Worst. Panera. Ever. The employees sat behind the counter laughing and talking about their boyfriends while we waited 20 minutes for 2 not-special sandwiches--- Which they messed up. BOTH. One girl ran around cleaning and doing the work of 4 while two laughed and messed around and couldn't even make a turkey sandwich right. It's pretty much your run of the mill Panera Bread. Nothing more nothing less. Service is fairly prompt and the place is fairly clean.

I went to their new location on O St. Despite being the only person in line I was waiting for almost 15 minutes for a disappointing breakfast. My coffee was ice cold and they forgot the egg in my breakfast sandwich so it was just spinach and bread. Since I had been waiting for so long I couldn't even go back to get it fixed because I had to head to work. $12 that I just threw in the trash. read more

I love Panera Bread; it's usually one of my favorite spots to eat. But this branch is really terrible! I used to go there during my lunch hour since it's close to my work, but I won't anymore. Last time I went I ordered a Mediterranean veggie and a latte. It took more than 20 minutes to make the sandwich. Then I had to remind them of the latte for them to make it. I took my order and when I opened the bag, the sandwich was simply wrapped in paper with with no box, and it had fallen apart before I opened. I opened the wrapper to find a mix of veggies and crumbling bread. Also it smelled terrible. I went back and told them the sandwich was bad and I would like to order a new one, and they said okay and made me pay for a new order. Which also took 10 minutes. I stopped going after that for a month or so but decided to give it another chance today. First thing I noticed coming in that the place was dirty! Anyways I ordered my usual Thai salad and chipotle melt sandwich. Sandwich was fine, but when I started eating the salad I noticed it had bacon in it. I don't eat pork for religious reasons and The order should NOT have bacon in the first place! Anyways I told them and they were nice enough to give me a new one. But still their kindness this time didn't make up for the state of the place. Panera management should really look into bringing this branch up to par read more

We ordered two Mac n cheeses (one was supposed to come in a bread bowl) and a half sandwich. They sent us an empty bread bowl, the half of sandwich, and a cup of soup. Not sure how that makes sense. out of a $40 order we had 2 orders of the Turkey cranberry flatbread. Talk about false advertising. the bread resembled a thin taco shell, There was no sign of cranberrys, only a dark brownish red jell smeared inside, and as far as turkey. It was hard to say what it was. there were a few thin, rough sliced pieces about 1 1/2 in diameter. at the most 1/8 inch in thickness. ---- If you see the picture with a full piece of flat bread, Actual slices of turkey about 1/4 inch each. and actual cranberry sauce-- you better believe in the easter bunny because you wont get it here. read more

Mike took our order. He was very funny and kept us laughing. He was also knowledgeable about the food and recommended the frontiga chicken, I was going to get my same old ham and swiss, but now I have a new favorite. He made a game of using my panera card and when he went whaaa whaaa not a winner today we cracked up. Great guy and a great way to start a delicious lunch. read more

I have worked there for three years and am still surprised of the quality, actually organic, ingredients we use. Our expresso always has a crema, our chocolate and Carmel are actual chocolate and Carmel- not just flavored syrups like lots of coffee shops have. I feel safe eating there even when I'm not working! The frontega chicken sandwich I knew a few years ago was excellent. The thing Panera now calls a frontega chicken sandwich is a joke. Some kind of pita bread folded over chicken salad-type filling. The worst part was paying $10.23 for this "sandwich", a tiny bag of chips, and a soda. The food itself wasn't bad, the value is terrible. read more

Well, less than happy. Online ordered for five people. Website said it would be ready in an hour. (In retrospect, it would have been WAY faster to have ordered in person.) I showed up a few minutes early. The store was not that busy, most of the time no one in line and once there was two people in line. There were three bags in the "rapid pick-up" area. Shortly after we arrived, an employee asked my name presumably so he could check on the order. More than ten minutes after the stated "ready" time, an employee handed us two bags (they were not placed in the rapid pick-up area). He stated that because of the size of our order (about $90), the order had come in as a catering order and not as a "rapid pick-up". We didn't think to check the order before we left. BIG MISTAKE. Got home to discover the order was MASSIVELY incorrect. Four of four sandwiches were totally missing. One of three salads was missing. After taking inventory, we called the store and talked to Holly, the duty manager. Her customer service skills were not the best (I would call it a bad attitude, but that would be generous). In the end, they prepared the missing items and threw in some cookies and a couple of cinnamon rolls for our troubles. Oh, and by the way, even the corrected order was screwed up with incorrect ingredients and missing ingredients (like avocado, for which we paid extra). This is the closest Panera to us. We like Panera. I guess we will try another one further away. read more
