The food is tasty, and the self-service is efficient. The interior is comfortable, bright, and clean. Highly recommended.

An alright Panera location. On the positive side, there's plenty of parking here -- though it's a bit challenging to get in, depending on what road you're coming from. The selection of food and general quality is about the same as any other Panera location. In general, this location doesn't feel as well-kept as some other ones. That is, the kiosks aren't always working, the furniture isn't as neatly arranged all the time, and I feel that tables could be wiped down more often. This doesn't prevent me from visiting this spot, but there are other Panera locations I'd choose to spend more time at.

My husband and I went to Panera Bread to get a drink from the Sips Club. We came in and ordered at the kiosk. We got our cup and filled it up and then stayed in the restaurant and visited with some friends for a while. The seating and atmosphere was comfortable. The cafe was clean. I highly recommend Panera Bread in Schaumburg.

Good ole classic Panera! I wanna start out by saying compared to all the other Paneras in the area, this one definitely is the best one! It's a newer location so it's very updated and spacious. I came on a Sunday morning and it was poppin'! It was clean and had a lotttt of tables, lounge areas, and even bar-like seating for people that wanna be alone or work while they eat. Service here was really great and everything came out fast! I waited for around 8 minutes maybe after I ordered. I got the Mediterranean bowl with chicken and it was yummy! It came with quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, olives, arugula, hummus, Greek yogurt, and lemon tahini dressing, plus I added chicken for an extra cost. I love that they have bowls now! I'll definitely be choosing this Panera location over any other ones nearby!

$11 for a sandwich with absolutely nothing in it. Panera has lost their mind. Prime example of what you see if what you don't get. Pictures look incredible yet two strips of bacon that's doesn't even equal the bread. LOL. What joke. Please do yourself a favor and never get BLT. You'll get absolutely lots of lettuce and tomato but that's pretty much about it. And the garlic aioli is disgusting.

The saddest "Mediterranean Veggie" sandwich I've ever seen. This is bleak.

I come here often due to location convenience. I have to have my sandwiches remade every other time because they look like the one I've shared in this photo. Whenever I have any extra instructions (adding avocado or toasting the sandwich, for example) they are rarely ever followed. Made the mistake of ordering togo and didn't have time to have my sandwich remade. The staff is friendly so this is the only reason they aren't getting one star at this point.

Ham Deli Sandwich, Chicken Noodle Soup, and Chips

Food: The chips were delicious and crunchy. The bread bowl is an interesting idea, but the area of bread where the soup touches makes it soggy and mushy. I really don't like that, but there probably isn't any way to solve that problem. A problem that could be solved is that the chicken sandwich is too thick/tall to bite. Panera could make the sandwich slightly thinner. Service: The pagers is a good idea, because you will know when your food is ready quickly. The employees were helpful and helped me find the food pick-up place. Good service! Ambiance: I would've picked a comfy seat by the windows, but there were a lot of crumbs on them and others as well. Could use a little more cleaning. Everything else is clean, thankfully. I really wanted to give this place 3.5 stars, but I had to choose between 4 & 3.

Never go back!! Her and her manger both have attitude with me cuz they don't have all the ingredients for the sandwiches.

It really must be hard times in the restaurant business to resort to getting help like this. I cannot recommend this play and I will not be going back. Maybe the original shop in the city is better. The sandwich itself won't be reviewed bc of the bitterness and rush in which I came to write this review.

I ordered the Greek Chicken with their lemon-butter rice. They debone the chicken and serve atop a mountain of their rice. If also had their potatoes (which are good) but the rice is magical. Since there was a total of 11 and the seating is first come first serve, we decided to call to see if they had reservations. They did take our name and reserved a table. When we arrived we noticed a table was reserved and we were informed that it was our table. We sat and looked over the menus. When we were ready my 2 boys and I went up to place our order. My one son has major allergies so we spoke to the chef and he came back out to recommend the dishes he can have. It was great that he did so and gave us confidence that my son would be able to eat without worrying too much about the ingredients. I ordered the Shrimp Kalamakia with a side of the Greek Rice. My son with the allergies ordered the Pork Kalamakia with Greek Rice and no pita, my other son ordered the Traditional Pork Gyro with Greek Rice. The sides we ordered: Saganaki Fritters and Spanakopitakia. My son that ordered the Pork Kalamakia devoured it. He said it was tender and juicy and probably could have eaten 4 skewers. My Shrimp Kalamakia was nicely charred and seasoned, I squeezed some lemon and it provided a nice tang over the seasoning. The Lemon rice pilaf was soft and cook just right and was nicely balanced. I had one Saganaki Ball and it was delicious. My son had the Pork Gyros said it was really good and the Tzatziki sauce was creamy and rich with flavors. My in-laws bought the table desserts and I got the Baklava and my wife got Loukoumades (Greek Donuts with Nutella) and both did not disappoint. I really loved the citrus honey syrup in the Baklava. The Loukoumades had a crispy shell and nice a fluffy on the inside and the Nutella amount was perfect. This place is very good and well worth the price in my opinion. I loved the fact that they took the time to make sure my son with allergies was safe.

Thankfully, Phat Phat stepped in to fill that gap. We drove 30 miles for a late lunch around 2:30 p.m. to hopefully beat the crowds. There's a huge parking lot in the back, the building itself is incredibly unique, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. It feels modern while still being warm and inviting. We wanted to try a variety of dishes, so we ordered two baskets of the Shanghai Soup Dumplings, the Enoki Mushroom appetizer, Chicken Fried Rice, Phat Phat Chicken, Nasi Campur, and finished the meal with the Mango Sago. Everything was incredible. The soup dumplings definitely filled the void that Din Tai Fung left behind. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served piping hot. The Mango Sago was the perfect palate cleanser and a refreshing way to end the meal on a hot summer day. The standout for me was the Enoki Mushroom appetizer. That will be a must-order every time we come back. We also have Indonesian family and have visited Bali, so we were excited to try the Nasi Campur. It was spot on. The satay is another must-order in my opinion. Our waiter was kind and attentive, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming and pleasant. She continued to object and made a big production of making a phone call to find out if they'd let her honor the advertisement. She couldn't reach whoever she was calling, and told us in an annoyed tone that she'd honor it THIS TIME, indicating that we shouldn't bother returning to take advantage of the deal the store is advertising. The whole experience was very off-putting and I think customers and corporate need to be aware that locations may not be honoring the promos that are being blasted out in sponsored ads. My friend and I each drove 30 minutes for lunch and chose our restaurant solely based on this offer. The food was good, but the awful customer service definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. They have quite an extensive menu offering both Korean & Chinese entrees. It was tough deciding what to choose but we ended up ordered the Jjampong + Jjajangmyeon combo, Pork & Stir-Fried Squid, Galbitang, and Soy Garlic Fried Chicken (Bone-in). Out of everything, the Jjajangmyeon was the clear standout. The flavor was so good that I'd honestly come back just for that alone. Absolute comfort food. The Jjampong didn't quite hit for me -- it wasn't bad, but it felt a little bland and lacked the umami I usually look for. I've had better elsewhere, so I'd probably skip that next time. Similarly the Pork & Squid stir fry just didn't pack the right punch for me so I would pass too. Other highlights were definitely the Soy Garlic Fried Chicken and Galbitang. The chicken was packed with flavor, perfectly crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside -- a must-order. The Galbitang was comforting and hearty, with about four bones in the soup, super tender meat, and a clean, soothing broth. The space itself is small with only four tables, and we lucked out getting one. It has such a cozy, homey feel -- like you're sitting in her kitchen while she cooks you a homemade Korean meal. Service was excellent too; they checked in often and kept our drinks refilled. Overall, a great start to my 2026 food reviews. I'll definitely be back -- especially for that Jjajangmyeon and Soy Garlic Fried Chicken. I can't wait to try more of their dishes.
