I can't in good faith recommend Ollie and Hobbs to anyone. I decided to give it one more chance when meeting a friend for dinner because it was a good in-between for us. To start, I ordered a cocktail that quite honestly tasted like the strawberry lemonade Crystal Light that someone didn't put enough water in. It was dreadful. For my meal, I chose the Hobbs burger and upgraded to the truffle fries. When my burger arrived the bottom bun was absolutely SOPPING. It wasn't even able to be picked up without disintegrating. I did say something to our waitress and she brought me a new bun. The burger was also cold so I can imagine that mine was don't first and it sat for a bit until my friend's meal was ready. Service was lackluster and our food took just over 30 minutes to get to us which was wild because the restaurant was fairly empty. Lastly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Most concerning was the state of the bathroom counter. In the caulk seam between the counter and wall there was an abundance of pink mold (the stuff that can grow in your shower). It was gross and definitely had been like that for a bit. And again... The fruit flies?!??! Call someone, please! I won't be returning.

    Chicken fettucine Alfredo

I was really looking forward to trying this spot, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the expectations. I ordered delivery, and right off the bat, my drink was missing which is always a letdown. For food, I went with the meatball appetizer and the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. On paper, the Alfredo sounded great, but the flavor threw me off completely. It had a surprisingly sweet profile--not just the sauce, but even the spinach and mushrooms tasted oddly candied. I'm a big fan of both vegetables and usually love them in pasta, but here they just didn't work. The sweetness made the entire dish hard to eat, especially for someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth. The meatballs were decent, but nothing that stood out or made me want to explore more of the menu. Overall, it was a confusing and underwhelming experience, and sadly, I wouldn't be inclined to order again.

Met here for a book club and they have a nice private room in the front that fits 12 people. Great for get togethers like this. Everyone liked their food. I had the feta and berry salad (added chicken) and bacon potato soup. The cup of soup was huge! The staff were nice and the room was perfect.

We came in around 8:30 on a Friday night and the place was empty! We had great service and great food at a very reasonable price. $8 for a cocktail and $16-$22 for a nice entree is unbeatable! The salmon was great, Brussels and balsamic drizzle was my favorite part of the meal. The gnocchi sadly was not my favorite texture--a little more mushy than chewy compared to what I've tried before, but it was fine and the sauce had a nice flavor. I've been in once before and had a great experience then (it was packed around 7 on a Friday night) so I hope they get more business!!

We enjoy the food and service at Ollie and Hobbes. The food is delicious- their Italian meatball appetizers are flavorful. The Brussels sprouts are a treat also. Fun mocktails are available, shoutout to the bomb pop drink. This is a chatty atmosphere with room for two or a small group. Located in Regency, parking is next to the building. There is good inside and good patio seating.

Met my husband here for happy hour. When Ollie and Hobbs first open in Papillion we met for happy hour and had a good experience. I remember ring able to order several appetizers to try for around $4 each. This being several years later we wanted to have another good happy hour experience but it wasn't how we remembered it. They had significantly less appetizers and increased prices. We opted for meatballs and fries as they were out of spinach artichoke egg rolls. The meatballs were not our favorite. Almost had a gummy like texture. The fries and aioli were great but nothing to run back to happy hour for. Overall I do enjoy O&Hs but not somewhere I would recommend specifically for happy hour.

Ollie and Hobbs is a good lunch spot. Specially if you get there early. For me it's a solid 4 stars. While I liked my food very much it's not like mind blowing or something I would crave all the time. My mushroom burger was cooked perfectly today. The wedge salad was good as well. And the Pork schnitzel was actually really good. Not dried out at all. Juicy! Will be back for sure

    Truffle fries

Not surprised the place was basically empty when we walked in. Been to the location in Lincoln and had a way better experience. The staff here seem like they're bothered when serving you. The floor was incredibly sticky and the place just seemed disheveled. Food was pretty good though, the truffle fries didn't last long at our table. The place has a lot of potential and hope it turns around.

Great food choices: seafood, chicken, beef entrees, burgers or sandwiches. All reasonable priced, flavorful & quantity quality is great! I ordered seared salmon with Brussel sprouts. Nice size salmon seared perfectly with nice flavor. The Brussel sprouts were petrified which looked weird but tasted wonderful. The French dip has plenty of meat & Swiss cheese along with truffle fries is very filling! Our server; Ewan M was wonderful, very helpful & knowledgeable with the menu items. I love the Holiday decor, very pretty for the season!

Ollie & Hobbes was a new discovery for me, and it's definitely an upscale place at an affordable price! It reminds me a little bit of Cheddars Scratch Kitchen in quality, but definitely not as busy or crowded. The decor is very cute in its design with white brick, grey booths, and lots of wood in black and white. They have happy hour prices each afternoon/evening, and all day on Sundays. That's a great time to go because they have a handful of apps and food that are discounted, as well as lots of drinks, including many of their signature Moscow mules. I have visited a few times, and tried a few key items, I will detail! First off, their appetizers are HUGE and definitely very shareable. For appetizers, we have tried: -Crispy Brussels Sprouts: These were succulently steamed and covered in a lemon balsamic, cranberries, and feta cheese crumbles. It was like a dessert, almost, with the sweet citrus flavor and strawberry tartness. -Baked Meatballs: This was basically a meal all on its own, the meatballs were so large. They came in a hearty marinara sauce, topped with cheddar, parsley, and little garlic bread toast points. -Parmesan Truffle Fries: These were a little crispy for my taste but still delicious, and they come in a cute little paper bag! -Bavarian Pretzel Bites: I think these were on the special Fall Menu, and were warm and delicious! They were salty little warm pretzel bites, that came with a large side of grain mustard and beer cheese. The entrees at Ollie & Hobbes are also quite large for their price! For entrees, we have tried: -Chicken Pot Pie Risotto: This was another one that was on the Fall menu, but it seems to be one that may be available other times too, so I definitely recommend it if you see it around! The risotto comes a little al dente, which some may not love, but I don't have a problem with. It was honestly like a chicken pot pie, but as a rice dish with chicken breast, carrots and celery, and little bits of puff pastry. Warm and tasty and brings back childhood memories of sick days at home! -Feta & Berry Salad: If you are a salad person, this one is excellent and very filling and flavorful. The salad itself is very large, and filled with cranberries, feta cheese crumbles, strawberries, and candied walnuts. This is sweet and savory and greeny all at once. -Hobbes Burger: Their signature burger that comes with the Ollie & Hobbes signature fries (but I upgraded to the aforementioned Parmesan fries). The burger patty is super juicy and tasty (and also one of the entrees that are on the happy hour menu!). If you're a burger fan, I definitely recommend giving this one a try. And lastly, the service was superlative, with our server constantly checking on us and making sure we had refills and answering any question we had about menu items. One of the servers actually heard we were there for a friend's birthday on one of our visits, and they secretly left to grab birthday flowers for her across the lot at Trader Joe's and surprised her with them as we were leaving. I could not believe the generosity and thoughtfulness of the staff here! So overall, I for sure recommend stopping into Ollie & Hobbes, if you like high quality food, excellent service, and affordable prices (during Happy Hour or not).

Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Garlic Parm Fries

Enjoyed a nice work lunch here. We sat on the patio and had great service. I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich and loved it. Comes with bacon and a yummy Poblano Ranch sauce. Substituted for the Garlic Parm Fries which were good. The place was busy for lunch and had an upbeat vibe.

My friend and I were famished and stopped in on a Friday night about 6pm or so. It was a 20-30 min wait so we just hopped on the bar stools instead. I really like the interior of this place, modern and industrial but wood accents made it warm and inviting. We didn't order too much food, but everything came out quick. The thing you need to know most is to order the Brussel sprouts! I not gonna lie I'm a BS Stan, and these were some of the best. Topped with feta and cranberries with a cream sauce, cooked to perfection - yes yes yesss. We actually contemplated ordering a second round to go. My friend really enjoyed her burger, cooked to her liking correctly, fries were tasty - bit of, my guess, chipotle bbqish seasoning was a nice touch. My salad was subpar and could have easily been better. Dressing didn't taste homemade, lettuce was bright green and had a lot of lettuce cores. Anything dark green was soggy/brown (although did not taste bagged which I credit them for) croutons were a little sad, too. With all that said I will still definitely return to try different items and drinks. Special mention the bartender and barback, they were very busy and still attentive. Raspberry lemon drop was delicious, sweet but still had that taste of liquor. I don't feel like they water down the drinks here. Really reasonable prices, too!

    Hobbs' mule-house infused citrus vodka

Ollie and Hobbs have a great menu! I've been a few times and really enjoy the food. This last time I went I got the chicken sandwich. It was very good. It wasn't too messy or too saucy and the chicken was juicy and crispy. I decided to go with the side salad this time. Definitely go with the vinaigrette dressing! This Moscow mule though the house infused vodka was so refreshing and tasty! Could taste the citrus, cranberry and light mint flavor and it wasn't over powered with ginger beer. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very sweet and gave great recommendations as well.

The food is truly the star. I tried the seasonal butter pecan tiramisu latte, which was absolutely delicious perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and so smooth. For pastries, the strawberry and cream croissant was light, flaky, and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness. The egg and bacon croissant was savory, satisfying, and baked beautifully, and the double egg bake was hearty and flavorful, ideal if you're looking for something more filling. Service was friendly and efficient. The staff were welcoming, patient, and happy to answer questions, which made the experience feel easy and inviting, even during a busy time. Overall, Tous Les Jours is a wonderful spot for coffee, pastries, or a casual breakfast or brunch. High-quality food, great service, and a calm, inviting ambiance.
