    smokehouse BBq chicken at Panera

i ordered thru online/pickup app - a 1/2 smokehouse BBq sandwich at Pburg location - and this is what i find when i got home - a very small amount of chicken with a tiny piece of onion. so disappointing to get home and find that this is what I'm eating and to think that this sandwich is not cheap! Panera check your quality control!

No real update. It's a chain and pretty consistent across the board. Service was a little better this time. She was helpful and made suggestions. The place was spotless because no one was there so I was happy. Got the blueberry scone which was PACKED with blueberries and that was nice BUT I perfect my scones dryer. And I got the Kitchen Sink Cookie which I've had at other locations and this one wasn't as dry as others. Oddly, I perfect it dryer. Overall, just the same as I recall.

It's busy travel and shopping time being close to Christmas Holidays. I was on my way back home and stopped in at this Phillipsburg NJ location. Lunch time was over so they were not really busy. Enough parking upon arriving in parking lot. They had few people waiting in car for pickup their orders. I order my favorite Pick Two which have selections of cup of soup and other items. Veggie Mediterranean and soup with bag of chips. Drinks are extra. But you can get pastry for 99cents with it ask for special! My Mediterranean sandwich was really made with right ingredients. Best so far I have eaten at Panera locations!! Usual standard atmosphere at this location being built like many.

Chicken avacado melt .. literally 3 shreds of chicken after waiting 20 min

25 min for an order why? Because they don't seem to value customers that order more than one item and spend $40. Not sure if all Panera, only seems to happen at this location. I was told they take the small orders first. So basically if you spend more $ you're cast aside and get to watch other orders come in after yours and get prepared before yours. The staff was nice but this is the absolute worst way to treat a customer. Except for the fact that we like the food, most likely will never go back to this location. Also 2nd time the chicken avocado melt was made with insufficient chicken. 3 shreds of chicken don't even cover the bun. Other locations are not this skimpy. Clearly quality does not matter.

One of the worst locations; I always like extra ranch with my salads. It seems everytime I order this from this cafe they always skimp on the extra ranch I pay for!! I get three small containers. Barely even with any ranch in them. I also tried to call the store and they didn't pick up. Management needs to step in and make sure they actually do their jobs. Horrible experience.

They make a good barbecue chicken flatbread. Ordered online and I saw the results pretty quickly.

After leaving a recent review at the Father-restaurant Kabinett, it feels appropriate to do so…read morehere. This is a firmly casual atmosphere- part café, part bierhall, part grocery, and most importantly- Curated Wine Shoppe. The ambience- bloody enormous! It was an auto garage! The outdoor patio is also large- standard Bierhall bench seating or stand overlooking the river and 'Free Bridge', as the locals colloquially refer to it. Pagoda to keep the sun off. The café- standard coffee options, and a few pastries. I believe the pastries used to be done in house (a couple had Moroccan flavours), but now, done by the wonderful duet Pie+Tart. The Bierhall- firstly- they stock Ayinger. This is my favourite Braurei in Germany. Nothing pleases me more than to see several brews- especially the Brauweiß. There are about 15 beers from which to choose, most being less common/higher quality German Brews. There are also some American brews by Von Trapp in Vermont- who also focus on German styles. Good prices. Served in the proper Becher glassware- or suck on a bottle. The Grocery- focusing on Australian dry goods and some necessities. This harkens back to the old Silk Mill location- sans the candies. I've bought some higher quality spices here. THE Wine Shoppe. Since this part of the venture opened, it has become my go-to for most of my wine. He stocks wine which you will not see anywhere else. The focus is on Austrian/German, and Australian wines. Cheap to expensive. Walking the horseshoe from left to right, you start in the White Brut/Sekt, to the Grüner, to the Red /Rot Sekt. In the centre are the cheaper wines, and a good amount of Rosé. While I say cheaper, that does not mean inferior by any means. One of our household favourites has become Fritz's Rosé. I will take the time to discuss the Wines mostly- I was introduced to many Weingut here- Moric, George Breuer, Fritz and many others. The selection rotates, but there are some mainstays. Try to find the proprietor- Jason- walk the Shoppe with him and ask questions. I have never once been steered astray. The focus thankfully is the drier side of Wine- Old and New World. You will not be inundated with the same rubbish Napa Valley and PA wines other proprietors carry. This Shoppe is for those who have an Old World palette and feel the necessity to always pay restaurant premiums. Remember, at a restaurant, you are paying for the wine, plus the storage, Som, and service. You can also buy chilled wine. You can also buy wine to consume there (different list due to LCB Legalities).

Overall good experience, but there are a few things to know…read more... 1) All available internet info suggested that children are priced by height, however the store declares everyone 11 and above an adult when you arrive. Full freight for a 12 year old, despite a very limited appetite. Wish this was made clear on restaurant website. 2) We ordered all-you-can-eat. Nigiri sushi comes with at least twice the ratio of rice-to-fish vs. what I've seen anywhere else. I suspect this controls the cost of AYCE for them (filling us up with rice), but it adversely impacts the flavor. 3) Sushi served without wasabi/ginger, but we asked and were given. Tempura served without dipping broth. This was odd. But the food, including fish, was fresh. The sushi rolls were very nice. Hibachi/teppanyaki steak was tender and delicious. Service was a little slow at first, so we ordered another round of food every chance we could (2 hour limit on AYCE). Bussing was a bit awkward sometimes, but very friendly. Service was earnest and caring. The dining room was basic but pleasant - plenty of space.

Arrived here for dinner. The restaurant looks new and clean from the outside and inside. It's clean…read morealthough fairly sterile environment. My issue concerns the food. The Giza was a wallpaper paste, consistency, only it didn't taste as good. The crab Rangoon was the weirdest prepackaged thing I've seen in a while and terrible The sushi offerings are mainstream, and it appears as if they do everything possible to cut costs. I understand it's all you can eat place, which I didn't know going in, but I've been to all you can eat that actually have good food. Here everything is mixed and bushed and ground so they can add other ingredients to the fish to make it appear as if you're getting more, although you're really getting less. All that cost cutting wouldn't be so bad if it at least tasted good, but it was horrible. Big pass on this place.
