Food was good. Friendly service. Area could be tidier (inside). Order at kiosk and can omit items I didn't want and can add what I wanted.

Panera is a solid choice for a decent breakfast or lunch, pretty much any place you find them. I've been to some locations that I like a little better than this one, and I've been to one or two which make this one look good. Their bagels, sandwiches and soup are consistently good. For this morning's visit, I opted to order at the kiosk just inside the front door. It worked just fine for the basics, but doesn't easily give you the option to customize your bagel (I.e., toasted or not toasted), which meant I had to send mine back to get it toasted. I also learned at the front counter that they have a new breakfast sandwich (not available at the kiosk), so I ordered the new sausage, scrambled egg & cheese on ciabatta sandwich, which came with a fried egg (yuck), so I sent it back for the scrambled egg, as advertised. After the rework, both items were good. They have a great dark roast coffee, too. The restaurant was clean with tables spaced properly to allow for safe inside dining. Patio dining is available, as well.

I don't think this place has seen a vacuum or alcohol based cleaner in WEEKS.

If I could do half a star I would. Wifi is SLOW, if working at all, ice machine has been broken for over 2 weeks now!! EVERY time I come here they're out of multiple items....no tomato's, no mozzarella, no chicken, no tea, today it's no napkins and all the tables in the lobby are covered in food, gnats, and disgust. this is hands down the worst Panera I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. Staff wear clueless faces with their hands in pockets behind the counter, don't care to improve anything, must be poor management.

The Mac n cheese is great. You guys failed to give my wife her Greek salad which caused me great stress. Please when you take a order read it back to the person that just ordered. Simple tip. You guys need better customer service!! If you don't wanna be in the kitchen then leave!!! I don't pay you too give me the wrong order bozos

Stopped in for a lunch yesterday. They were busy so I took it to go. The broccoli and cheese soup and chipotle chicken melt really hit the spot. The service was fast and friendly. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I already can't wait to go back.

Trash all over the floor not even from dinner

Food is cold there is trash all over the floor and it isn't even busy they are fully staffed their is no excuse

This is a pretty sad version of a Quinoa salad. Usually get a better one than this. Might want to share with crew.

The first thing I noticed is that they scaled the menu back which was a blessing. I remember before that you had to read a book to get through the menu before. The new menu has a great variety of items and I didn't miss anything that they might have had before. The restaurant itself is fun. Lots of memorabilia on the walls but not in a claustrophobic way. Tables are nice and clean and the bar is beautiful. Everyone looked like they were having a good time. Our food server was nice, friendly and talked to us like we were regulars (loved that). We started out with drinks and we had the Sangria, and a couple of their signature cocktails that I can't remember the names. All were very refreshing. Food: We started out with quite a few appetizers: Coconut Shrimp: Great big shrimps, coating was perfect but I would use a tad more coconut (IMO). Tuna Dip: Wonderful smokey flavor and tasted really fresh and came with homemade chips. Pimento Dip: Oh my gosh it was delicious. I didn't even want to try this one but one of the people in our party likes pimento, so we did. It was sooooo good. I found out it has 4 different cheeses in it and it also comes with the homemade chips. Onion Rings: These onion rings were in the perfect batter. They were not greasy but they were crunchy and they used great tasting onions. I remember the previous onion rings being so thick and greasy I was so happy with the new version. We also had the Spinach Artichoke Dip and once again it was very tasty. Entrees: Pot Roast: So delicious!!! Tender pot roast and it came on a bed of mashed potatoes and cooked carrots and onions and I think celery. The gravy was delicious and they gave you plenty of it. Steak: It was a pretty big steak and very tender. Hubs gave it a 4 out of a 5. Baked potato was loaded and could have fed a family of 4. Catfish Basket: I had never had catfish before and I nibbled on our friend's entree and it was really really good. I give this place a 5 out of a 5 and we WILL be back.

They asked for the name multiple times, repeated the order back to me, and I specifically mentioned the chicken pad thai again to confirm the order before ending the call. When I got home, I realized there was no chicken pad thai in the order -- instead, we received chicken satay. I called the restaurant, and after looking it up by name, I realized they had entered the wrong name entirely. I ordered under "Jacob," but they somehow placed it under "Kalab." What was disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told I needed to drive back to the restaurant, return the chicken satay, and pay the price difference for the pad thai -- even though the mistake originated from the restaurant. With gas prices the way they are, asking a customer to make another trip and pay extra to correct the restaurant's error doesn't feel right. It also felt strange to be asked to bring back food that had already left the restaurant. Once food leaves the establishment, it typically can't be reused or reserved for anyone else, so it raised questions about what the purpose of returning it even was. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But customer service is really defined by how those mistakes are resolved.

After hearing about the changes along Harrison Avenue and that Ferrucci's had undergone a makeover, we decided to give it another try. Wow, talk about redemption! We had a great night with a lovely dining experience, refreshing drinks, and delicious food that delivered one great course after another. The roasted red peppers and prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella ball kicked off the evening and didn't disappoint. We remembered enjoying it years ago, and it still remains a favorite today. Next, we warmed up from the chilly December night air with a cup of potato soup and chicken tortellini. Both were satisfyingly delicious, leaving you scraping the bowl for more. For entrées, my wife ordered the Zuppa di Pesce, a seafood stew with a spicy tomato broth. It was packed with seafood and flavor, with just enough heat to put a little sweat on your brow. I opted for the night's special--the lobster ravioli with sautéed mushrooms--which delivered savory, well-balanced flavors and the kind of satisfaction that comes from knowing you made the right choice. Too full for dessert, we ordered another round of drinks and toasted to second chances done right. Ferrucci's has clearly found its groove, and in a town with limited Italian choices, that matters. Consider this redemption story complete--we'll definitely be back.

My daughters loved the cucumber sandwiches--they tasted fresh and crisp. The ham and provolone had a mustard spread they didn't care for, and the bread was a little on the stale side. That said, the presentation on the two-tier platter was undeniably cute. Honestly though, the real win here is the vibe. It somehow blends traditional afternoon tea with hip coffee shop energy and just a hint of speakeasy moodiness. The "bar" lined with loose leaf teas instead of liquor bottles was such a fun touch (though yes, they do serve alcohol too if that's your thing). We sat in one of the window alcoves, which felt semi-private and made the whole outing with my daughters feel a little extra special. And the floor-to-ceiling bookshelf? Chef's kiss. Our server was attentive and cheerful, and mentioned they offer a full high tea once a month--which apparently sells out in five minutes (not surprising). But honestly, the mini tea (available Fridays and Saturdays) was just right for us.
