I ordered online for dine and still had to wait an extra 15 mins before my order was ready for a sandwich half the side of my plam. I don't go to Panera often so I wanted to try something new . I would not recommend this place

This location never has any blueberry bagels and this is before 10AM! Spoke to management and said it would be 2 hours until next batch was made. Attached are photos of real time frames I've visited restaurant and no bagels in sight

The service here is a little bit slow, but always absolutely phenomenal :) the staff is really nice really helpful and offers. Wonderful recommendations for my 6 year old !! The cleanliness of the place is kind of horrible- the tables aren't wiped and the floors are kinda covered in trash, but at least they keep up with really good service and great food being as low staffed as they are shout out to the girl working tonight, who the old lady yelled at about the dirty booth, you handled that very well. No matter where we wanted to sit, it was inevitable that we had to wipe left over food from the previous guests . The food is great if you're getting soup or a hot sandwich we did get frozen meat in our sandwich previously

Don't think the seats have been cleaned recently.

I'm not sure what has happened to this local Panera but it has gone down hill & it's very disappointing. The last 2 times I've ordered the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich & French Onion soup to go have been subpar. There was only a thin layer of the chicken salad on 3/4 of the sandwich & this was the 2nd time the French Onion Soup had a tablespoon of cheese and no croutons. My friend wanted to try dinner in the restaurant, so we gave it another try. Their saving grace is the Squash Soup, which is my favorite soup - ever. But even then I had to ask for the seeds that go on the soup. And this location is filthy - I guess they don't clean during the day? The drink station was just nasty. The staff was friendly but if the public areas aren't clean it makes you wonder about the cooking areas. I hope they get back to the standards they had when they were first open.

My family and I had this spot to go because it was a little too small and tight for my grandmother who is in a wheelchair. I was disappointed to hear that they were out of vegan pho and I've been craving pho on a gloomy day. They did still had the Vegan Vermicelli Bowl (Vietnamese noodle salad topped with tofu and a side of ginger sauce for $12.95). My non-vegan family had the #4 Pho Bo Vien (Beef meat ball for $14.95), #1 Pho Dac Biet (Thinly sliced beel, brisket, tripe, tendon, and beef meat ball for $16.95), #8 Al-Pho Combination Rice Plate Choose any 2 meats: Pork chop, Chicken, Short ribs for $19.95), and $14.95 #13 Bun Thit Heo Nuong Grilled pork for $14.95. For the pho, additional meat is $2.50, and rice/vermicelli plates for $3. Six piece Al Pho wings were $10.95. They are fried with peanuts and you can choose between two sauces: super spicy ghost chili sauce or hoisin sauce. The prices were affordable especially for the size of the dishes. The staff who took our order were nice and the people in the kitchen worked quick. There are restrooms in the back. They sold cute planters as well. Will be back if we are in the area.

Super attentive, genuinely hardworking, and honestly impressive. I ordered the crispy milkfish (the famous Filipino national fish), and my husband had the chicken skewers. The seasoning was slightly bold, but with rice it was perfectly balanced -- exactly how it should be. At the next table, a group ordered noodles and Crispy Pata. What a generous portion of the food! Let me just say: that pork leg looked like something a medieval barbarian would proudly feast on. Huge. Legendary. Easily enough for four people. This is not a "small portion" place. This is a come hungry, leave very full kind of place -- in the best way. We were curious about the ube ice cream, and they kindly treated us to it. A lovely surprise and a sweet ending. Bonus: Bible verses on the walls made the whole space feel warm and welcoming. Great food, generous portions, kind people. This feels like a place destined to succeed. We'll be back.

The owner uses authentic imported fresh Thai flat rice noodles, the best rices, all ingredients are fresh and well prepared (meat proteins never tough) and their natural meaty flavors come through well. The real standouts to me are their curries: Red, Yellow, Green and Massamun. If you love eggplant, there are several dishes to please. Fresh aromatics, never frozen or dried, so the sauce flavors sing! With food costs soaring since...well, you know when...the owner and cooks still come through with generous portions of delicious favorites. They do a steady business of takeout orders, but you can order ahead by phone or at the convenient kiosk just inside the door. If you have questions, proceed to the counter where you will be taken care of. Service is prompt and pleasant. Side dishes can be ordered to create a varied meal for gatherings. I love that they offer perfectly cooked SHORT grain Brown Rice. I find their pricing has always been fair, even in today's inflation when you consider the care in sourcing and preparing.

The coconut-based soup with combo meat was extremely sweet--so sweet it was impossible to eat--and the meat was dry and unpleasant. The curry was also loaded with sugar. Service is not traditional table service--you order at the cashier when you walk in, then find a seat, and they bring the food to your table. The place is quite small, with only about six tables. Although there are not a lot of vegan options, there were enough to satisfy us, and we were both pleased with what we ordered. The vegan soup-of-the-day was a mushroom-barley. Flavorful and not too salty! Yay. When I saw that the smoothies were made with fruit and fruit juice, no ice/sherbet/fillers I had to order the Peach-O-Rama. Just what I wanted! We also ordered the Hummus Platter (no feta) and the Buddha Burrito (no cheese, sour cream). The hummus was smooth and had just the right amount of garlic. The veggies were fresh and they did not skimp with the pita. The burrito was so good. We should have ordered another one to-go! The young gentleman taking our order was pleasant, charming with all of the customers, and really seemed to enjoy his job, making this an easy 5-star review. Parking is easy, bathrooms are clean, and there was a plenty of seating to choose from.
