This is the location near Trader Jo's and Target. I'm a member of the sip club and frequent different locations. I've been there several times because it's convenient for me. The drive through is extreme slow. Like really slow. Sometimes I'm the only person in line and it takes 10 minutes. I will say they are friendly and apologetic. The food is not great either. The soup is really runny and the sandwich bread is stale. The inside is a little rough. I stay loyal because of the sip club. read more

I've ordered from this location a few times, for delivery to my work for meetings. All I can say is every single time... they are timely, professional and organized. Spoke to 3 people in this place, 2 were just nasty and rude, made me think they hung up in between when I ended up cursing to myself to then find out they were just playing around with me. Beth I thought would make it up and at first apologized but then still avoided my call on a delivery that was already late and didn't even leave by the time I called. The drive thru? In this economy? I spent about 15 minutes at a stand still burning high priced gas. When I got to the front to pay they had gotten my order wrong by something that could have been prevented if they had asked me about my choice. So my food was cold and soggy and if I had gone inside I would have had a better experience. This drive thu needs to be closed. It's never a good experience. When I go through a drive thru it's to save time because I don't have time to step inside. The cashier didn't care of course. Terrible customer service. Eating here right now at 2pm in the afternoon. Most tables are dirty, napkin dispensers are all empty , so you can't even clean your own table. Hand towels in the bath trim are out. We stopped in Panera for a late lunch today. Right away I noticed the restaurant didn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. It's been years since I have eaten here, but I was not impressed with how grimy everything seemed. From the doors to the floors to the kiosks for ordering food to the restrooms. The hand sanitizing station was a nice offer for those entering but the container was empty. My mom and I ordered a couple of different you pick two meals and they switched up our soups/sandwiches. However, my sandwich WAs delicious (once I realized I had the wrong one and was able to swap). I had the bacon turkey bravo that I customized and they made it correctly! I also tried the Thai chicken soup. Very good! They didn't skimp on the turkey on the sandwich but, honestly, I had maybe one bite with chicken in that entire bowl of (otherwise very good) soup. The staff isn't always super knowledgeable on allergy stuff, but they've been more than kind in fixing it if an order is messed up. My biggest complaint is that a salad and drink costs $16 which is pretty unreasonable for what you're getting. I've had lettuce with brown on the edges the last two times I've come in. It might be fine if you go in every once in a while but that's way out of my price range for not the best quality food. I could probably go to a sit down restaurant and get a fresher meal for the same price, maybe a little more. I've been in a few times and while they've been accommodating all things considered, it just feels like there's not a lot of options and items are unavailable more often than not. Second time I've ordered a coffee from the drive thru and been handed a coffee that is room temperature. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the service here is questionable at best and the bathrooms are never clean. I refused to take my children to the bathroom here and went across the street because of the condition of the bathrooms on a regular basis. I haven't been to a Panera in quite a while, but always remember it being fine. We tried it again today and all I can say is it was astonishingly bad. Both of our sandwiches -- Chicken Frontega and Ciabatta Cheesesteak -- were soggy and terrible tasting. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat much of them before throwing them out. We ordered online and the service was easy and reasonably quick. But my god the food was shocking. Even the chips seemed off. Let's start by saying that I really like Panera's food. Went in today and there was no soup and no baker so barely any cookies (okay maybe not their fault, so only lost 1 star for that). So I ordered you pick two with sandwich and Asian salad. Over half my bowl of lettuce was bad. When I asked for a refund for my salad the manager barely spoke to me, didn't acknowledge me as I tried to lighten the mood and make a joke about their bad luck today, never apologized, and finally as she walked away hollered back to tell me to throw the food in the trash. The staff just discriminated against an older gentleman with his service animal. The animal had proper identification but he was still forced to eat outside (he picked a table by himself in the back corner and wasn't bothering anyone & the dog was behaving like an angel). Her argument was that he was not wearing a vest, however, the law states that if there is proper documentation the animal doesn't need to wear a vest. Ignorant staff. I ordered a lot of things; however, though delivered promptly, they forgot part of the order. When my friend let me know, I called the store. Dre, hope he is a manager cause he has the skills, was incredible! He could tell I was crying. I wasn't as mad as just sad. I told him the story behind her order and he said not to worry, we'll take care of this. He said as soon as we get off the phone I'll have delivery come back and we'll make this right even with extras. Dre and only Dre, settled me down. I'm still crying. I love him! When Panera came to town, I tried it a few times at several locations, and was undwhelmed each time. Every so often, we give it another go, and it's still just blah. This was our first visit to the White Bridge Road restaurant, and our impression hasn't changed. For the prices, you'd expect better quality and larger portions. My sister ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. I had the sesame chicken salad. The bagel was okay, according to my sister, but difficult to bite into. The chicken on my salad looked like it had been boiled or steamed ... in other words, kind of gray. I'm guessing the sesame referred to the dressing, because there were no other signs of it. Some sort of bland crackers were scattered over the top. Several lettuce pieces were brown. As others have remarked, the dishes don't look like their photos at all. Was brought the wrong order in the parking lot for a to go order, nobody would help us when we went in to get it corrected (they weren't busy, the employees were just hanging out) then when we were given the right order it had no silverware. Had stopped at a Panera in KY on my way home from PA to Nashville. Had not been to Panera for a while because IMO things have been going down for them and prices going up. The chicken strawberry poppyseed salad was PERFECT, delicious, wonderful, filled the container to the brim and then some, lots of chicken in it (even the menu describes that), the fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple pieces (and mandarin oranges canned) were piled high and could not have been more fresh. So, this brought me back to thinking maybe I could start going back to Panera with a such a positive experience. Alas, my dreams are not to be realized. This Panera on White Bridge Road is on my last nerve. From the yay-hoo's in the kitchen area to the tiny amount of chicken in my salad (which was not optimal fresh - should be dry, not a starting to slime texture), slimy strawberries (therefore not fresh and had the butt end of one) and several mushy blueberries (not firm, therefore not fresh). The salad also was on the low side of filling up the container. Mine was a pick two and so the $4.99 cup of chicken noodle soup for about 50 cents worth of soup with about 8 noodle pieces, three carrot coins, and some minimal pieces of chicken is a rip off. For the prices I am paying, my food better be spot freaking on, like 150 percent better than my expectations. When you see my old 20 yr blue Toyota Camry pull up in your parking lot, you better be on your game. BTW, you are already on a list of restaurants not doing well, combo of higher prices, lower food quality, etc. And I spend HUNDREDS on gift cards per yr for my two granddtrs who are away at college and sip club memberships and card for gifts. Probably last yr, I spent almost $800 on cards alone not counting the money we spend when we don't have gift cards. So, I guess I am at square one. Won't be coming back for a long time. Don't get me started either on the bag of orange scones you packed up when they were too warm and the icing slid off them pretty much thru the whole bag. If I call and find out those yay-hoo's your have working are making more than about $10-12 per hr, it will be definite NOT COMING BACK any time soon. Get your act together. I live right across the street and every time I come here this place is so disappointing compared to other Paneras. This place is packed for dinner right now and I'm waiting at the counter and they are out of everyone's bread. Actually I was in at 11:30 am today and their stocks already looked low. I thought about getting a dozen bagels for tomorrow, but I grabbed them at star bagel because they were already low at 11:30 am. I have written this whole review and I'm still waiting for my soup. They also offered me my birthday pastry and they are almost completely out. The thing is I was in this am and they were running low then. They should have responded to their shortage then! Left without soup. Waited 25 minutes then asked for a refund. I didn't have time to continue waiting and the ppl ahead of me were still waiting. Instead of just getting my soup the manager silently did my refund then asked my first name and said I can have a free bowl next time. Not cool Panera!!! read more
