    Dubai chocolate cookie
    Michelle C.

Ordered the new Dubai chocolate cookie. Not how it was pictured at all. So much smaller in size for $3.19. Also hard as a rock and super dry. Definitely was over baked. Wasn't edible. Not worth it!

Update (Wednesday 08/20: Panera Bread Customer Care addressed my dinner order issue I reported via the app. They were quick to respond the next day, and I appreciate their concern. I'm happy with the solution and still recommend them. Sunday 08/17 I've never had a problem with Panera, until now. This is my first complaint with them. I live close by, and went for a pick up. I ordered the same picked two order, I've had many times. The sandwich had the wrong bread, and it was half of a half sandwich. Both the steak and the soup were cold, and I was there 4 minutes before it was done. Plus the soup tasted funny. The pictures show how ridiculous and incorrect this sandwich was made. I paid $14.35 which included tip. Completely not worth what I paid for. This Panera location was really a disappointment.

I loved coming here because the seating options were so comfortable. We found the best seat outside under some pretty trees on top of the deck. There was so much table space that we were able to set out all of our materials and sketch in our sketchbooks. The food came out quickly and it was the perfect pairing. I ordered the chili which was delicious and half of a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. The avocado was perfectly tender and smooth. They gave me an extra side of chipotle sauce which elevated the taste. I also ordered a pomegranate, hibiscus tea and it was the perfect sugar free option.

The bagels thrown in a bag, flavor's are all mixed up.

What in the homeless camp is this delivery of bagels? I ordered a dozen and a half bagels for an event in the morning. This included plain, blueberry, cinnamon crunch that they apparently were out of, everything and asiago. Somehow I got substituted flat multigrain bagels (which we're conveniently on the very bottom where you couldn't see them), which are not even really a bagel. What on earth. They threw every bagel at the bottom of a giant bag, no box/bag, no separation between flavors. So having a blueberry bagel sitting on top of an everything bagel makes sense right. Gross. This is the first and last time I will ever order from Panera. Why not package something better? Is a box really that much of a problem? You can't serve anything to anyone out of a brown paper bag of mixed flavors. Watch out, they are sneaky and will tape your bag shut, so you don't notice right away your food is just thrown into the bag. Also I just realized, I asked for the cinnamon crunch bagels to not be substituted with a cinnamon raisin, they put one in anyway. I didn't notice until it was cut open this morning because it looks a lot like the blueberry bagel. I mean, what if someone was allergic to that bagel? Also the people eating these bagels didn't want raisins.

Nice Panera location in a cute shopping mall (The Avenue Viera) in Melbourne. There's a lot of nice outdoor seating where we were able to enjoy my Bear Claw....I love Panera's Bear Claw. Always moist and sweet...with the right amount of glaze on top. I ordered inside, not using the app, so I made sure I gave my phone number to the lady to get my reward points. This location is convenient to many other stores, great for strolling before or after.

I was in the mood for a salad and the first one on the board was their Chef salad with homemade bleu cheese on the side (I had no onions). The deli meat was smoked turkey and a nice ham, hearty helpings, hard boiled eggs, fresh romaine, cucumber, Roma tomatoes, and black olives and the dressing was devine. My husband ordered the Mom's Meatloaf on thick toasted white bread (possibly homemade), mayo, lettuce, tomato, and provolone cheese. Spectacular! As was the potato salad with a hint of sweet relish. They have a dessert revolving tray that was super tempting... but will have to wait till we pass through again. Super convenient right off I-95 and way better than fast food! Highly recommend this local and lovely place!

I ordered the Sesame Tropical Salmon, which was cooked really well and full of flavor. HOWEVER I am also a big believer in that fact that we all have different tastes and opinions so reviews should be taken in that context. Unfortunately I let some negative reviews keep me from trying Urban Prime. It was well worth the wait. We visited today to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night. The place was decorated cutely with fun art from what I am guessing is local artists. It was definitely a vibe and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our server Karsyn, was great. She put up with our old people humor and treated us like we were her only patrons. We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try the sushi!

Her choices of dining are not compatible with my own. Well, let's be honest since I really enjoy a Big Mac from time to time so........ I went, its a cute place located next to Whole Foods which opens in just a few days. The friendly staff member took my order, an original chicken salad sandwich and loaded potato soup. I sat down and my order came to my table in a reasonable amount of time. On my plate was the sandwich, soup, crackers, a pickle spear, and a cookie. Quite a good deal for a little over $10 as long as it tastes good. I sampled the soup and it was very tasty and I especially enjoyed dunking the crackers in the soup. The pickle spear was excellent, not to sweet or plain like half sour. The sandwich to be honest had the softest yet firmest white bread one could ever hope for. Inside the chicken salad was scooped over tomato and lettuce. The chicken salad itself is very clean in taste and texture but one could make the same at home if great care was taken in its preparation. Also it appears to be simply scooped onto the sandwich since it was far heavier in the middle where it was cut. That being said I enjoyed it very much. This is not a sandwich you would pick up at 711, Wawa or even Publix. This is a homemade style chicken salad prepared by someone that knows exactly how to make something with care and love. For the price of just over $10, I will be back.

They make everything when you order, no microwaved eggs or bacon. It was a good sandwich for $5 Would I ever go out of my way to go here? I will be honest with you all. The last time I served jury duty was more than a decade ago. Since…read morethen, I got the summons three more times. My latest time, I actually had to show up and I noticed the court house in Viera now had a cafe. I found that to be a big step forward as the last time I was there, we had to "leave the premesis" to eat. Ergo, Complex Cafe (which I will shorthand to "Complex" for the rest of the review) was a godsend. The question is if the food was good and the prices worth it. The answer is so-and-so, but it has a far better function that might possibly go beyond both. If you don't know anything about jury duty, take note that once you are on the premesis and checked in, you cannot leave unless given permission too. So if you are by chance hungry, you had to either stomach vending machine food or bring your own lunch. With Complex, you now have options. Complex is located on the northside of the courthouse just in front of the law library. It is a simple cafe with simple seating. The food is simple yet good and the prices may a bit above fair, but -- as mentioned above -- you now have options. I was able to eat a full breakfast with country fried steak, eggs, cheese, and a biscuit. You can tell a lot of the food was from pre-packaging, but it was okay as it was better than vending machine food. Ultimately, I am not saying you should go out of your way to eat at Complex. I am just saying for a where it is and the restrictions you are under when serving on a jury, it is welcome choice for food. Ergo, four out of five stars simply because of the convenience. I will remove one star simply because of the quality of food and price. Not bad, but if Ihad it my way, it could be way better.

The Aloha Burger was marked on the menu as a local favorite and I found it to be very good. Be warned though, this is a pretty messy burger and if you don't abide by the old phrase of "finger licking good", then you might find this sandwich somewhat challenging, ha! My server was polite and efficient. The indoor seating consists of a bar area with 14 seats along an "L" shaped bar along with 4 high top tables. Also along the far wall there's 8 smaller tables. The outdoor covered patio area consists of both 2-person tables and also 4-person tables. There's also a smaller bar with seating for about 10 people.
