I'm a frequent Panera customer and this was my first time visiting this location. I came during a busy time, so the parking lot was packed and sort of hard to navigate, but I can deal with that. What was more annoying was that the cashier didn't even ask for my phone number for my rewards account, and when I got coffee, there were grounds in it- two small, but very fixable mistakes. Hopefully they are willing to take some more time during busy hours to make sure their service is still up to par. read more

I like the service, I'm a regular and see everything going on.personnel is friendly.and take out is quick, food is good, somewhat pricey, but my rewards, make it all good. The only thing that bugs me apart from parking, is sometimes the tables aren't cleaned off right away or their wet and the music is alway changing. The slowest service I have ever had at a Panera. 35 min to deliver 3 sliced and toasted bagels and one bagel sandwich. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever... they had no excuse... plus another 15 min for one coffee drink before we left.... read more

Not very happy about my visit. I have been eating my meals on a special diet so I asked what types of vegetables are in the garden vegetable soup. The girl working at the counter didn't know so she asked around. She then came back to say, and I quote this verbatim, "Nobody really knows what's in it." She informed me that she asked the manager and the manager didn't even know. I expressed that I found it incredibly discouraging to be eating food at a place where no one, not even the manager, knows what is actually in the food!!! I think this says something about how "fresh" their food is when they don't even know what's in it. read more

Today we ordered food. We picked up our food and got it home to find that they basically forgot to put tuna on the plain tuna sandwiches. We had to drive back to get more sandwiches. They didn't take the sandwiches back but then remade without looking at the order and we got home with everything on the sandwich and not how the sandwich was originally ordered. We don't have enough time in our day to continue to drive back to Panera a third time. We called back and asked why they just cannot get food right and the manager had the audacity to blame my husband for not telling him to exactly how the sandwiches were ordered. It wasn't his fault. I told him that he had a lot to learn about business and we will find another Panera to got to and he hung up on me. This establishment is a joke. The general manager should fire this manager for his behavior. We won't be back. Omaha has plenty of other establishments to get far better food. read more

I'm giving this Panera 4 stars because the food is excellent. Only once have I had bad food from a Panera, and it wasn't this one (I'm never eating one of those breakfast soufflé again). I really enjoy the broccoli cheese soup in s bread bowl and the bagels are good quality as long as they don't run out. I tried to get a blueberry bagel today and had to go with the cinnamon crunch instead. My main grip with Panera is price. Wait - I know - what do I expect, right? Is Panera Bread. But $5 for one bagel w/cream cheese and a water? Wow. The quality is there, yes, but be prepared to pay for it. (Except the soufflé - I will never recommend that item, unless you enjoy nausea). As some other reviews have said parking can be.....challenging during busier times of day. The interior of the restaurant is nice with a kind of odd wall arrangement that makes it not your typical four walls full of tables & chairs. One big up side is the outdoor seating area. I have finally come to the realization that Panera sucks. I got an everything bagel toasted, plain cream cheese and a small drink to go. We were on our way to bowling. Get to the alley and I have the bagel, my drink, napkin, and a knife. What good is the knife when there is no cream cheese. That is the fifth time Panera has jacked up my order. They can take their business and shove it. They don't want me as a customer by the lousy way they complete or should I say they don't complete my order. Guess Bruegger's Bagels will get my business. Nothing like having French Fries for breakfast because that is what I order at the bowling alley for breakfast. Nice to know I am not a valued customer. Oh, and the parking sucks. First off this location has the worst parking lot ever! The service is always slow, and for such expensive food the portions are always tiny. Plus they run specials like $6.99 bakers dozen on Tuesdays but guess what, at 9am they're already out of bagels, in other words another way they try to trick you to come in and purchase overpriced food. I ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad to go and when I arrived home I noticed the salad was missing the chicken. I talked to the store manager and she provided me with another Fuji Apple Chicken Salad at no charge PLUS grilled chicken to add to the original salad I ordered PLUS a free pastry. Always have good service. I'm a huge fan of the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl or not. The bread is delicious. I am here regularly. I also love their tea. Just tried their Cobb salad with a vingegarette dressing which was also tasty. Will be doing that again with the pick two. read more

Great location! It's always very clean and cozy. Some of the staff seems to be a little out of it, but it's never been a problem for me. I love coming in in the morning and getting a soufflé! This is one of my favorite Panera locations. It is enormous on the inside & expertly divided with booths, walls, fireplaces, etc so you never feel like you're in a room with 100 other people. Each area feels cozy allowing for privacy, quiet spaces, & general comfort while eating your meal, reading, or chatting with a friend. Add in some tasty food (the bread bowls are my go-to) & you've got a winner! read more

Okay, so I went in today to get my free chicken salad from a previous screw up. It was yet again it screwed up! Yes, I called in again. This is not the first two times I have received incorrect orders from this location. The previous times I chalked it up to lunch rush, new employee, or a simple mistake. I always love this Panera. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. They're in a shopping center, so they're well located, but they aren't too busy. The parking lot can get awful busy, but we can generally find a spot. Love the GM, Randy, always good for a chat. read more

I usually have a great experience at Panera however that was not the case this morning. When I ordered an egg sandwich and the egg was left off. When I addressed the situation I was offered a $.99 cookie. I think offering to remake the sandwich would have been a better solution. However she said it was too late to remake the sandwich because it was past 10:30am. Being past 10:30am should not matter if I ordered the sandwich with and egg prior to 10:30.
