Ordered a full sized grilled cheese through the drive through. Discussed with the speaker voice (after she told me they were out of the usual bread) that we would take sourdough if it was the same size sandwich as It would be with the country rustic. She assured me it would be 4 pieces of sourdough since those loaves are half the size of a normal loaf. Got the sandwich and it was not. Spoke with the manager and she stood behind serving this, the lamest grilled cheese in the world. She argued with me that this was actually 4 pieces of bread. Do yourself a favor and drive to Mill Run or Dublin. Or just skip Panera. This is not the first time this has happened. Awful. 0/10 would not recommend. Walked in and chairs were blocking the doors. Was then informed that the dining room was closed, and we could only get takeout, even though there were people sitting in the dining room at the time. Then had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby before our order was taken. They were out of almost all pastries, which was the reason we went, and when we gave him our phone number he said nothing was showing up. He acted so bothered that we offered to leave, and was just plain rude the whole time. Once we finally got our order in, he asked us if it was "for here" or to go Then it took them at least 20 minutes to get our pizza to us, and when it was done they left the box open on the counter (which caused the pizza to be cold) and didn't call our name. We waited 40 minutes after my "your order is ready" email for a loaf of sourdough and a bear claw just for Thomas to be a butthole about the lack of sourdough. I love the Chicken and wild rice soup. Sometimes wish they offered that one daily. Some of the sandwiches are a bit weird for me, but I know that they are a much healthier choice than many options out there in "fast food land". I know that people get frustrated that they can be out of items before closing - but I like to think that the reason that they run out of stock on an item, is because it's GOOD! and FRESH! I get frustrated too that a particular loaf of bread or bagel is gone for the day on occasion - so I just try to get there earlier the next time. Scones - love them all. I used their drive -thru, ordered the Chicken Alfredo. When I got it home, it didn't have any chicken in it, but it did have an employees hair. So I took it back, got the same order and the "baguette" they gave me was the size of a dinner roll. I should have kept the baguette from the firsr order. If customer satisfaction is not an option for the employee that screwed up the order TWICE, maybe they should quit their job. I went for a dozen of bagels through the drive thru one night and waited 15 minutes and I was the only one in line! Looking through the window, several employees were standing around on their cell phones! OK this location is not good. It seems if I am traveling weather north south east or west my wife will want to stop at a Panera Bread rather than the usual fast food you encounter on the road. We always get great service and food. I am OK with this but sometimes they can be kind of hard to find when traveling. I live 2 mins from this one and there is always something wrong here. I expect this one to be the same as all the other ones but WOW , no way ! The drive through is slower than a white castle drive through at 2:30am on a Friday after a night of drinking. Also there is always something missing or wrong. I can't explain the smell when I walk inside. Before I smell the bread and baked goods there is this underlying smell of a old dirty dish rag. I mean the smell when a old wet rag has been sitting in a heap for about 4 days to long. I think they clean their tables with a rag like that. Do Better !! read more

Extremely long wait time (greater than 15 minutes) with only one person at the register and a bunch of employees just lounging around. The register attendant was highly unqualified and could not handle a you-pick-two and coffee without lots of repeating the order. And she still got it wrong. The place is not clean... lots of tables need to be wiped off and with so many staff members doing nothing this should be possible. Also no Hazelnut coffee which isn't great. I would recommend that you go somewhere else. This Panera is way below the average in quality. read more

This panera is okay, but not the best. I've never ordered through the drive-thru, I always eat inside. There is always a long line and one person working on the register. The food usually takes a little bit of a wait which is sometimes annoying. I usually get the mac and cheese or broccoli cheddar soup. The food usually comes out great. The service and long wait times are the only downsides. The delivery service is nice, I order from work a lot and I've never had an issue. Would recommend the delivery service but not eating inside. read more

Let me first start with the positive I received good customer service. the issue began with a pickup order I got the End season Caprese salad I literally had 20 cherry tomatoes barely any lettuce light strawberries and light cheese. We're paying $11 for the salad come on fix it the way the picture shows that's what I expect. They did give me a replacement order I picked up today still not happy tons of lettuce to cherry tomatoes and the strawberries there is probably three quartered strawberries in 4 chunks of mozzarella cheese when I requested extra cheese. I was told my order was ready grab the bag automatically thinking everything was in it with my son's chicken tortellini I just threw it on my seat in my car and drove off 15 minutes later realizing the only thing in the bag was the salad. I did call in about the missing food only and they were so kind to offer me replacement order once again for the chicken tortellini. I think my final decision is to stay away unless I'm getting my favorite cinnamon crunch bagel read more

I don't usually write businesses to complain but I did for this Panera. I live nearby and was drawn by the drive-thru concept. I am lactose sensitive and I swear, everytime I get my drink from here, I end up having stomach issues, and to think I pay extra for soy milk. Never happens at Starbucks. And yes, half the time, orders are wrong too. Even if the manager responded to my complaint and invited me back, I have boycotted this Panera since. read more

I love Panera, just not this one. It's closest to my house so I break down and go to this location more often than I should. It is a constant battle to get what you order, and I'm not talking about a special order, I'm talking about menu items as they come. Again and again they have forgotten to put the dressing on my salad, the chicken. They have used the wrong dressing on a caesar salad. I have been through the drive through and have had them forget to put the meat on my sandwich. THE MEAT! The prep staff is very badly managed. There is a mistake nearly every time I come in or go thought drive-through. The baked good are still good. Came right as breakfast ended. At 11:00am. The cashier was unkempt in appearance. While waiting in line, it was clear the atmosphere behind the counter was chaos. A tray of raw dough got dropped on the floor. Someone came to pick up their order and only then was informed that they were out of the asiago bagels they had requested. When we got up to order, they only had four types of bagels available. None of the most popular bagels were available. They didn't have the everything bagels we wanted. Had a horrible experience in April. Used their delivery service for my lunch at work and had glass on my sandwich and it was a half an hour late. Called the manager and she said she would give me a refund and send me a new sandwich. This was an hour late and the sandwich was Stone Cold and poorly made. I called several times about the refund and finally a month later they told me they cannot give me a refund because they had already ran the month's sales. I was going to be sent a gift card and it is now June and I have yet to see this gift card. Service is horrible at this location. I routinely have to wait 10 minutes for a carry out you-pick-two. The last time I ate in the store, I had to clean a table before I could sit down. Yesterday I ordered a cobb salad and a Thai chicken flatbread. They forgot the dressing for the salad and the veggies in the flatbread (it's supposed to have cilantro and cabbage). Last week I ordered a strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and they forgot the chicken. Got a Caesar salad. I got the crumbs for the croutons, no dressing, and the butt of the lettuce. Just dry and no taste. I got the steak and cheddar panini and my first four bites was bread and slimy onions. Tasted microwaved, no sauce/dressing, bland and tasted disgusting with the onions. Service was slow, the employees constantly complained this evening. The he manager appeared stressed, and over working with sweat constantly dripping from his head while doing the kitchen. The only reason I came to this location was because of a soccer tournament nearby last weekend and some of the parents/kids from the team were going. Yes, the food is OK, even some things like the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl are pretty darn tasty. Panera Bread as an organization has lost its way as a value and high quality soup and sandwich place. As recently as five years ago one would appreciate the value as for example a pick-two menu for $15-17. and now $ 21-23. Many of the best menu items have been discontinued. The service of this location was absolutely horrendous. When I ordered their tuna salad sandwich they were out of the black pepper bread which is understandable due to going in at 7pm. Unfortunately I ordered French onion soup and a part of the pick two, and the recorded as tomato on the receipt. They also didn't ask me what side I wanted and filled it with a baguette which is on the receipt. I'm sorry but does that piece of whole grain bread look like a French baguette to you?! They also forgot to give me my drink. While the staff was friendly enough to fix some mistakes there were just too many. Easily the worst Panera I've ever been to, if you go through the drive through everything seems to be ok but whenever I have gone inside to eat the staff is beyond rude and they rarely have the foods they are known for ie soup, coffee, or bread. I went there last Saturday and literally waited 30min for soup... I would have had to wait longer but at that point I just asked for something else. During this time no one apologized or offered to refund my money ... They just called me up to the counter every ten minutes to tell me it would be another 15min for soup (they did this 3 times) I hope that this Panera gets better because it is so close but I have been to a lot over the years and have never been to one with such poor customer service and that seemed unable to even serve food. read more

We got there for a late lunch after daughter's soccer game. The counter service was the slowest I've experienced in any Panera. I got asked to come to the pickup counter when food was almost ready and told that they were out of avocado--offered no replacement or adjustments--just a choice of to complete the order or not. They also did not have type of bread we asked for a side but we only found this out after they put another type on our plate. We opted to complete the order without avocado and requested bread,then after getting back to table realized that my wife's chicken avocado salad also had no chicken. read more
