a bathroom with a toilet and a roll of toilet paper

I traveled from Norfolk VA to participate in a swim meet. I came to Panera early in the morning at 6:30am. The noise of the workers laughing and talking loud hit me like a tornado. They were all standing around chit chatting. I ordered a bagel with butter through the kiosk. I was summoned to pick up my order but they forgot the butter. The bagel was warm but by the time I got the attention of one of them to give me butter, the bagel was no longer warm. I also used the bathroom it hadn't been touched that morning.

I had a horrific experience on 9/19/24. Hot coffee was handed to me thru drive thru. The cup immediately starts to bend and hot coffee spills on me and inside my car. The young man apologized, handed me a wad of napkins to clean spilled coffee. He offers me another coffee...i drive away and pick up coffee to take a sip and again the lid pops off and cup bends in half and spills all over me while driving almost causing an accident..i pull over and clean myself and the spilled coffee again. This was no coincidence the cup was definitely faulty and was flimsy and thin. They should not be serving hot coffee in these flimsy cups causing injuries to their customers.

I understand why this Panera has such bad reviews. The last two times I've gone here, I was disappointed. The positive here is that the food is ready in a timely fashion. The negative is the lack of taste and quality. The salad looked nothing like the pictures. Barely any leafy greens hashtag sad.

Car waiting in front. This restaurant sucks

The absolute worst ever!!! The chick at the drive-thru was worthless. How tf do I order a Caesar salad and get ranch dressing. My husband's sandwich was tasteless and barely any meat. While ordering, the screen literally had everything we ordered and when we got to the window they were still asking what we ordered. Of course it was wrong and we had to do it all over again. After about 5 minutes were were asked to move near the front door. Another 10 minutes. They suck. There were two other cars waiting. That's how slow and horrible they are

Asiago Cheese Bagel with cream cheese. Yummy!!

Ok, I went back to this location hoping that I could try another bagel. Nope, not gonna happen so they don't serve bagel throughout the day. What a shame... I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Kettle Chips and Chocolate Chip cookie. That with the cookie brought the total to I believe 14. Not even worth it at all. The Chicken Sandwich looked good but was gross. Yuck! I couldn't eat it It actually made my stomach hurt. So as far as the regular food it's a DEFINITELY NO!!!!! For me I'll stick to the Bagels. And to pay for 14 dollars for food that makes you sick and is nasty. Why would you want to try any thing else.

Upon entering, you will see 2 kiosk to order your food with plenty of pictures, so we did just that. I think you can also order at the counter, a few steps ahead. There were many options to choose from like salads, wraps, and bowls. We chose the Lemon Crush Bowl and Chicken Tinga Bowl. Both were equally delicious and satisfying. First, you choose your base. It comes with warm grains, but if you want extra grains or cauliflower rice, there is an up charge. Then, you get to play with the ingredients it comes with by adding or taking away some. The same with the dressing. They have so many to pick from and because I was curious, I ordered the ENZO Eureka Lemon Crush Olive Oil on the side. It is a strong lemon and olive oil taste, but good in moderation. The Greek goddess dressing was just fine, but I had try another one and no complaints. Also, you have the option of getting half a slice of bread with your bowl. Great way to push some of the last of it onto your fork. Overall, this was a healthy choice. It is on average $10-$13 per dish, but you know you're eating right. The "Taco Bell next door" temptation fizzled fast and I left feeling so grown up. Go check them out.

There were only a couple of tables available, but they were clearly well staffed. We were greeted immediately at the door, and it was obvious there were multiple managers on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly. The ambiance struck the perfect balance--upscale yet approachable. It felt polished without being stuffy or overly formal. The lighting was just right, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dinner, and they offered a nice selection of beverages and cocktails. The food absolutely delivered. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked and lightly breaded--not overly heavy at all. His only suggestion would be swapping the mustard-based dressing for something brighter, like a lemon or citrus vinaigrette, since it competed a bit with the blue cheese crumbles. I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl with shrimp, and it was fantastic. A small detail that made a surprisingly big impression: the shrimp tails had already been removed! It's such a simple thing, but not having to stop and pick tails off while eating made the meal that much more enjoyable. The dish was perfectly balanced and delicious exactly as served--I wouldn't change a thing. My martini was also expertly made. No notes there either. The restaurant attracted a friendly, well-dressed crowd, adding to the overall experience without feeling pretentious. It's also easy to find, located on the corner of the shopping center with Trader Joe's and Planet Fitness. Granite Grill exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back. Great food, attentive service, an inviting atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We ordered the Beet Salad, hush puppies and a few side salads to start. I had the salmon salad and it was the perfect size. The lemon dressing was delicious too...not too tart. We finished with the brownie sundae and it was so good. The perfect ending. Service was fantastic and very attentive. We were well cared for.

The lady working the counter was helpful... Quickly placed my order and my food was made and delivered to my table in a few minutes. The food was pretty darn good! Not as great as Raising Canes, but it was nice. The bread was basic, bland, and not completely seasoned with their butter, so after a quick bite of it and seeing that, I didn't eat the rest. The cole slaw was nice, but needed some more seasoning. The chicken tenders were piping hot, fresh, and decent... but not the best. Fries were amazing! The dining room and entire restaurant was beautifully and perfectly decorated! The maintenance inside was PERFECT! It looked brand new in there. If I were interested in this type of food again, this place would suffice.

We were surprised by the size of the restaurant when we walked in. It seems smaller from the outside; not that it was huge, just deceiving. It reminded me of a homey Jason's Deli (IYKYK). The woman at the counter was helpful and kind. We had a few questions about some items on the menu, and she asked the kitchen staff anything that she didn't know offhand. We decided on the fried cauliflower for an appetizer; it was monstrously huge, and much more flavorful than I expected. The spices and textures on the plate added a lot to the dish's overall essence. I ordered the Rachel for an entree, and my partner ordered the Sharona. I subbed the chips for a side salad. The salad was tangy or tart, almost bitter. I didn't mind; I thought it was quite good. It is a lot of acidity if you are not expecting it. The Rachel was fantastic, except that the coleslaw had some onion bits mixed in. We are not onion fans in this household. Ha The Sharona would have been a better choice, as I much prefer pickles to oniony coleslaw. My partner said she really liked hers. We had half a sandwich each for leftovers the next day, and shared the leftover chips, since I finished off my salad the night before. The sandwiches heated up exquisitely in the oven at 325°F for 15 minutes. I felt that Susie's is a definite hidden gem, and I can recommend it to anyone who likes a well-made sandwich. I will be back to sample more of the menu and report back my findings at a future date.

It's like Perly's had a kid, sent them to VCU, and they opened a restaurant…read more The cauliflower appetizer was surprisingly good. The florets stayed crispy, the whipped feta, chilies, and pomegranate made an unexpectedly pleasant combo. The Reuben was well executed. The bread retained its sturdiness instead of the normal sponge like qualities you might find with other Reubens around town. The meat was melt in your mouth tender and every bite contained components of the sandwich, rather than the usual wrestling match of sliced meat in your mouth. The service was meh. It's counter service with sit down restaurant prices. Here's the funny thing: you are given a number for food to be delivered to your table. The waitress puts the food down on your table and directs you to a rolling cart where plates, napkins, etc. are BUT the waitress has to pass the rolling cart to bring you your food. Could we have not received appetizer plates and silverware when we checked out and were handed our drinks? I don't think anyone can get excited about Jason's Deli type service at lunch at Lemaire prices. If I had to choose a good time to suggest going to Susie's, go to Happy Hour on a sunny day and sit out on the patio
