I was treated very poorly at this location! Ordered a sandwich and did substitutions as I didn't want meat on it, I paid for extra stuff as well. Claudia who is apparently a team lead should be fired... she gave me a huge attitude, didn't even give me what I had already paid for and managed to make a simple sandwich wrong twice. When I got my sandwich I found 3 items I ordered on it were incorrect. She tried telling me I needed to pay even more money for those items I already paid extra for. Another team member had to help me. As I was waiting for my food she was very rude to her fellow employees. I eat lunch here a couple times a week and this has been my favorite location up until yesterday. Order total for half of a panini, mac and cheese and tea was around $13. Went to get a refill which was an arm's length away from my table when an employee grabbed my food and started walking off with it. I had to ask her to please put my food back on the table as I wasn't finished. She said she wasn't sure if I was still working on it or not and then put it back on my table. Pretty awkward. I felt like they were rushing me or something. At least wait until I'm back at the table and ask me first. Some food hadn't even been touched yet. Then, the same employee started sweeping vigorously under the tables on each side of me. All I could hear was CLANK CLANK CLANK from the broom smacking the dust pan. Killed the atmosphere that I pay good money to enjoy each week. Although the service was terrible, the food was still good (aside from the cold bread, it didn't taste fresh like it normally does) so I'm leaving two stars for the food. read more

My wife and I go here several times a week. It's one of the few places that serve breakfast in the Oakleaf area. Comfortable atmosphere, outdoor seating. Some of the staff could be more outwardly friendly. Suggest they offer more pastries that are not drowning in sugar. read more

Located in oakleaf, parking is never great when trying to park close to the restaurant. In the other hand, you can walk from another nearby parking area and just stroll over to Panera. I ordered the black bean soup w/ 1/2 roasted chicken and avocado sandwich and a med coffee. Coffee is self serve and was fresh at 7 in the evening. The sandwhich was better then I expected. I ate in and and my meal was served at the table. Atmosphere is nice for families, meet and greet or get together with a few friends. No loud music or tv's which was nice. At $12 for a soup, 1/2 sandwich, side (which could be an apple, small bag of chips or something else) and a coffee....i found the lettuce a bit much. The interaction woth severs is limited so other then talk g your order and bringing it out l,service can't really be rated. I would give the location 3.5 stars...i like the fact that they include a calorie count on the menu for those that look at calories before choosing a meal option..but the price was a bit more then I feel it should of been for what was provided. read more

Unprofessional Management Came in when there was only 1 table was occupied, said Hello! as I walked up the counter. Person behind the counter which turned out to be the manager and another employee did not respond to the greeting. When in front ready to order, the manager named "Derrick" rudely asked "what do you need"? I said "Boy, you guys really stepped up your customer service here", he just said "huh"? No greeting, no thank you, took my payment, gave me the receipt and said nothing else. Didn't tell me my membership discount or offered a pastry. All employees behaved upset and unhappy. This location somehow always seems to mess up my orders. Usually they give me a completely different item than what I order, but there have been a couple of times they have not given me parts of my order. I swore last time I wouldn't be back after they shoved 4 people's orders into one bag without a handle, which proceeded to break on me, even though I was trying to support the bottom. The food went everywhere and I picked it up because I felt bad, with their own workers not helping me but standing there, watching. They then omitted to include an entire kids meal! This time, they gave me a different soup than what I ordered and it had a long, dark brown hair in it. My hair is red. This place has very poor customer service. Ordered a baker's dozen of bagels and they took so long to put them in the bag that the bagels I wanted were no longer available. I got home with the bagels and they tasted extremely stale. They were crumbly and tasted like they pulled them out of the freezer. This is not a one time occurrence either. The bagels taste stale every time we get them at this location. Panera bagels aren't that great in the first place, but the ones here are horrible so do yourself a favor and go to another location. read more

First time trying Panera Bread, staff was rude, lazy and not willing to put any effort into their customer service. As soon as we walked in there was trash all over the floor, tables were extremely dirty. We walked around the restaurant two times looking for a decently cleaned booth to enjoy our meal at. After not finding one my partner decided to just clean a table herself, while the actual employees just stood in the back giggling. Prior to all of this, while ordering our food; the cashier was extremely rude answering our simple questions that we had since it was our first time trying this place. This Panera location is really one of the best I've been to. The employees are so friendly and accommodating. They definitely want to provide accurate and fast service. The past few times I've been there the manager was walking around and very involved in everyone's experiences. Asking how the food was, if anything could be improved, etc. The manager himself even brought us extra napkins that we would have gladly gotten ourselves and then came and cleaned up our table when we were done. You can tell he strives to keep a clean and friendly environment. The last time we got delivery, we opted for the text message when they were arriving. Our delivery boy was running behind because of traffic and was SO apologetic and wanted to make sure we still had hot food. It's amazing. Went to this location today for a late lunch at 2:00pm. We had two couples - the staff took the first order and walked away, leaving the second couple so she could hug another employee and proceed to tell him what a nightmare today has been. Then she never came back to the front counter!?! The second couple in our party waited for five minutes until someone returned to help. After we got our drinks we could not find any clean tables - so many dirty tables. I asked one of the staff if someone could clear a table or two. She proceeded to tell me that was not her job. She yelled at another female employee ... in response she yelled back that she is off the clock! A 3rd lady then stared yelling about how she is making salads and does not have time to help. We were honestly shocked at what was happening - right in front of us and other customers. In the end, I went to the men's room and got a wet paper towel and cleared a table myself - removed dirty dishes, trash and wiped down table and seats so we could sit down. Even after we sat down - the yelling in the kitchen continued. It was really sad the way the entire restaurant could hear everything. One of the staff came out with two plates of food and placed it on our table - she did not say a word to us - just angry. Sad thing is, the food was NOT ours. One person in our party took plates back to the kitchen window to let them know and they blamed it on him! Where was management during all of this? Wasn't a good day here. The food itself was good as always. There was around five people sitting in the dining room and every table was filled with dirty dishes and garbage. I went around and started cleaning the tables and stacking up the dishes. Our entire time eating, nothing was cleaned up. There was trash all over the floor and all the brewed teas were empty.
