappointing than the service. The French onion soup was atrocious--watery and tasting more like soy sauce than onions. The small piece of Swiss cheese attached to a thin baguette slice was rock-hard. Gone are the generous toppings and fresh bread I remember. The chicken salad sandwich, once my favorite item on the menu, was an unappetizing brown color and tasted as though it had been sitting around far too long. What was once a reliable favorite has clearly changed, and not for the better. I won't be coming back.
