I am a huge fan of Panera, but this was the first time I was ever at this particular one. They ran out of broccoli cheddar soup, which was ok, even though that is what I ordered. The staff was rude about it and as I was standing waiting for my order one staff member threw a pager in the basket that was right by my head. They never acknowledged me and asked if I wanted to replace my soup order with something else and they served 3-5 customers who ordered the soup after I did. I have worked in food service too and I know it can be stressful, but the rudeness at this store will cause me to never return again. On a positive note, the cashier who took my order and the one who returned my money with the manager were all very nice. read more

Ordered online for pickup, paid for it. Picked up-bagels not sliced as asked and cream cheese did not get placed in my order though I had paid for 3 tubs of cream cheese. Totally unacceptable read more

Hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Panera. I just got home from going through the drive thru at this location. First off, no lettuce. We tried ordering salads but they could not make them due to having no lettuce ( I later found out all lettuce is pulled by the CDC---ECOLI?! SALMONELLA?!?!?--- after that we ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 soups and 2 bakery items...both bakery items were unavailable. This was at 7pm in a Friday???? Ok ok, no bakery FINE. We get up to the window, the cashier, ABBY, immediately take our card and rubs it. No apology nothing. She then turns to us and says there isn't enough bread to make the Met Veg sandwich, they only have enough for half. What the hell? Really Panera?? So I'm beyond aggravated at this point. Tell ABBY that I just dont want the sandwich and to just refund the card...she has to get her manager. ABBY goes to get her so called manager and he he doesn't even ask what happened or anything. Simply asks if the payment was cash or card. I ask him to just make the sandwich on what ever bread they have available. We get home there is no Met Veggie sandwich and 2 turkey sandwiches Icing on the cake- tried calling but their phone number is out of order read more

I've been to a few Paneras and have loved them all. The Frankfurt store is always clean and neat and I have found their staff to be cheerful and helpful. I will continue stopping there for a quick, delicious, healthy meal. read more

Their breads and bakery are outstanding. I like to quickly grab a cup of their great soup and half sandwich. The coffee is bottomless and oh so good too. read more

This place is dirty. Couldn't find a clean table. The service was bad. They brought me the wrong sandwich twice. I didn't even bother to ask again for them to correct it. When I ask for no tomato on a sandwich it came with no vegetables on it at all. And I think the sandwich is just sub par in taste compared to other options out there. read more

I've always loved their food and the "fast casual" type of semi self service is good. Sunday, however, was a terrible experience. First, it's never a good thing to smell burnt toast when you first walk in a restaurant. We did. But the worst thing was how rudely we were treated. They were fairly busy and had two cashiers taking orders. We made it to the front of the line and were next to be served. The male cashier who just finished taking an order left his register (without bothering to say, "I'll be right back") and went in the back room. He came out with some type of stick that he used to pull down a sign off the menu board. He took the sign and the stick to the back room, came out and asked us what we would like. I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my wife and I and he old us we "just missed" breakfast. I guess that was the sign he took down. Really? He delayed waiting on us then denied us because we weren't there in time? Why do people do that to other people? read more

This is ithe slowest Panera location! There is never enough help. The line is always out the door. They usually have only one senior at the register. The manager is taking phone orders. The other couple of workers are serving or cleaning. There is one woman breaking her back to put all the orders together. Do not stop here unless you have plenty of time to burn! This Panera clearly needs more workers and new management! P.S. average called in carryout orders is 35minutes! read more

I LOVE Panera but this one doesn't live up to its reputation. I've recently moved to the area and have gone twice. The first time they ran out of bread bowls and the second we had to wait in a line out the door with only one cashier ringing just to find out they were out of bread bowls again. Id understand if it was near closing time but this was still during the dinner rush. read more

The manager brought over my food, I asked where do i go to grab my chai tea. He said i will grab it for you. He brought me back a hot one and i said i asked for it iced as it also said on my receipt. He grunted at me as if it was my fault and walked away. Then when he came back with it iced, he just stood behind me like I was suppose to know he was there. I approached him to clarify it wasn't my fault and he was extremely childish and just shook his head at me. Probably should remove the accuracy matters off of their receipts because clearly they don't care about their own promise to their customers especially with behavior like that from a manager. We were here for breakfast as my son's birthday breakfast choice. There was no one in line ahead of us yet it still took almost five minutes for someone to take our order. The guy working the register was in such a bad mood. My son ordered a plain bagel and they didn't have any.... So he ordered a cinnamon bagel. When they gave us the bagel I asked where the cream cheese was and the crabby guy insisted he didn't order cream cheese and then charged me 1.50 for a tub of cream cheese to put on the bagel. Not only that but they spilled almost half of my husbands soup as they brought it out. I agree with another post about them never having enough help here. read more

Worst service ever. They have gotten my orders wrong MULTIPLE times, and when they do get it right, its a tiny ass portion. They have never done anything about it when i go back and im basically just S.O.L. Go to the one on 191st and Harlem its worth the further trip than going. P.S. Panera started out with the right idea and to watch their commercials on the television, you would think that they are the saviors of the earth. The food is okay, the pastry is down right good and the sandwiches are good as well. NOW, about the cleanliness...it just seems that no one cares any more, it is a get em in and get em out attitude. Dishes pilled sky high in the trash areas, dirty booths and tables, food located in the seams of the booths, lemons at the drink station that were put out early morning I assume and left there until one in the afternoon. Lining up like a bunch of cattle is not my idea of having a wonderful lunch. If the company that runs these place would just think about making them bigger with more room it might very well be a good experience. I have visited several Panera's but this is the worst for cleanliness. read more

What a joke this location has become. I placed a rapid order to be picked up around 8:20. The employees there were obviously to lazy to ensure that it was ready on time when the place was nowhere near busy. Not to mention the fact that they can't even remember to get my beverage right away either. Thankfully I had just got in my car when I realized it. The manager working there tonight didn't seem to care at all that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and she offered a half-hearted apology at best. I used to be a big fan of Panera but since visiting this branch, I haven't been able to step into any of their cafes. During my last visit, the manager yelled at the employees right in front of everyone, one of the customers found a few hairs in his sandwich, the tables and floor were all full of crumbs, and when I got my soup it was luke warm. read more

First time at this place and was excited to try it out. I really wanted a good tasting sandwich. big in size, and try one of their specialty items for lunch. Let's just say, I could have made a better one at home. I ordered the smokehouse turkey. I also wanted to try the mac n cheese. The sandwich was very small hardly little meat and not satisfying at all. However the mac n cheese was very good, but I was surprised how small of a portion they gave you, especially for $5.00. I rarely leave reviews, tending to only do so when the food is exceptionally good, or overly terrible. Unfortunately, this is a case of the latter. Panera was out of almost everything I tried to order: avocado, three different kinds of bread, even the chips!!! If that wasn't frustrating enough, after I ordered and paid, a waiter came to my table to inform me of yet ANOTHER bread they were out of. Finally, after 15 minutes of waiting, the food arrived. It was terrible. The meat was moist, the bread was soggy, and the tomato was mushy. Disgusted, I turned to my soup. To my disdain, the soup was not much better. My French onion soup was lukewarm, filled with unmelted cheese, and over-cooked onions. Bleh. After I finished my pitiful meal, I went up to see about a pastry. Much to my disappointment, they were out of almost everything. Overall, this Panera experience was by far the worst experience I've had in my years eating there. read more
