Hate to give a 1 star to Panera when my expectations weren't all that high heading into my visit. Unfortunately, they earned it. My wife and I went to Panera the morning of 4/20 for a bite to eat before work. We both ordered the Asiago Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwiches, she had coffee and I had a soda. We were honestly disappointed in the sandwiches, they tasted fairly good when you were fortunate enough to bite into egg, cheese and bacon. I honestly think this sandwich is really over-priced for what you pay. I took a photo, and would be happy to attach it if I could but there was literally less than a half a slice of swiss and less than half a piece of bacon on both of our sandwiches. It was like they were rationing them because they were out. We are not looking to rip anyone off, my wife works in the food industry also, but this is something I find hard to believe would the the way these sandwiches are supposed to be made. I would love to hear back from someone who can let me know if our expectations are completely off on this one. I do expect to pay a bit of a premium at Panera, but this would certainly keep us from getting anything more than a bagel and coffee in the future. In addition to the food, you could unfortunately here the ladies and gentleman behind the counter complaining about the phone ringing, each other and what they had to do that day. Its one thing for co workers to banter back and forth but for it to be so loud, its something patrons shouldn't have to deal with - at that time of the morning we just want our coffee. read more

I'm not much of a Panera person because the calorie and sodium levels tend to be high (4000 milligrams of sodium in a sandwich is not only unneccessary but unconscionable), but was there for a knitting get-together and needed some dinner; the Greek salad with chicken fit the bill pretty well. There wasn't a crowd at that time of the evening, and my salad was ready very quickly. They didn't seem to mind having us occupying a corner and laughing and chatting away. :D read more

The worst Panera I've ever ate in !!! I gave it 2 different try's and both experiences were the same terrible service rude slow people taking your order and both times tthey got our orders wrong then tried to say it wAs us and not them when they got the people infront of us orders wrong as well ! The restaurant is filthy and no one iss cleaning it ! I also asked to speak to a manager the second time and the manager came out of the back like I was bothering her and she didn't do anything about the service or the meals being completely wrong she said that was then way it was ordered when she wasn't there when we ordered ‍ she was Extremely rude and didn't care about her customers !! read more

I love to eat at panera everywhere I go.The food is always so good very fresh high in quality.However,I find this store to be totally disorganized.the customers are always crowed into the back corner trying to fix beverages the same area as food pick up.on more than one occasion the girls waiting had long beautiful hair blowing across the food as it was sat in window.bad set up.also hot teas are no where close to the hot water or any of the condiments.I would totally re do this set up to accommodate the volume of business they do. read more

Another Panera location, another good experience. I came here with some family and they got the food out to the seven of us quickly. They did mix up one thing with my order, but it was remedied quickly and without hassle. The employees were friendly and helpful, the food was warm and delicious, and the store was clean and welcoming. What more could you ask for from a Panera? read more

Very upset that they don't take phone in orders anymore. You used to be able to phone in an order and go into the store and pay cash, but now they make you pay with card if you want to phone in an order. Not very happy with that. read more

Usually the experience is fine. But today, the cashier was unfriendly and rushed me through my order. Then the staff making the food seemed to be confused or something because they gave us the wrong salads, which is unfortunate. Also the sandwich was wet and sloppy. i came here to order a freaking slightly toasted cinnamon crush bagel since i haven't eaten in days and when one of the workers asked if i wanted cream cheese i was like hell yeah and the cream cheese was freaking 2 dollars for a some cream cheese and my total was $5.69. i was not amazed by the customer service when the people at the cash register asked for a tip like this is a fast food restaurant geez. took off a star cause my brothers ex girlfriends wifes aunt made my food and i could tell she made it cause it smelt like her perfume. also took off a star cause this place smells like taco bell and man that place brings back bad memories. read more

The food was fine. Service great, but I wish the young order taker (Olive) would speak a bit slower as I don't eat there often enough to know the lingo. However, she was fine otherwise. I love the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich combo, but, god****t, IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE! It cost me over $30 to feed two adults and three young kids. That's with two of the young kids sharing a kids meal. I would be here more often if it wasn't too expensive. read more

I was sent to pick up dinner for the family rather late (About 8:30pm) and was in and out within two minutes. Upon arriving home and unpacking the food to hand out, discovered -much to my dismay- that I was missing a sandwich from a You-Pick-Two meal. I called the store and spoke to a manager, who was extremely courteous and kind on the phone. When I got to the store, not only had they made me an entire sandwich (which I should have only received half as part of my meal), they had also given me an extra bag of chips and a bag of cookies. The entire staff was understanding, friendly, and prompt. It's very rare you experience customer service like this, and I will definitely be returning. read more

Fan of the way they keep this facility clean. Better then some of the other ones I have been to in other areas, but my one frustration is they have been out of bread bowls on multiple occasions when my family and I attend here whether it be lunch or dinner. Seems strange to me. read more

This staff is just amazing. I have been going to this location for years and the one consistency is the management team (Specifically the General Manager "Chlorissa") that pay such great attention to their guests. I am regular customer but recently their service and cleanliness is abominable. I found a dead fly in my tomato soup. The manager saw this and replaced the soup and replaced my sandwich and acted like it was a favor! This panera just lost my business. read more

i work in the area of this store and someone in our office either get bagels or lunch here several times a week. first off, the food is not bad...and sometimes good. again, the bagels are about the same. so, that brings me to the service and the management. let me say, in the morning, if you have someone under the age of 50 waiting on you, you know somethings going to be messed up....so keep an eye out. and don't expect anyone behind the counter help the bagels ladies out in the morning. Literally ( and yes I mean literally) watched a Manager ( i assume she was a manager because she was not wearing the uniform) stand around with another employee chatting while this poor woman was in the weeds and training another employee. there were several of us in line the were PISSED! So that takes me to today's visit. again, the food was ok. Kind of what i expected (except for the pickle). but again, it just doesn't seem that the management team gets it. i as a customer do not care about the scheduling woes of a fast food manager. i am at lunch so i don't have to listen to shit like this. oh, and one more piece of advise, you bitch up the chain not down! i just wish there was somewhere else in Noblesville to get bagels for the office. read more

Placed order online. Called and asked manager there to check that the order was made correctly (I'm allergic to one of their sauces there). Got the order. It was wrong. Sooo, after calling and having the manager who answered argue with me that my sandwich was made correctly (there was a white creamy sauce on it (I'm allergic to one of their sauces there so couldn't eat it) and I had to ask him if their pesto was green and tell him there wasn't anything green on the sandwich, telling him he could have the sandwich back to see the mistake) and after apologizing for saying this whole thing was f-ing ridiculous (shouldn't have used the F-word, but I didn't call him anything, etc - and it was f-ing ridiculous over a sandwich) - the other manager Kylie came out with the correct sandwich. After showing her the sandwich and her trying to tell me the white sauce on the sandwich was a "type of pesto" they use (seriously? Pesto is GREEN, just like the kind she brought me this time), I thanked her and turned to go into my place. She then stopped, put her finger in my face and THREATENED ME, if I ever talk to her associates like that again. First of all, he was arguing with me. Yes, I got frustrated and cursed and APOLOGIZED for it. But she came out specifically to threaten me. They have other delivery people. It didn't need to be her. And then, being so bold to threaten me, she refused to give me her name. So I got it from the store and now have a call in to the District Manager. Things had been fixed. Apologies had been made.
