Fresh baked???? soufflés?! More like BLACKENED!
    Dave H.

How is this entire chain even still in business?!?! POOR food. POOR service, non-existent management! I QUIT FOREVER on this place (ALL of them, since I travel)! 2 months ago I got a soufflé and coffee ($9+) ALL the soufflés were BURNED and mine had RAW bread dough! A guy who identified himself as the "regional manager" seemed quite indifferent when I took my "food" to him. "How about I get you a breakfast sandwich?" TEN MINUTES later he brought to my table a hamburger bun with a slightly warm sausage patty, half cold egg with a slice of Kraft American cheese! I took one bite, threw it out and he WATCHED ME walk out of the restaurant shaking my head! No, "I'm sorry. Can I refund your money..." NOTHING! I believe it's the Carvelli Co who owns this particular chain. I'm guessing they're actually a concrete grave vault company and have NO IDEA how deal with people or how to run a restaurant!

    Cinnamon Crunch Bagel

I visited the store at 7:25 PM tonight. I was really wanting cinnamon crunch bagels for breakfast tomorrow. I called ahead to see if they had any baked. They said they did. I came right over and checked out the store and ordered a few bagels. The store was very clean inside and out. The bakery items looked delicious, but there wasn't much left at this time of evening. Just as I was told, there were several cinnamon bagels - my favorite! I spoke with Ken, the Team Lead, who was so friendly and helpful. He put gloves on before he got my bagels. I asked him to toast them to prep them for tomorrow. He gave me a helpful tip that maybe I should take them un-toasted because they might be hard tomorrow. He was right, of course! He offered butter pats, which were free. He put napkins and plastic knives in the bag. In the few minutes I chatted with him, I could see why he's a team lead, he was very positive, energetic and was communicating with his team. I took pictures of the store so people could see the layout. I don't typically order much from Panera, because I consider them overpriced, but I'll never stop getting the cinnamon crunch bagels! Five stars! Enjoy

    Spicy chicken sandwich
    Oli G.

Everything was edible but it was one of those "the actual sandwich doesn't look like the commercial" type issue. I got that OVERPRICED chicken sandwich that they have and when you see the pictures in retrospect to what they advertise you'll see what I'm talking about. This sandwich is not worth $13. That almost like the price of two Popeyes or Chick Fil A sandwiches that are much better. Again it was edible and I guess healthier since it's not fried but roasted but I can't recommend ever getting it again. The squash soup was good. The kids meal was silly because other locations maybe offer flatbread pizza but this location doesn't and they just give you grilled cheese or a turkey sandwich with processed cheese and plain old white bread looking like something we should've made at home. I guess they figured since it's a kids meal, kids won't give a damn, but it was aesthetically pleasing to the eye for what we paid for it. The kitchen sink cookie was good and the brownie, chips, and fountain drinks was good as well. Customer service was choppy. Lady at the register seemed like she was going through the motions but was courteous. I asked for two orders for here and one of the orders to go but when my food was ready the kitchen staff made EVERYTHING for dine in? I ordered an apple but thought it would be slices but they gave me a whole apple. I gave it back and swapped it for more chips. I had a toddler and they gave me three different odd shaped trays which was confusing as I only have TWO ARMS. I'm not into setting food down around strangers and then walking away, getting situated, and then coming back. I looked like a circus act juggling two trays shaped like a PEANUT, two drinks, and a toddler but luckily I was able to make it happen. Bang for buck this was not it. Half sandwich and small soup, brownie, cookie, two drinks, spicy chicken sandwich and chips, white bread turkey kids meal with processed cheese slice and chips, no drink included, extra charge for apple juice $36

This egg looks days old and that definitely is not extra bacon.

SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT EAT HERE!! I've had 3 bad experiences in a row. The 1st I was in the drive thru and a truck was delivering and after 10 min an employee said their closing early bc they don't have any food anyway and made everyone get out of line. 2nd drive thru again waited for 5 min no one answered I asked if they were open and she rudely said I'll be with you in a min! Uh u could have said that from the get go! And the 3rd I asked for an over easy egg with xtra bacon the pic is what I got. This should be considered premeditated murder since they tryin to kill me with salmonella! 3strikes your out. This place is a joke.

The house was frantic as it was packed with several groups either adding on folls to their parties last minute or trying to walk in! Appreciate the staff handling everything with a smile. The chef was out delivering food and shaking hands as everyone shared their favorite memories of the restaurant. Coming off of Bourbon fest, we decided for light fare and got a closing drink along with the Off Menu red snapper crudo with rice paper crackers, watermelon salad, and pomodoro pasta. We shared everything and took half the pasta to go. The crudo was fresh and creamy with an avocado base while the watermelon salad was brine, sweet, and refreshing at the same time. Definitely have to try that at home. A great ending night for us and the Chapman legacy.

Arrived approximately 3:30pm - restaurant basically empty (maybe 5 tables total occupied). Went to check in for 2 and the host said he had reservations at 5. Huh? So I asked do you mean you can't seat us until 5? And he said no, that we need to leave by then because other people are coming. I thought that was very weird and unprofessional. I've never had an experience like that before. It's a basic sit down place, why would you think we'd linger for more than an hour and a half? Whatever, weird feeling, but we were seated. Seated in the walkway. Not like in a path but literally blocking the walkway where you step down. Why do I say this? Because people walking by kept banging into me. Not their fault. Why is there a table there? And why were we seated there when at least 80% of the restaurant was empty???? Ok whatever. Ordered food including their signature made in-house tots. Waitress comes back and says they were slammed in the morning and they're out of tots. (Man I feel bad for the people coming at 5. LOL) whatever except the people at the next table appeared to be served tots. Food was tasteless. The Mac and cheese had a weird texture like the roux wasn't cooked properly. My patty melt was mostly bread as the patty was too small for the bread. My husband had the signature chimi burger and it completely lacked any chimichurri flavor. Like at all. We were out by 4ish (plenty of time for them to prepare for their expected onslaught) and needless to say I've unbookmarked this place from my yelp. Maybe we'll try the Mexican place across the street next time. ‍

I will definitely try them again and picking something different off the menu there are a lot of different options something for everyone

It may not look like much, but it packs a whole lot of "great" inside of it! PROS: -Service is fantastic. The servers, despite being less than an hour from close, were super friendly, and they made me feel like I was part of everything. No clique-y vibes or disgruntled employees. Lots of joking and laughing from the staff when they weren't serving. -Food was delivered freakishly fast. We had barely got our beer when we had apps, and we had only managed to get the chili cooled enough for a few bites before entrees came out. The kitchen was really on top of things. -Really large selection of salad options. Their ranch was really delicious, but most importantly, all the salads felt like relatively "healthy" salads unlike many places that try to make them restaurant "quality" by stuffing them with cheese and other treat-y options. This could definitely be a place you could take someone who had to watch what they were eating for various reasons. -Prices were very, very reasonable, and we came away with a good meal without spending too much. -It was raining when we left, and staff was offering to walk people to their cars with their restaurant umbrella. Seriously, it was amazing. CONS: -No dedicated parking lot. There were decent available spots on a Thursday night at dinner, though. It just might be a few blocks walk. -As a chill night, it was okay, but I could feel this place feeling a bit crowded with tables too close together on really busy nights.
