Second time ordering the lettuce was limp - chewy and just awful. The sandwich was drenched with dressing. Complete opposite to the first experience. Giving this two stars due to the appearance of the personnel not caring about delivering quality food consistently to their customers. I went through the drive thru with my son. I had to repeat my order three times with person on headset...then I get to the window and the lady repeats my order and it's wrong. I was getting so tired of repeating my order...then I came home and my chipotle chicken melt was drenched...like dripping and the bread was disgustingly soggy. I ended up throwing it away and just eating my side. It was really time consuming, the service was not up to par, and my food was terrible. This was my first time at the new location. It's a beautiful place, lighting, fireplace even The NY Times was available. I had the half sandwich and cup of soup combo. Roasted turkey and avocado BLT with the broccoli cheddar soup, it was fabulous I got the iced cinnamon crunch latte, it was good, but there was no crunch. My husband got the vegetarian autumn squash soup and the Fuji apple salad with avocado, it was delicious! My bestie got the Baja bowl and French bread. She loved hers too! We used the kiosk at the entrance to put in our orders and got a pager, we weren't sure where to swipe the credit card, a team member saw our confusion and immediately came to help. Overall a very comfortable vibe, beautiful decor, helpful staff and great food! We'll be back to try more amazing items! The restrooms were a little messy. Easy fix though. read more

I tried the new flatbread pizzas the other day and they are very tasty, especially the chipotle chicken flavor. They are massive and you can eat off of it for at least two meals. I also like the "you pick two" deal that comes with the flatbread. It's very hearty and filling and I'm impressed by it being a Panera Bread pizza. I love ordering online and picking up at this location too. The food is always prepared quickly, the dining in area and bathrooms are always clean and the service is always superb. The parking in this area can be a little hectic especially facing the Chic-fil-A so be cautious not to back into anyone! You can also order delivery though. read more

I've waited a few times before writing this mainly because every time I've ordered, either in store or to take out or delivery, something sadly is wrong with my order. The dressing I ask for on the side gets put in the salad, the extra avocado isn't added because there wasn't any avocado as they ran out to begin with, or when I order a bowl of turkey chili, I'm sent a tomato soup and a cup of chili in the side, with a sad piece of baguette... I will admit though, I called up and the manager rechecked my order and apologized that my delivery driver didn't reach out to tell me they had no bread bowls. As a gesture of apology, I was asked if I wanted a cookie (to sweeten me up? It definitely did the trick lol!) and she sent a new turkey chili (the right size) with an extra piece of baguette. I'm going to say a solid 3, but I'd love to see a slight improvement in order accuracy in the kitchen at this store and communication with the customer if something is missing. read more

All displays were already torn down and I ordered soup in bread bowl. Out of bread bowls so I order soup in a bowl and side baguette. Computer says out of baguette. I went to the counter to let them know and the runner (M) told me in a very nasty tone that they weren't going to replace it because it was half eaten. I never asked them to replace the soup. When I feel like eating on the "healthier" side I love to enjoy some Panera. This location is fairly close to my current residence so I come here often. I love to take advantage of their "quick-order" screens they have right when you walk in. Rather than waiting in line you can just use one of their easy-to-use order screens. It allows you to customize everything on your sandwich and has every option talking to a real person gives you. The cups are right there to grab for drinks as well! I got their Frontega Chicken Panini (Whole sandwich, because it's that good) with chips on the side. To drink, I went with the Passion Papaya Green Tea. I had never tried it before but I think I've found my new favorite! It took a good while for us to get our food (maybe close to 20 minutes), but they were rather busy. It was just past lunch time so there was still a descent amount of people there. Everything tasted amazing! Love the food quality and healthy options. read more

They even forgot to give us our chips, and when we asked for them my husband got glared at! The location is also very clean! My fiancé and I eat at this particular location frequently. I usually get the you pick 2. For this visit, I ordered the green goddess Cobb salad and the chipotle avocado sandwich (both were fantastic). I decided to also order a strawberry banana smoothie (I've never had one of their smoothies before). The smoothie tasted great. Not too sweet. My fiancé ordered the frontega panini. Yeah, I decided to go ahead and do a review since the food at this Panera Bread was excellent. I went at a time that it was not too busy. So, can't really tell you how they handle stressful situations. But, we have all been to places where they were not busy, and have had terrible service. The food came out pretty fast after ordering. The facility was clean, including the bathrooms. The food was made to the order and made as requested. So, what else can you ask for?
