Worst experience at an eatery in a long time. My pregnant wife placed an online order for me to pick up on my lunch break. I got a sandwich and a cup of soup, my wife got a bread bowl and a salad. Once I got there to pick up the order, the cashier argued that I was at the wrong location - they didn't have an order for me there. After 10-15 minutes of being told I was in the wrong place, a manager came to ask. After another few minutes, they found my order in the drive thru. I had no idea they had two different systems or whatever, this was my first time picking up at this Panera or any Panera. Got home to find out my entire order was missing. No sandwich, no cup of soup, only a bag of chips. I even asked them before I left, and they told me that the bread bowl (my wives) was my sandwich. It was not... so I didn't get to eat lunch with my wife. I had to go back to work without eating. My wife called the store, we were told that "they apologize for the miscommunication and it may have been an error on our (my wife and I's) end." This is not customer service? This was by far the most argumentative, rude, and exhausting food experience I've ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor... just go to subway. read more

Panera Bread is truly an exquisite establishment. From their soups to their salads, and their sandwiches to their.... Delectable pastries. I am in awe of their well baked brownies. Could even go to say PERFECTLY baked. My FAVORITE course to consume has to be their chicken bacon rancher sandwich. The mix of the savory chicken with the melty cheese, topped off with the creamy ranch. All of it comes together to complete my cravings. Oh and I can't forget their wide variety of beverages! The lemonade is the PERFECT combination of sour and sweet. Panera Bread might truly be the BEST eatery to go relax and study and read your favorite novel. Their service is EXCELLENT! This should be a discount Panera that's how bad this is had to go through the drive-through to get my money back for avocado toast with no avocado on it and then I get home and the oatmeal is disgusting and old. Not to mention I had to wait for so long with no one even in line. No wonder this one was completely empty around everything else around it . It was time for my Women's Bible Study. My partner in crime suggested we meet here. She was spot on. It was the most beautiful Panera I've ever seen! The landscaping is well taken care of and the interior is crisp and clean with nice ambiance. I settled for a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel it was $1.69. It was delicious. A great size and really sweet! Food is very good! Environment is as great. Ordering at the self serve kiosk is also nice. I didn't feel rushed when ordering.

The French baguette has always been one thing we could count on here. The one we bought today (4-8-25) just did not taste like anything special. I remarked I did not like it as much as a take-and-bake baguette from Target. Not being a baker myself, I have no idea what went wrong. There was just not a well developed French bread taste to this baguette today. Maybe has to do with the rise procedure? If this is the future quality of the breads here, this Panera bread location will fail. read more

This Panera location isn't that old but I was surprised how neglected it seemed. Two of the self service kiosk tablets were missing, paint was chipping, loose threads on the seat back cushions, etc. it also looked like they had very few staff and hadn't cleaned up anything after lunch. Some trash on the floor, almost out of tea and the coffee station items (pitchers, cinnamon shaker, etc) needed to be wiped down better. I asked if they had lemon and they told me they no longer offered them, but I could use lemonade. That doesn't exactly help if you aren't trying to put sugar in your tea. I guess I was just surprised considering Panera used to be one of the nicer casual places to visit. Maybe this was just a fluke day, so I'll try coming back again and see if it's better. read more

The only good thing about this location was the drinks......the service was bad and the food was worse! First I found a hair in my cesar salad. They did give me a new salad, then my husband finds a hair in his broccoli cheddar soup at the bottom of the bowl so he go's and tells one of the ladies. This employee had the audacity to look at my husband up and down and say "well what do you want me to do about it , replace it or give us our money back....?" with an attitude! My husband told her no, he was just letting her know about the hairs in our food and suggest they wear some sort of hair nets or hats. Managment needs to shut this down and rehire new staff that wear hair nets/ hats and look decent enough to work with food. Will not come back to this place and I will for sure will not recommend. read more

The rudest and least helpful employees!!! I ordered delivery through the app. The food came cold and disgusting. We heated what we could up and ate half of the order and threw the rest out. I wasn't going say anything (just not order again from them) until I noticed they charged my card twice. I called and the girl said the GM would call me back. 10 minutes later that girl/employee called me back saying her GM said I had to call my cc company and tell them to only charge me once. I explained to the girl that if I did that, they would cancel my card and I would have to wait two weeks to get a new card via snail mail. She didn't care, didn't offer any other "solution" and said that was my only option. I'm sick of lazy employees that pass the buck off to customers because they don't want to figure anything out or be an ounce of helpful! The three stars are mainly for service. I usually go early in the morning when they first open. After an early morning workout, I stop in for a "bagel fix." The bagels are always fresh and delicious. The employees at the registers have always been polite. One time, it took and oddly long time to get my bagel. I politely asked about the hold up and then immediately received a apology, my bagel, and a gratuitous small cream cheese. I appreciated that. I've also popped in for an occasional pastry and/or cookie fix. That pastry case gets me into trouble sometimes :-D I do enjoy the flavor of the sweet goods here as well. If you haven't already done so, sign up for the rewards program. Last year, I got a freebie per week in December via the rewards program. They also send a $1 or $2 off on other items for rewards members. When I'm in big hurry for lunch or dinner, this is the only moderately healthy spot in this area. The salads are pretty good. It doesn't hurt that I usually have at least a $1 off in rewards. The menu is pretty extensive for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can order online and then just pick up at their pick up kiosk. There's plenty of parking and a drive through as well. I've noticed some new cold brew beverages on the menu, so I'll have to check them out. read more

I frequently order the family breakfast pack to-go which includes your choice of 4 breakfast sandwiches for myself and my husband. I normally order 4 of the same - scrambled eggs, sausage, and white cheddar on brioche. But you can mix and match any 4 as you please! They reheat well and average out around $4.15 per sandwich, which is a steal IMO considering the taste and quality of ingredients. Some of the menu items are admittedly pricey, but I don't mind paying a premium for better/healthier ingredients and options. If you want to indulge, don't sleep on the Kitchen Sink cookie or the grilled cheese sandwich. The cinnamon crunch bagel, sesame bagel, Asian Chicken Salad, Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, and Green Passion Smoothie are some of my other faves from here. This morning I was driving to work at 6:00 am . The craving for Panera's cinnamon bagels and walnut cream cheese spread danced in my mind. I down loaded the app and placed my order for the entire dental office of Dr Diana Roulston's could enjoy this morning snack. i was saddened to see my pick up time was 7:10 , ugh past the time we start out first patient. I called the restaurant to cancel my order since I would not be able to pick up and get to work on time. The gal that answered the phone said no worries how close are you . I love coming here and getting there pick 2. I got there turkey bacon bravo half sandwich amd tried the tika masala soup. I very much enjoy the turkey bacon bravo but ask for the bacon to be warmed, if not the bacon woll be cold and bacon is meant to be warmed in my opinion. Trying the tika masala soup, I would have to say was not that bad. Good in flavor. They sprinkle something white on the top of it that resembles dry white rice. It should not be a part of the soup. So I recommend having that taken off. For my drink, I will say I thought I was going to get there 32oz. drink but was handed a 16oz. cup. Since I had already paid, I didnt ask for the larger size even though I was surprised the cashier didn't try to upgrade the sale for me to get a large drink. Overpriced and mediocre! A few months ago I swung through the drive through and ordered mac and cheese, corn chowder and the feta watermelon salad. While the mac and soup were both pretty tasty, the portion sizing on the mac for the price is small. The salad itself was terrible and I had to throw it out in that it was basically inedible due to the lettuce and greens portion of the salad being brown and slimy as it was too old and the watermelon was way overripe. Who knows how long the salad had been sitting prepackaged in the cooler, but for what Panera charges, I expect the food to be fresh packaged to order, NOT sitting around for days on end! Now on a positive note, the young gal who took my order at the drive through was excellent and the highlight of my experience for dinner from Panera on this night. Make sure you join their membership program. You get a lot of free items and discounts. For example the last coupon I received, I got their pick two for only $4! Great deal! Ok, since i have discovered my kidneys are really bad, i have to be careful what i eat. This place had one meal i could have. I love this place. I ate several of the pick 2 with the soup and salad. I had the chiccken poppyseed with strawberry salad until i found out it was seasonal. I was pretty upset but the mamanger went back, found the ingredients and made me a salad. I explained my dietary issues and wanted to know what i could eat there after i couldnt get my salad anymore due to it being seasonal. While he made the salad, an employee went through the nutrition book and found the asian salad. I dont think its seasonal so i should be ok from here on out. read more

The food at Panera Bread is fantastic. I was with my family celebrating my grandmother's birthday. I ordered a roasted turkey, apple and cheddar sandwich, with a side of kettle cooked potato chips. I chose to get a mix of Mountain Dew, Pepsi, and Dr Pepper. I ate most of what I ordered. I also ordered an orange scone. I loved it. The employees were nice and patient towards everyone. yet another less-than-desirable experience at Panera. The last time I husband and I came here for breakfast, we waited 20 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese. Tonight I came in for what I was hoping would be a wonderful loaf of bread to go with dinner. Instead I found empty shelves only three choices of bread left. It is not even 7 p.m. I wanted to buy a half dozen rolls, but since they only had 3 left they insisted on charging me the individual price which was more than the cost for a half dozen!
