I don't normally post negative reviews, but the trip I just to this location was insane. I really don't know where to begin. It feels like they have outsmarted themselves by trying to implement a bunch of technology that they are not ready for. The food runners had no idea what orders were what or who they belonged to. My girlfriends food came out great, but way before mine. Mine finally came twenty minutes later and was wrong. I have always used the drive thru and will probably never dine in again. I don't think it was any one individuals fault. They just seem in way over their heads. Was not a fun way to spend $50 at a quick serve restaurant. read more

This was my friends and i first time eating at Panera. Not only were we forced to order at the kiosks because no one was available at the counter, unknowing of how the store worked we sat down awaiting assistance. We were rudely approached by an employee and made us feel unwelcome announcing that our food had been waiting at the pick up counter. As we were unsure of how the beverage counter worked we had asked her and with a snotty attitude she said "they're right there". We will not be returning to this establishment unfortunately. So while the food is good IF the order is correct, about 50% of the time the order check process fails. Not really sure how they think they're quality checking a wrapped sandwich if they cannot see that the sandwich was actually made as requested... I just see the person put a check on the receipt if they see an item that MIGHT be what you ordered. It's just a check in the box - who knows what you'll end up with (just hope you're not allergic to it)! If you order to go, check it again before you drive away because there's a good chance a side item or even an entire meal is missing. This is not an infrequent occurrence here. read more

Half the time they are out of items (bread, fruit, etc) and they often mess up orders (how do you leave avocado off of a Roasted Turkey AVOCADO BLT?!). One of the worst Paneras I've been too.. I was so delighted at the fact that they had a drive through! I went went, ordered my regular Pick 2, Bacon Turkey Bravo and Chicken noodle soup with a green tea! I was so excited until I started to eat, my soup wasn't even half way filled, by BTB was missing the mayonnaise dressing it so very needed.. I ended up havin a turkey bravo due to my lack of bacon!! The location and people are very nice, but... There were napkins and other trash in the floors around some tables. No one, in the 4 hours I spent at this location wiped down a table or picked up trash from the floor. There is also a very good chance that they will not have some item you order. This is my second visit and both times they were out of something. It's not a big deal to me since I'm fine taking something else but it seems to happen often. We love that the food here is fresh, but this was a really bad experience, the price we paid for the food we received was terrible! We got the choose two and the half sandwich I ordered had very little turkey on it, my husbands order was completely wrong and his steak sandwich that they gave us was terrible and only had two small slices of steak on it. Great location... Lots of tables, the food is always fresh, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food comes quick. I love the fact that they have the kiosks to order from, the rapid order option, and the option to order from my phone and have my phone delivered right to my table. Plus they have a drive through that is pretty quick. I like this location quite a bit - now I just wish this location would get the clam chowder on their menu like some of the other locations have :) read more

Panera is a fave place for me. Their egg soufflés' are to DIE for IMO and the ever-changing menu always keeps me coming back to try something new. I love everything from the soups, to the Panini's to the noodle bowls and salads. I can't recall ever having bad food. I only give it 4 stars because it's pre-prepared (or assembled if you will), but for a fast-casual type of place, I'll take it any day of the week. I ordered catering for breakfast at my office a couple of weeks ago and everyone was whooting and hollering over the egg sandwiches, soufflés and everything. Keep it up Panera! read more

SLOW SERVICE! I pulled up to the drive through around 9pm. One car in front of me was already at the window waiting on their food. I placed my order ($20 for 1/2 sandwich and full salad, seems high) anyhow, pulled up behind the car already waiting. In the mean time 3 other cars pull in and are waiting behind me. From the time I placed my order to the time I received my food took 13 minutes.... pretty ridiculous for drive through service, and they weren't busy! Even after I got to the window I still waited about 5 minutes for my food. The thing that irks me was the checkout girl (younger, no sense of urgency or customer service) just tells me the price, takes my card, rings it up and walks away. When she came back I mentioned it had taken a long time and all she says is "yeah"... no apology or anything. I asked if her manager was aware... he was equally aloof and kinda like "whatever".... he agreed it took a long period of time but offered no apology either! Save your time and money and go elsewhere... or hell, go sit down at an actual restaurant. read more

The food is always very good, I love the salads and service is always quick. The only thing that gets me is that it is somewhat dirty. I never sit at a clean table because no one wipes them. When they bring the food they could at least wipe the table. read more
