This is such a beautiful Panera location! The dining room is super open and there are lots of seating options both inside and outside. The glass walls alongside the front of the restaurant makes it feel welcoming and comfortable. The staff were friendly and there is plenty of room for parking. Came back in for my annual birthday pastry i was extremely happy they had the cinnamon toast bagel which is my absolute favorite I didn't realize they had discontinued the cinnamon toast scone so I got the orange scone instead for the hubs which he enjoyed my complaint isn't with the food but with the cleanliness of the staff while waiting we observed who I'm guessing was a manager use her bare hands to put what looked like some type of frozen bread on a baking dish without ever using any gloves? She was opening boxes as well as rubbing in her face and continued to put the bread on the sheets it was very early and they weren't busy so most of the staff was kinda of standing around yet they ALL were wearing gloves! This has got THE worst Panera in the free world. We arrived at 8:30am for breakfast only to be informed that they could not brew anymore coffee. They couldn't because they were out coffee filters. Out of coffee filters on a Friday morning. Total incompetence of the management. There were people who had already purchased breakfast and coffee waiting for a fresh urn of coffee to be brought out, they were not happy. As we walked out we met several people coming in and we informed them of the situation inside and they couldn't believe it. Tuesday of this week I eat at the local Panera bread I ordered chicken noodle soup. What a joke I had two noodles three carrots I'm not sure what the rest of it was but it was a cup of soup and it just had very little carrots one noodles and I'm not sure if I had chicken in it or not I do not recommend eating at Panera bread service was horrified. We placed a large to go order. Our order sat on the counter without a name. After several minutes we asked about the bag and it was finally determined to be ours. When we checked our order, we were horrified to find the baguettes were thrown loosely in the bag on top of the soup containers. We requested new bread in a bag and were grudgingly given new bread in a bag by a manager. We asked about salad dressing for our salad and was told it was in the container with the salad. After showing them the container, proving their was no dressing, another manager went to get dressing for us. We were told repeatedly this was their standards. Not very high IMO. I came with my daughter for a lunch date as we have had some rough days. The ordering was easy on the portal, however it was the service/good or lack of. We asked for our cups she literally snatched them off the counter and gave them to us. Then when we got our food, my daughter's sandwich didn't have the bacon and barely any chicken. I normally wouldn't say anything but I couldn't let this one go. I went up and asked them what was supposed to come on the sandwich. The lady actually rolled her eyes and said everything is on it! Well I would love to say that this place was worth it but honestly it is not. My girlfriend had to sit in line for right at 27 minutes to receive her food. Food that was ready and sitting there for ten minutes and now cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially at night. read more

I've tried. I really have. The last time the soup was watery and they told me that is standard if you order early in the day die to serving leftovers from the day before. This time, the avocado is hard as a brick. The tomatoes are terrible. Seriously, where do you get produce that awful in the summer? For what they charge, food should taste good. I was nervous to try this location after reading the reviews but it was honestly the best Panera experience I've had in years. The staff was extremely friendly and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was fresh and had a ton of veggies. The sauce was spread all the way to the edges and it reminded me of why I loved it in the first place! My daughter loves the broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl and hers also was phenomenal. The bread was exactly what I've come to expect for the last 25 years and the soup was perfect. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area! read more

Well I've been here three times. I've had both great and not so great experiences here, and all those depended solely on the staff that day. The food has been great on every occasion. On my first visit, I was getting food for my mom and I. An asiago cheese bagel....my absolute favorite bagel here and a cinnamon roll cause I've been craving them lately. The bagel was so perfect, and the cinnamon roll was good too. Not quite as life changing as some other rolls I've had. Probably since I like a lot of icing. The cashier that day was great and went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I had everything we needed. The next time I came here was through the drive thru. I just got a sesame bagel and was hesitant at first, but they warmed and toasted it to where by the time I got to work, it was still warm and delicious. The drive thru worker was super friendly. The last time I dined inside...wow this girl had no idea what she was doing. One bagel with cream cheese doesn't just ring up to over $5. If I hadn't of said anything, she would have just assumed that's what a bagel with cream cheese cost. I mean sure the amount of cream cheese you get for a dollar and some change here is one serving whereas at a grocery store, it's for the whole block. But cream cheese is not that much of a luxury.... The chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese was still delicious nonetheless, and it's my favorite sweet bagel. read more

I gave this Panera Bread a five-star rating because all of my experiences at this restaurant have been amazing! I went today and ordered my go-to meal which is the large macaroni and cheese with a baguette as my side. I go here often and my order has never been incorrect. I went through the drive-thru and those in the drive-thru window adhered to COVID protocols by wearing their masks the proper way. In terms of sustainability, I think Panera is one of the restaurants working toward becoming a sustainable facility. When dining inside, food is given to you in a glass bowl with reusable silverware that can be washed multiple times rather than plastic that is thrown into a landfill. Ok so I would recommend another Panera bread location. We just ate here for dinner and they were not busy at all but still got everything wrong on our order. I tried the new strawberry caprese salad and caprese sandwich with fruit as a side. My hubby tried the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich with the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad with yogurt. We were buzzed once but our order wasn't ready. When it was ready- my husbands salad had no poppyseed dressing and the sandwich was a salt lick and my salad had no strawberries. Then I realized I had bread as a side -not fruit. We told the manager who just looked annoyed. She fixed the problems but stated that the fruit was an upcharge which " the new girl" didn't charge me like I was suppose to feel lucky. Going to cross this Panera off my list. read more

I was given a dirty look when asking if i could have whipped cream on my smoothie. It really hurt my feelings and I felt judged. The lady at the register also questioned my friends order when she asked for two bagels in a judgemental way. Wow! I could not believe the hospitality that I received upon walking in the door. For a mother of a 7 month old who was on the phone paying bills before we got here and left her wallet at home on the couch and had no idea until we ordered, then went to the car to look and no wallet. I said please cancel my order I don't have my bill fold, they said no problem it on us. Wait what? Yes they paid for my lunch. Couldn't believe it. The food was wonderful not because it was taken care of but because I know how it's prepared and how much love go into the hands that prepare it.
