(I held them side by side they were the sam) I asked for a manager or owner and was treated like it was an inconvenience. The owner was outside at the loading dock, I had to go outside to talk to him (he couldn't be bothered to come in to talk to me) who acted as I was below him and disturbing his conversation. When I questioned the subs was told they are twice the size as grab and go and price is non negotiable at which point he walked away and back to his conversation with the delivery guy. I watched the sub get made 3 slice provolone 4 slice ham 4 slice of salami and at my request maybe 4 slice pepperoni. Maybe 8oz of product total. NOT TWICE THE SIZE... STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO OVER PAY OR BE LOOKED AND TALKED DOWN TO AS IF YOU ARE NOBODY.... I have been in the culinary business and world my whole life I have a degree... The upstairs had a bar and pretty open seating. I didn't interact with the staff too much because it was buffet style but I did to get some drinks and they were very nice. They were originally serving soda and I generally don't drink soda so they were more than happy to get me some Seltzer water. All in all, this is a pretty nice place and the food is pretty good.
