Why aren't the ingredients INSIDE the sandwich?
    Shannon B.

Why isn't Panera corporate reading all of these reviews and making changes accordingly? The new facility has terrible parking. It's an accident waiting to happen. The customer service is very lacking. It's loud, cannot hear the cashier. I ordered on the self ordering terminal because it became so frustrating trying to decipher what the lady was asking. The creamy chicken soup was watered down terribly. About 2ounces of chicken total on my sandwich, very poorly made- too expensive for such a lack of ingredients. The inside is filthy. No one cleans the tables. No one asks how your meal is. The old ambience of a home-style feeling is lost. No one cares here. Also- when your order is ready, good luck knowing. They don't say your name- nothing. You have to guess when to walk up to the counter. It's lost all of ur ability to provide customer service and the food portions are sad.

New address on LaGrange...just two blocks from old address.

Too bad, but they lose a star. The new place is wonderful and roomy, but the service fails. I seriously think this place has changed hands and has new management. Where the cash register person in the old location by the pastry used to toast your bagel right there when you wanted it toasted, now the bagel goes back to the kitchen so it can take 3 times as long and still come out tepid. Also, probably a one off but a new pot of coffee came out with floating grounds and when we mentioned it to the staff they just left it there. Staff is not trained and does not seem to care about the food and coffee ... big training issue. Too bad...

Chill spot with good food. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and welcoming. Would come here again

Napa Almond Chicken Salad On Sourdough

"Chicken raised without antibiotics tossed with diced celery, sliced red grapes, toasted almonds and special dressing, served with emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, salt and pepper on Country Rustic Sourdough."....what I ordered .... They skimped on the chicken and then forgot the rest of the ingredients... total rip off.

    Alfredo tortellini with bread
    Jaclyn W.

I came here for the first time today to pick food up. Ordering on the app is very easy, and very quick. The place is extremely busy, there was barely any parking, just tons of people inside. I ordered the Alfredo tortellini which comes with a piece of bread, the total price came out to be $9.64. What a huge waste of money. The bread was very hard and the portion on the noodle dish was very small. You would think for spending almost $10, that there would be more food. There was barely any sauce in my meal, I literally had to add butter just to get flavor from it. I don't see myself coming back unless it's for a beverage of some sort. The prices are just very expensive for the little mount of food you get, and honestly mine wasn't even that good. Pretty disappointing

They really need to rename their "Rapid Pickup" to extremely extra slow pickup. I've ordered a few times, plan on a half hour or longer.

After driving by this place multiple times and being repeatedly enticed by the aromas, I finally…read morestopped in to give it a try. Ambience 4/5: This place is fairly new and has been well maintained since opening (it looks like it's been around for roughly six months). Walking in, the space is very bright thanks to large bay windows, but the natural light isn't harsh -- you don't feel like you're under a spotlight. The restaurant had a mild scent of cleaning products, which wasn't overpowering and didn't detract from the food smells; it just gave the impression that the surfaces are well-sanitized. The only downside is the parking situation. After reading other reviews, I can empathize with anyone trying to come during lunch or rush hour. There's not much the owners can do about it, but it's something to be mindful of. Food 5/5: I ordered the chicken wrap meal and it was excellent. It came with two wraps (about hotdog-sized but longer, roughly 8 inches), a side of fries, pickles, and a drink. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and tasted like it came straight off the grill. The bread was soft and warm, and after checking their website, I learned it's made fresh, which definitely showed. The fries and pickles weren't anything extraordinary, but they were solid and paired well with the wraps. I saw another review comment on portion size, but as a 240-pound man, I felt completely satisfied with two wraps, fries, and a drink. When I return (which I will), I'm definitely trying the other meat options, as well as the veggie offerings -- especially the falafel, which is great news for my veggie-heavy wife. Service 4/5: I intentionally came after peak lunch hours (around 1:30 p.m.) to avoid the parking issues others mentioned. There were quite a few staff members present (~10 or so) as well as a gentleman who I believe was either the owner or the manager. At the time, I was one of only two parties in the restaurant. While the staff wasn't rude, I was a little surprised that neither the manager nor the employee who took my order greeted me or said thank you. It's a small thing, but noticeable. That said, the food came out quickly (about 10-15 minutes) and was hot and nicely prepared. Overall 4/5: I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to Middle Eastern cuisine, but I know enough to appreciate the flavors and want to explore more. Nashmi, as a Jordanian food vendor, is shaping up to be one of my go-to spots when I'm craving these flavors. It hits the right notes and leaves me wanting to come back and try more.

It was pretty good, the best part was sitting in front of their fire oven they use to freshly bake their soft pillowy bread they use for their sandwiches. The bread was definitely the best part! Usually shawarma sandwhiches are in a wrap, but these are so much better. As far as the beef, it was good, not my favorite as far as flavor wise, but still pretty good. Fries were literally exactly like McDonald's which are the best. Glad to have tried this place for sure.
