Worst Panera outlet we ever visited. Came in a few hours ago and they were not ready to serve customers! We ordered 1 sandwich and took about 45 minutes to make it. Won't be coming back.

Pick 2 -1/2 grilled cheese & creamy tomato soup

Ordered pick 2 1/2 grilled cheese & creamy tomato soup This pick 2 came out to $14.30 The sandwich was made with plain white bread and American cheese. There was no description for sandwich on menu but For a $7.29 sandwich I was expecting like a nice bread and cheese not generic.

Receipt if order which includes a bagel and a drink that are both missing!

We ordered for delivery, which we all know we pay extra! Though I appreciate Panera closing the bag and taping it, but maybe what is inside the bag or not inside the bag should be checked, possibly double checked! Because they sent me cream cheese without the bagel that I ordered! What shall I put the cream cheese on??? Hmmm Then when u called a spoke to the manager she was like whatever! Maybe that explains the 2 stars the place has! Oh and also they failed to have the drink as well. But it's all paid for!!

This place is so ran down and expensive. $22 for a small bowl of soup and sandwich with a fountain drink. The floors were dirty, tables were ok but the cushions are tore back and disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. For the price of food, those things should be mandatory taken care of.

Different varieties of cookies. My fav is the kitchen sink cookie. Sweet & savory 09.06.22

Was visiting Office Depot for school supplies. So decided to have lunch here w the hubby. Which is next door to OD. My 1st time here & dining in. Restaurant is really spacious w lots of seatings inside. There are tables w umbrellas outside also. We ordered the usual favs, Value Duets with Tuna Sandwich & creamy Tomato soup $ 8.99 (09.06.22) tuna sandwich seemed on the saltier side today. Soup was good. Love the sourdough like bread and butter it comes with. Butter was really creamy & good! I had to stop myself from eating 3/4 more butter cups. It was whipped butter. So spread on easily w the bread I received w my meal. Cookie, my fav is the Kitchen Sink one. Highly recommended. It's sweet & savory. Pretty big cookie. The size of your hand w palm/fingers spread out. Only complaint was the presentation when receiving my plate. The soup was literally splattered all over my plate. As if the soup was poured abruptly into the bowl. Associate didn't bother cleaning up the rim of the bowl or the splatter of soup that went on my utensils too. I deducted a star for that. Besides that, associate was friendly.

$14 for these items without a drink. Sandwich is way smaller than a napkin and the pecan braid was far too tough and dry to eat.

I've been here a total of six times. Every time it was because I got an unwanted Panera Bread gift card from someone I knew. Their customer service is subpar. Everybody looks like they hate working there. Usually I stand for a long time at the counter while they ignore me and the line that's building behind me. The other day was the first time somebody actually said that they would be with me shortly. The place doesn't look so great. I thought somebody had spilled stuff all over the booth seats but it was because the material was peeling apart. A lot of the tables are dirty and wet and some had been wiped down with a dirty rag and are smelling of old water. All of their baked goods are really dry and taste day-old. The last item I ordered was a pecan braid and it was so tough I couldn't even eat it. Their cookies taste day-old as well, but I did have a chocolate chip muffie that was pretty good. Their sandwiches are small and overpriced. I tried a number of their sandwiches and I didn't care for most of them. Their bacon avocado melt was greasy, but tasty. I ordered a half sandwich and it was smaller than a napkin. Their salads are okay size but seem to lack with ingredients and quality. Their ranch dressing is way too vinegary and their bacon pieces are way too salty. Most of the salads are drowning in dressing. I really wish the food would've been worth it. I really don't see myself going here again unless I get another gift card. Their items are just too high priced for what you actually get.

It was a quick in and out for me to get my drink of the day, the location was clean and organized enough, a little smaller than others, but less crowded than most, I am sure I will be using this Panera location more often during my trip to LA heading around the area

They used to have more bagels to choose from. No onion bagels etc.

Vibe is terrible. Selections look empty and unappetizing. Service was mediocre and unenthusiastic. Broken bagel slicer... just an overall dull experience. Doesn't want to make you come back.

It's all about the Baja Mac and Cheese. Nothing else matters...Maybe their Chai Latte too.

It only took me five minutes to get to the store, so I did not expect my sandwich to be ready immediately. I checked in at the counter and was told they were still working on my order, no problem. They were not very busy, and were staffed with four employees that I could see. As I waited for over ten minutes, three different customers walked in, had their sandwiches made, and left. Maybe they had a flood of app orders, but at times there were one or two staff members in front doing nothing while I was the only one in the store. After almost fifteen minutes of waiting at the store, my sandwich was finally ready. The employee apologized for the wait, but it was frustrating to see several other customers come and go while I waited when I thought I was saving time by using the app and ordering ahead. My order was a regular size roast beef and provolone on wheat made Mike's way. ($11.95). I had planned to eat half now, and half later but the sandwich was on the smaller side so I just ate the whole thing. I would prefer a larger regular size sandwich for a few more dollars. The only other option is the giant size at $19.95. The sandwich was also a little bland, and it seemed like I tasted more lettuce than meat and cheese. More salt and pepper would have gone a long way. I love their Big Kahuna sandwich, but the roast beef and provolone sandwich and wait time today missed the mark.

The self-seating system is straightforward -- just grab a menu at the front and pick your spot. The sandwiches are priced around $20, but they come with a side and the portions are very generous, so the value is definitely there. You have to try the chili -- it's outstanding and easily one of the best parts of the meal. I ordered The Fender with a cup of chili, and my husband got The Sheepherder with a side of their potato salad. Both sandwiches were packed with flavor and really hit the spot. What I loved most was the atmosphere. The place is warm and nostalgic, with that classic old-school deli feel that instantly makes you feel comfortable. It's the kind of spot that feels like it has stories to tell. We're already planning to bring friends and family next time we're craving a great sub. Highly recommend Tony's!

Not really 'smashed' but a hefty double burger that was very tasty. For sides we had fries and a pickled egg with hot honey mustard (strong kick of horseradish)- which was a good on everything. Restaurant vibe was great; a fun, sporty, friendly atmosphere. Our server Kelly was top notch, she was outgoing, great energy, helpful, and she made excellent recommendations. Very impressed. We ate in the dining area but there is also a dog friendly patio. Not cheap, but quality food and good sized portions. Can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu. Give them a try!!
