    Chicken and cranberry sandwich
    Viktoria K.

We had an unpleasant experience today. We were served a plate with a sandwich on it--only to discover a hair in the food. I spoke to the kitchen staff, and they readily prepared a fresh chicken and cranberry sandwich for me--just as delicious as the first one--but the incident still put a bit of a damper on my mood. And now for the question: ‍ Why don't food service employees wear hairnets to prevent hair from getting into the food?!

Panera is always a hit or miss situation for me. Today I ordered an Asian salad and smokehouse barbecue sandwich. Sandwich was good but I noticed that they have skimped on the ingredients lately. The salad was missing almonds too. I'm surprised that they don't have mandarin oranges as a topping like most Asian salad. Service was quick but the place had a lot of tables that were not cleaned.

I've always liked Panera and the cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich used to be one of my go-tos. It was big, fresh, and flavorful, definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, this time it was a huge letdown. The sandwich was noticeably smaller, the bread felt skimpy, and the taste just wasn't there. For $10, it really didn't feel like the same quality I've had before. I couldn't even finish it because it was so bad. On the positive side, the broccoli cheddar soup was excellent as always. Rich, comforting, and consistent. I just wish the sandwich still lived up to what it used to be.

$4.39 for this little brownie. Absolutely ridiculous. Your online photos are very misleading. You should have these set in front so people can see what they look like before buying. I could buy a whole box of brownies for less than this. Can you put a little more oomph into the brownie.

The most delicious chicken soup, if you want a light meal and enjoy a delicious breakfast of sandwiches, then come to this place!

I dropped off my new car at the auto shop nearby and had time to grab lunch before my rental car pickup. I haven't been to Panera in years because of subpar service and food at other locations. This place was on point in all aspects. The restaurant is open, modern, and casual. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. It was a busy Tuesday around noon so there was a bit of a wait. But it was well worth it. My Southwest salad with grilled chicken was fresh and perfect especially with the avocados and dressing. My sourdough bread was superb with my broccoli and cheese soup although I'm not sure if you legitimately call it soup. Highly recommend!

Panera is always a solid option for lunch! This particular location is a bit small and the parking lot is very crowded, but otherwise I'm always impressed by the service here. They always seem to go above and beyond! I had a coupon for half off entree so I decided to get a You Pick Two lunch and try out some new items. The cheesesteak sandwich was saucy, and I liked that I was able to switch the type of bread for no charge. I also tried their new bacon mac & cheese. It was just as good as the regular one. I always find it funny that you get a baguette on the side even when there's no soup, but I'm not complaining. The Pick Two option is always my favorite because I get to try two items and it's not a super huge portion. Had to pair it with my favorite drink here - the papaya green tea. So yummy!

Can't get a hold of their cafe! Called the cooperate but wasn't helpful at all

This location is a scam! Happened today 10/15/2025. They stated my food was delivered but it was never delivered! My coworker didnt have lunch today. We were gonna celebrate an event today. This was why I ordered food in advance. Ordered on 10/13/2025. I even added tip on the order. I can't get a hold of anyone at the cafe to explain this! They deserve a 0 star! But I don't have the option to place ZERO star here I need a manager to contact me to explain this situation!! Order #6051715996746736 See the picture! TOTALLY A SCAM!!

Looks like I'm missing half my salad. This Panera has been a disappointment ......Please do better.

The food is below average, and it's so sad because I love Panera but this specific location gets my orders wrong 100% of the time. Or the quality isn't there. My salad bowl is half full.. I ordered a grilled cheese once that was so hard and burnt I could've used it as a weapon... please do better, remember your making food for people. Sprinkle a little love on it.

Panera!!!! I love you!!!!! Okay what's better then a classic meal from Panera? You know it's going to be bomb! Today I got the you pick two.. French onion soup with the half Fuji chicken salad! Soooooo delicious! The soup was perfect as it always is! The Fuji chicken salad was amazing... perfect amount of flavor. The staff inside Panera are all so sweet. Can we also remember the best bread ever?!!

45 min wait for a cup of soup and 1/2 a sandwich is ridiculous! This is not a FAST food location.

When we walked up to the counter we were greeted by the cashier and we were asked if we had any questions. We did not and so we placed our order and paid and was given a number for our table. The fries came out first and we were looking forward to them but sadly they were lukewarm and soft. I wished they were hotter and more crunchy. I had the Blackened Salmon Cobb salad and it was so refreshing and delicious. You cant tell from the photo but the salad did have avocado, blue cheese, tomato, egg, grilled corn, pickled radish, green onion, and lemon-herb vinaigrette. It was at the bottom of the bowl which kind of made it hard to mix. I wish it was on top of the romaine. My husband said the tri tip was good. The bread was fresh and the meat was perfectly flavored!

I've eaten at Jack's Urban Eats before, but this experience completely ruined it for me…read more I found a piece of plastic in my mac & cheese. Not hair. Not something questionable. Actual plastic. That alone is bad enough, but the customer service somehow made it worse. Before I even went back to the store to ask for a refund, I called several times and was put on hold for a very long time, with no one actually helping me. That should've been my first red flag. When I did go back in person, all they could offer was a refund--no genuine apology, no concern, no effort to make it right. Finding plastic in your food is a serious issue, and they treated it like I was just unhappy with the taste. Between the plastic in my food, the long hold times, and the complete lack of customer service, I won't be coming back. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters--and Jack's completely dropped the ball.

Now with only two people taking orders and making drinks during the lunch rush, the line and wait times are much longer. We ordered pizza and fries and I could see them sitting by the kitchen for about 10 minutes before they were brought to us, so they arrived barely warm. I also ordered two sides of their house-made ranch (which cost extra) but only received one. When I asked a server about the second ranch I had already paid for, she brushed me off with attitude. I had to ask multiple times and wait another 10+ minutes just to get something we were already charged for. Overall the service felt disorganized and slow. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

This is your go-to place for desserts. The pastries are off the chart. They got everything you could possibly want. I've had most of the things that just listed and they really appealed to my inner fat man. Whenever I walk in there and I see the pastries just waiting for me behind the glass It's like an edible amusement park. Now I've also had breakfast there. You can order pancakes and we often order the blueberry pancakes with eggs and bacon and their bacon is perfect, and the eggs are fluffy. It's a solid breakfast. Plus you know I'm not eating that without a pastry on the side. This service is incredible. Everyone is so helpful and even if there's a long line it moves fast. The waiters waitresses and bust people are on it. Dishes don't pile up on tables. Even though the parking lot is packed and you go in there and the restaurant may be packed You're still going to find a table. I like sitting out on the patio because it's not as noisy as being inside. Now my girlfriend and I have been regular customers of elite bakery on Fair oaks boulevard and that place is also five stars. But Ettore's edges them out because of a larger menu, daily specials and a larger selection of pastries. Plus it's a little cheaper. This is a bad place to go if you're on a diet. But other than that go there and get your grub on. I'm there all the time. You'll probably see me there. This place gets the coveted four pigs.
