I have tried several times to get food from this location. I place a take-out order which always is messed up in someway. For example I ordered two salads with extra dressing and extra apple chips only to get two salads with one chip a piece and no dressing whatsoever. I ordered French onion soup with no croutons however with the cheese and got the French onion soup with nothing in it. I have talked with their manager on evenings. I've talk with their manager on days. I've even talked with this franchise owner and it hasn't improved in two years. Even before Covid their ability to fill orders correctly has been impaired. I'm always a fan of Panera - this one is very inviting with plenty of seating and even a fireplace inside. I love how Panera is always adding things to their menu (especially healthier options). I had the chicken noodle soup (classic), chiken soba noodle salad (good healthy option with just the right amount of dressing), and the most delicious "gluten-conscious" monster cookie! I usually don't mind eating at Panera. The food is usually consistent. I came by on Monday morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, avocado, spinach and tomato. #1 they were out of avocado and offered another topping instead, suggesting extra tomato (I should have asked for a protein). It was a bland sandwich... #2 there was unexpected protein in it, as there was a dead fly on the spinach. Made a bland sandwich that much less appetizing. read more

Especially impatient with my friend that speaks fluent English, just not as his first language. Already out of some items by half-past noon. Five stars based on the number of outlets alone. The only thing that could be better would be if there was power available at the outside tables as well! Let me just say this Is the THIRD time I have left panera bread furious because they brag and represent how they have 'free WiFi!' And that is complete bullshit, if you plan on doing any sort of important work at Panera Bread on Campbell Blvd do not even go because the wifi will cut out and nothing loads. I have taken quizzes here that are TIMED and the wifi cuts out, saying I'm unconnected and I ultimately end up failing. Do not brag and represent something like free and unlimited wifi to draw people in, especially during times like COVID, and the shit is slower than a 2008 Black Berry. I of course could've told one of the 14 year olds at the cash register but something tells me they don't give a shit or even have control over it. It's bullshit. Much like most other restaurants in the corporate White Marsh area, this place gets PACKED around 12 noon. But the staff is always quick, friendly, and attentive. I love Panera's food. High quality, natural ingredients. Can't go wrong with that! Some people complain that they are "too expensive," but I beg to differ. You get what you pay for. I've been going everyday this week because a big cable company in my area cut my internet and tv cables by accident and I had nowhere else to go for my internet fixes. Thank goodness they offer a friendly place with awesome hours (opening at 6am during the week!) that allows me to sit, curl up with my laptop, get a snack when needed, be surrounded by the "regulars" and not be bothered. I definitely am normally here for the food, but it's nice to feel comfortable in a place like this. They don't want you hogging a seat when it's rushtime, obviously, but it's a perfect find for me! While I've been here for breakfast time, I've noticed that they're very smooth and quick for food/drinks. Faster than other fast food places, even, but with better food (I think). read more

I have been eating here for years, and loved it. I love Panera in general. But I have had some absolutely terrible experiences here as of late. About 2 months ago, we had placed an order for 18 bagels the night before, but when we went to pick them up, we found that they never filled the order that morning, and were then told that most of the bagels we requested were currently out. The girl behind the counter even had the nerve to cop an attitude with us, like it was our fault for even expecting them to fill the order that was placed ahead of time. So we ended up having to drive to the Rosedale Panera to get our order, and ended up late for a family event. Most recently, we found roaches over by the trash can and bus bin stand. That destroyed my appetite completely, and I have not been back since. read more

I love Panera Bread. Today there were some miscommunications and my sandwich was messed up twice, which happens. The cashier didn't put the right bread into the system the first time so it was inevitably made on the wrong bread and when it was remade they forgot the avocado however, each time the issues were quickly and professionally remedied. Food was delicious, as always. This location is a bit busy but I like the number of booths they have to offer as opposed to let's say, the Golden Ring location. read more

First of all, when you order online and get curbside pick up, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. if they are out of an item, they will STILL CHARGE YOU. I have given them FIVE chances and every single time, they charge me but they don't include everything I ordered. So then I have to go inside and deal with their attitude. When I go up to the counter to tell them that they forgot something, they act as if it's my fault and they look at me like I have five heads. Then they continue to lie and say "oh we are out of that item, so they probably just didn't charge your card for that one"... uuuh YES THEY DID! I still got charged for a bagel and a soufflé that they did not give me. So please train your employees to be truthful and not lie about what is being charged on my card when they don't even know. If someone orders something online, why don't they try to contact the customer and let them know that they will not be able to supply that part of the order instead of trying to pull a fast one by still charging them without giving them what they payed for? This Panera is not trustworthy. Also, the one of the times I did curbside, all the curbside spots were occupied. All 3 of them. So I still parked in the same row as the curbside car. I clicked the "I'm here" button on the website and they took forever to come out. So of course, while they were getting my stuff together, one of the spaces opened up because a car left. It was a busy day and I wasn't about to go out of my way just to drive around the parking lot again just for the sake of parking in one of the few curbside pick up spots (even though the restaurant should provide more spots). So I saw the girl come out with my food, I was two cars down from the last curb side spot and the girl didn't even try to look for my car even though it says on the receipt MY EXACT CAR COLOR AND DESCRIPTION. Where are the trouble shooting skills here? If you can't find something, look a little further! She had just come out and saw that all the spots were full so she should have thought that maybe not every curbside pick up will be in an exact curbside spot. If I were her, I would have continued to attempt to look for a gray Corolla instead of coming out with my food, looking at the curbside spots and walking back inside. My car make and everything is on the receipt. So I got out of my car and walked inside to pick it up and an employee with a horrible condescending attitude said, "we just tried to take it to you, did you not drive here?" Ma'am. Why would I do a curbside pick up order if I didn't drive? Don't talk to me like you're on top of the world. You literally work at a bread store- humble yourself and do better. The is probably the WORST Panera I've been to. The place is dirty. The staff is really, really rude. ALLISON was a huge bitch to my pregnant girlfriend. My gf asked about what's in a certain pastry and Allison couldn't explain without being rude and rolling her eyes. She had an attitude with me as well. Every other Panera I've been to gives free refills on lemonade except this one... according to Allison. She was slow to help and had a bad attitude with other customers as well. The guys making the sandwiches were impatient calling the order numbers and weren't cool at all. I'll never come back unless the management changes. I'll also tell my friends not go there. There's a better Panera just about 5 miles south of this one. The booth lamps had hair on them and the walls next to the tables had dust pretty much hanging off them. I visited Panera about a week ago. I was very disappointed at what I witnessed. There was a staff member serving food that had opened wounds on her hands and arms. I reported my concerns to the manager on duty and requested a refund. I watched to see if the employee would be removed from the line handling food and she was not. I'm a fan on Panera Bread and have been for a while. I stopped here on a Friday afternoon to grab lunch with my boyfriend. It was clean inside and the staff was friendly. I ordered the pairing special with the Frontega Chicken Panini half and the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad half. Both were delicious. I also tried their Monster cookie with nuts. It's pretty tasty for a gluten free cookie. It sucks that they no longer have the toffee cookies. I loved those. read more

I've used rapid pick up at this Panera twice and the order has been wrong both times. The management didn't do much to make it right because I had already left the store (of course I did it's a rapid pick up!). Also, they are always out of sprouted grain rolls so the only healthy side available is an apple. I complained to corporate and hope they bring down the hammer on this place. read more

Lunchtime at this location can be very tricky. It is always crowded and the parking lot is small and wraps around the building in a U....but there is a big parking lot across the street for the Best Buy you just have to walk a little. This is the best place around to meet when you have a lot of friends and limited time. There were about ten of us meeting for a quick lunch and we just pushed several tables together. We ordered quickly as there were plenty of staff on board. It was about 11:45 and the rush was about to begin. There is plenty of seating inside and it was just a gorgeous low humidity day with a great breeze so outside seating was also an option. I always try to order something different. I like the pick 2 idea and I have tried almost all their soups and have enjoyed all of them. Today I opted for just a Strawberry Chicken Poppy seed salad since it is my fav and only around for a while. I was not disappointed. The pineapple chunks were good and the fresh strawberries and blueberries gave it a great taste with the chicken that was nicely spiced. Lettuce was fresh and not that old ice berg kind. Of course I had a nice baguette with it. I like the fact they list the calories next to the big selection board now. I love to watch people stand there and just stare at the board trying to make a decision. Just move out of the way and don't block the lines. I did not hear one complaint from anyone in my party. The staff actually worked by several times and took some of our plates away instead of us cleaning up. That was nice. The bagels, smoothies and pastries are very nice here also. If you join their club you will receive emails for free food. I have gotten free pastries, drinks and bagels. Love the freshness of all their breads even the sourdough rolls I sometimes grab to go along with dinner. There are always plenty of people there using their laptops and taking up tables and booths with their papers and whatever. But they never seem to mind or rush you along. So if you are a modern day cowboy searching for free internet Panera's is the place for you. And they will rustle up some fine grub for you to partake of while you work. read more

The location was very clean, despite how crowded it was, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the chicken cuban panini and it was delicious. I think they used a honey mustard on it because it was sweeter than I was expecting, but still really good.
