I don't frequent Panera bread very often. Mostly because I'm not really a coffee drinker and have food allergies that I contend with so the options on the lunch menu are quite limited for me. I wound up at Panera and ordered a catering set up which included sandwiches for 12 people. I got the hot version which came in a sturdy cardboard box. I don't think they're full sandwiches so I also ordered a container of chili. The chili came with bread. It was really pricey after the tip was nearly $80. I'm not sure I would order catering from them again, but the food smelled good on my drive back over to the shop. And the technicians and mechanics seem very pleased to have something other than pizza. read more

This is my first time trying Panera Bread, and I am thrilled with the choice. I took some time looking at the menu online before coming here. It was busy when I arrived during lunchtime. The line was moving slowly, only having two registers open, which I found to be a turn off. When I was in line up next, the manager took care of another task without saying anything, and it took a couple of minutes until he finally came back to help me. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Rancher, with the option of half or whole bread, in addition to the chicken, being light, regular, or double, the chopped bacon being light, regular, or extra, the white cheddar light, regular, or extra, and the ranch light, regular, extra, or on the side. There's much to customize, and I just went with the regular for ALL. For the side, you have the option of free chips (which I got), french baguette, apple, or none. The fruit cup, though, will cost something. It took a good 10 minutes for all of it to come. During my wait, PB does an unlimited sip club, where you have the option of trying a wide variety of drinks. It is free for two months before becoming a member. I got a cup and went with a lemonade. The food here was delish and on par for a Panera Location - the main takeaway was the amazing service from the manager Sayyid (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) He was so enthusiastic to serve me and made sure everything was correct and even gave me ice with my orange juice - these small details made this experience amazing - the tables are also clean and there are plenty of places to eat- overall would recommend!! read more

Good food, quick service and great staff. We ordered pick two option I ordered warm baja bowl and green goodness caprese melt. Both tasted great. It's been a WHILE since I'd ordered anything at Panera but I like their vanilla iced coffee and decided to grab lunch. I ordered the lunch combo which included a cup of soup and half a salad. It's a pretty good deal. I didn't want anything too heavy. It was a hot day and just wanted something on the lighter, wholesome side. Everything was good but I just remember things tasting better. The portions were great for lunch but I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed. I think my favorite part was the iced coffee. read more

The new chili is not worth the money. They have way over done the jalapeño peppers! It is more of a bean soup than chili. FYI to Panara, beans and beef are the main ingredients, not water and peppers! read more

Walked into Panera, the first thing I got was the strong smell of tobacco and vape that reaked through the front entry area. The waitress came over to us and she stunk like vape, we requested another seating area and they obigued us. Still the smell of vape was all over the restaurant. I finally figured out where it was coming from, THE STAFF! As the waitresses were bussing the tables, they kept sneaking puffs of vapes. I complained about the smell throughout the restaurant. We were comped our meals, left, and will never go back read more

The bread is good, but it should be with a play on the word for bread in other languages. That's why the review is 2 stars and not a negative one star. It seems to be a glorified Dunkin Donuts. Why; I asked if they could make the toasted steak with white cheddar Medium/rare? The counterman said "it's already cooked". I didn't know if it would be over cooked and dry, so I asked for the 1/2 toasted frontega (what ever a frontega is) chicken sandwich and French onion soup. My friend had the 1/2 Texas smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup and a soda. They only had 30 ounce glasses, nothing smaller. 30 ounces! Why not make it a quart of soda; you wonder why Americans get obese?!!! She let the counter people know the ice dispenser was empty. It was eventually refilled. The onion soup was tepid. I asked a different counter person if they could replace or reheat it. He said there's a microwave up front under the coffee station. About 6" off the floor on a shelf. So, that was my next side trip to reheat it myself. There's no table service any more. It came to over $27. The food wasn't bad, but at that price it should be great and the service; as well. Thai chicken salad! There's a lot of flavor in this but not sure I'd recommend getting it. Wasn't my favorite. The apple was also very small and soft. The location is set back.. Very unprofessional I ordered something with the option of curb side pick up I waited 30 minutes after I arrived and the app said my order was ready. I finally went inside to get my order and no one was at the register but my food was sitting behind the counter. I finally got someone's attention and with no explanation gave me my order. The whole ordeal was extremely unpleasant. What's the point of having the option to curb side pick up if it's not going to be fulfilled. Will not be returning to this location. read more

It's the usual Panera bread fare, so it's quite good, though it always seems that the apples they offer you are small and tart. Plusses: - a separate back room where groups can meet - they can handle a busy crowd well at the counters Minuses - coffee and soda/tea stations are at opposite ends of the place - This place just never seems to get food delivery right. There were 4 of us, and because it was busy, our orders were handled by 3 different people in 3 different lines. Some asked for our names, some didn't. Some were given numbered cards, some weren't. 3 of us had our meals delivered to us, 1 person's meal was not delivered and subsequently detected on the serving counter, and we have no idea how long it had been there. read more

Was not acknowledged until my friend had to address them first. I only ordered the bakers dozen bagels, so when we paid and sat down to wait for them to slice them, we assumed they would at least Motion to us that they were finished. However, that was not the case, after 15 minutes we ended up going back to the register and reached over the counters to grab our order. Note, there were no workers present on the floor or in the vicinity of the registers. I might be able to understand this level of customer service if it were busy, but there were only a few people who've already been helped and received their food, and no one came in afterwards. Overall, if you enjoy your gourmet microwaved food and the absent customer service, Panera is for you read more

Will never come back here again. Waited over 25 minutes for my food just for it to be sitting on the counter under the name "Autumn" not even CLOSE to my name btw. The guy in the back insists it's only been there one minute so I go sit down to eat and everything is cold. EVERYTHING. I kindly asked for my money back and left. Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in for lunch today and one customer was in front of me. A friend of the girl working the register, while the other employee sat in a chair at the other register ignoring anyone else. The customer/friend in front of me was finished and paid and then they proceeded to discuss there hair and then she left the register area. The girl sitting down continues to ignore me as I'm obviously the next person on line. As I stand there waiting for a solid 5 mins two other girls come in behind me and the girl sitting decides to call them up and help them...meanwhile I'm still standing there being ignored. I will never eat here again, I'd rather drive down route 9 to any other deli or sandwich shop to get better service. read more

My meal was god awful! I hate to say this....I ordered the 2 combo. Tomato soup and grill cheese. Soup was Luke warm and the grill chess was not even grilled...it was put under the broiler. How do I know this, I pulled back the very soft bread and the cheese was brown on parts of the cheese. Bread was not even grilled! Table was dirty..I had ask for it to be cleaned. Mind you there were not lots of people in there. I was very disappointed! Will never go back to that Panera's again! read more

My Mediterranean veggie sandwich was good but the options were very limited. The service was decent, the employees weren't inviting and the tables need a good wipe down. Nothing was really stocked like the napkins however they are quick with making your food. Overall didn't reach my expectations of what panera usually is. read more

Very poorly managed location. Last three times I've been here, I've watched staff walk by and ignore pending Rapid Pick Up orders that were overdue. The orders were sitting behind the counter, awaiting final prep and delivery to the Pick Up box, but the staff just walked right by them even though the ordering line was short. The whole point is for Rapid Pick Up customers to bypass the line. Annoying. Even more annoying was seeing the dark-haired manager walk past the waiting Rapid Pick Up orders to visibly and pointedly chastise/express her displeasure to both cashiers. Quiet, but exaggerated facial expressions, etc. - you could imply the tone. Save the admonishment of cashiers for the back room - doing that in front of customers is bad form. read more

I thought I'd give Panera a quick review since I'm using their free wifi at the moment. I love that about them. When I'm on the run and need to eat or just use my computer, they've always been there for me. Yeah, it's a national chain, and the food is always the same, and it seems more healthy than it is... But free wifi! Thanks Panera! And if any other local joints want to do the same, know that I will be over with my mac any day now. read more

Dutchess County is so chock-full of amazing, independently-owned restaurants that there's almost never a reason to eat at a chain. However, I make an exception for Panera when I need to grab a quick bite. I'm in love with the tomato soup, the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, and the iced green tea. I've never had a bad experience here- the food comes out quick and fresh, there's plenty of seating, and the prices are reasonable. My one quibble? I used to ask for an apple as a side, but never received one that was bruise-free or crisp. Having learned my lesson, I now ask for one of their baguettes and save it for breakfast the following day. read more

This place is filthy, management is a joke. The manager was a young-ish man who continued to scream loudly and complain about his job to multiple customers, complaining his store was dirty and even made it known they did not have more than 60 dollars in their register. The mac and cheese sucked which makes no sense given you can literally buy the exact kind at a grocery store for higher quality. Food, atmosphere, and employees are not worth any of your time. This ruins panera's reputation, I personally will not be back. read more

I ordered the shrimp scampi, it comes with angel hair, tomatoes and asparagus. I like asparagus but they cut it into small pieces which I don't care for. The shrimp scampi was a bit dry. Of course I ate the shrimp. Taylor was our server , she is pleasant. Very nice

Mooshu and Cold Sesame Noodles are "complicated"... bullsh!t. No concession for horrendous delay! If they told me an accurate wait time my wife and would have walked out. Can't get a good one by me in Virginia except at the credit card fraud place but you can here. I had it. I also had orange chicken that was good. Large is huge. Get small if you're getting side dishes. But cold sesame noodle and scallion pancake are only available at lunch, we could not order them online for dindin the next day so I must sadly deduct a star here.
