I enjoy the soups, sandwiches, salad's, souffles, etc. This particular location has the worst service I have ever experienced at any Panera Bread. I come back every once in awhile because it is next to my home and I enjoy the food, but each time I come back i cringe hoping they get my order correct, or the wait isn't 30 minutes long. Here is a list why this place is so horrible: -4 out of 5 times they give me bread with my salad when I ask for an apple instead. -2 out of 4 times the salad is old. -3 out of 4 times the service is VERY slow at the drive thru. -1 time I found a fly in my salad, the manager gave me coupons for 2 free salads. -Freezing cold inside. Only reason I give it a 1/5 instead of 0/5 for service is because the employees are still rather nice, regardless of their bad service. I will keep coming back periodically only because I enjoy the food, and it is 1/2 mile from my place. read more

My experience with Panera Bread has always been mixed. This site has very friendly staff in the front of the house. However, I think the back of the house does a disservice to their brand. The last two times I have gone there for lunch the food quality has been very disappointing. I ordered the new Spinach salad last week and it didn't have a single piece of spinach in the salad and the romaine iceberg mix was brown in addition to it missing its namesake ingredient. Today I went back for lunch to have a pick 2 combo. I ordered a signature Panini and soup. The soup is great, but the Panini is ridiculously overpriced there could not be more than 3 oz's of beef on this sandwich and it costs nearly $11 for very little food. The food came out fast and hot. Even though he they didn't have the cheese danish I ordered. The tomato Soup and grilled cheese sandwich delicious. I got the cherry danish instead. I will be coming back. read more

Dont Get me wrong! I LOOOOVE me some Panera Bread, but I just ate here at this specific location and it was horrible!!!!! The food was good, but the Store was DISGUSTING!!!! I mean food crumbs left on 2 tables we tried to sit ate, food on the floor, and the drink station was dirty. Water was on the floor in the drink station and it looked like things had not been refilled because there weren't even any straws..... Then to top it ALL off!!! Panera Bread is great when you need a quick bite to eat and you want to try to keep it kinda healthy. They have great soup and salad options! The fuji apple chicken salad is always a winner and so are the broth bowls. I'm not a fan of all their sandwiches, but the chicken frontega is very good. Besides food their caffe latte with almond milk is great if you need some caffeine! read more

Panera is what it is -- their food is always fresh, and a little expensive. (A "you pick two" lunch special with a drink costs $13 and some change.) The reason for my low rating is because of the drive-thru. All Panera drive-thrus are slow, but the one on NW Expressway and Rockwell is absolutely dismal. The longest I have been stuck there is 55 minutes (there are curbs and a steep drop off, so once you are in line there is no escape). Today's visit was about average. It took me 3 minutes until I was able to order, and another 17 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I exited the drive-thru. That's 20 minutes total; for people with a 30 minute lunch break, it's a deal breaker. Every single time I go, the person at the drive-thru window has to apologize for how long it took. If you're looking for soup, salad, sandwiches, pastries, slow service, and an apology, this is your place. It honestly takes longer to get lunch through the drive-thru than it does to go inside, order, and eat. read more

Don't order the Cuban unless you want a mustard sandwich. For $9.79 you would think you would get a decent sandwich, but not here you won't.

Every time I eat here I am impressed by the quality and great selection of healthy food. I know I'm going to receive food that is up to par, which is why I'm willing to return and spend a little extra money on a good meal. It's always clean and up to date. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST run Panera Bread in the country! Panera Bread advertise "clean food" but their associates obviously haven't had even the basic idea of what food sanitation entails. Alex (the one with the skull and crossbones on her red name tag) didn't have a clue on how to put on a plastic glove. (Hint: you do NOT use your other unprotected hand to pull the fingers and smooth the palm of the gloved hand. It's called cross contamination.) The panini sandwich was destroyed in the griller only to be slapped together put in a box and handed to me as I watched. The two poppy seed dressing cups were not even a quarter full. All in all I enjoy every other Panera Bread and will continue to go to other locations but will never set foot in this Oklahoma City location again! read more

Doesnt have crackers or wouldnt give me any and the place smells like poop when you walk in. I aksed 3 employees for crackers. Wont be going back. How are you going to eat chili or soup with out freaking crackers???? Will be going to every single other soup place besides panera because they have crackers. read more

This Panera is surrounded by many not so healthy restaurants. I like that I can get something healthy in the drive through. They have never messed up on my order. If I get a salad, they put the dressing in a small plastic container. They also have a rewards program and I have already received free stuff. YUM! read more

I love this location firstly because it's close to my work and secondly because it has a drive-thru. I was so happy when Panera's started incorporating drive-thrus because their lines are always so long during the lunchtime rush. The line for the drive-thru can still be long but they get you through there pretty quick! read more

Okay. Getting my Harley serviced near here and decided to eat breakfast and yelp guided me to this panera on foot. Fairly convenient about a 10 minute walk. I walked in and instead of the normal terrific baking smell at my Paneras nearer to my house i am hit with a stale smell like old carpet that has been wet and dried a few times. I ordered a ham and cheese power breakfast sandwich and a large dark roast. I pay and head over to the coffee and u guessed it the container was completely empty. So i told them and they said oh we will start a new one. It's 9:45 a.m. so to me the coffee should be checked constantly and be refilled long before its empty. SO i stand and wait. Then as i shifted back and forth on my feet i noticed the floor was sticky, I moved a few times and basically the entire floor was sticky. I used to work in restaurants and the cause of this is not using clean water to mop with and then clean water to rinse. This probably has a lot to do with the stale smell also. The place was not busy and plenty of staff were standing around. My sandwich was fine but was ready about 5 minutes before i got my coffee. My wife and kids love Panera but since i dont eat a lot of bread i am neutral. I am not neutral about this one. It wasnt a pleasant experience for seven dollars and forty-six cents. There is a Chik Fila next door and next time that will be my go to place when i get my bike serviced. The smell leaves me a bit not hungry when i take a bite of my sandwich. The staff were pleasant. Starbucks coffee is better in my opinion and since I rarely eat breakfast it is usually my go to place for coffee but i was afoot. read more

This Panera is always a bit less then clean. Example: Booth seat backs have food stains on them, carpet is not clean, bugs in lights (gross). Food is pretty much up to par here on average. Employees seem to lack some adult leadership and direction but good natured. If your reading this and your management then take it to heart. This is not the Panera standard expected. Really amazing workers! Very welcoming and they know how to treat their guests. Went in there asked for no tomato or sauce on my sandwich but they were so quick to fix it and they didn't have an attitude with me or anything, they were apologetic and sincere and told me they'll have it fixed and that really made me feel welcomed! Even though they were really busy with a big crowd of people walking in they made time to fix a tiny little error, and after that my sandwich came out delicious!!!!! read more

After reading the Panera Bread reviews and not being able to find any food prices on the online menu, I decided to go to the Texas Roadhouse next door. Good food, and consistent service. But I do have questions for Panera, why can't I find the food prices on your menu, how does you drive-thru mess up so much (per reviews), why don't you make enough BREAD products so you don't run out when people ask for them, and, a biggie, why, if your restaurant smells (per a number of reviews) do you ignore it? PS Have not had the food, but am irritated by the no-price menu and many same troubling statements in the reviews of Panera. read more

Today, I called in a order for pick up for 6 people. The order was taken correctly, however when I got the order back to the office they had left out one of the orders. If this had been my first time there I would have given them the doubt. It has happened 3 times now. I drive 12 miles to and from and a total of 48 miles when I have to return to the Panera twice. I was told on the phone to speak with Simon. When I got there I was told I could not speak with him and was told he would get my order with no apology or not even a smile when I returned.. This is the most unprofessional facility that I have been to. My company does a huge order every month with you. Needless to say. We wont be back!!!!! read more

Great food. Terrible drive thru service. No one in line, got order in normal time. Was wrong. Short an item. Haden took my card, left me sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes to get a toasted/sliced bagel. Not a word about the mistake or time to fill the order. Had to ask for my card back. Got home and bagel wasn't toasted. Should have been an easy in and out. Normally is. Hassle that shouldn't have been. Food was good as usual. Thought they trained their people better. read more

One of my favorites places! Their egg souffles are delicious and always so fresh. They have rotating soup specials and I am always wanting the sonoma chicken soup as a staple (think chicken pot pie in soup form). Don't forget to get your soup in a bread bowl - you won't regret it. Also, sandwiches usually come with chips, baguette, or an apple...lite chips are an option too! If you're craving something sweet, be sure to get an item from their pastry section, I prefer the chocolate chip muffies (just the top of the muffins - thank you!!!). Having an morning meeting at the office? I recommend bringing in a couple pastry rings - you won't disappoint as it comes with a variety of flavors like cherry/apple/cheese danishes. I also like their raisin bread! Really cannot go wrong here. As far a drinks, I like their iced green teas - just the perfect amount of sweetness.
