I never had any problems with this Panera. Went during breakfast time and ordered a Mediterranean egg white sandwich and the person who took the order gave me the wrong regular cold Mediterranean sandwich from all day menu. I called the manager explaining how the term "Mediterranean" confused the person who took the order and the manager didn't even offer to correct the mistake or offer any credit for the future. This is my last visit to this Panera. I would rather have something at home than pay for something that I didn't even order. read more

Came on here to find a place to eat for dinner tonight, but glad I stumbled upon these Panera reviews. I definitely have to agree! I come here for lunch/coffee often, and will stay awhile and study for a few hours. I notice that the manager/staff will pick up other customers plates and dishes, but will not pick up mine. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER! If I stay for a few hours, I most definitely buy lunch, a coffee or tea, and then usually a snack. I usually get soup and a Cobb Salad. I have had better cobb salad at other Panera stores. They seem to skimp on the lettuce (the cheapest part) and it looks pathetic. read more

Came to this Panera for breakfast this morning. The cashier was polite enough, we ordered about $50 worth of food and proceeded to wait for our meal. Our meal was delivered to our table and it came sloppy. I order the same meal every single time I eat at Panera, so I am very aware of what my meal should look like. When I order a salad with no pecans, you'd think that they'd pay very close attention as but allergies are quite common, but low and behold my salad was riddled with pecans. My frontega chicken has no basil and I'm unsure of what type of cheese was on it. Having been to Panera plenty of times, we simply asked for the sandwich to be remade as it was rushed, sloppy, and did not include the ingredients that we normally offer. We did not even mention that the salad had pecans included. The chef must have been in some sort of mood at 12 in the afternoon because she refused to remake the sloppy sandwich. We ended up having to have the sandwich refunded as she continued to refuse to make a new sandwich. I'm baffled that refusing your customers a simple service is acceptable, but no one seemed to bat an eye when the chef threw a stink about making a sandwich that takes less than 3 mins to remake. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this store read more

I haven't been here for awhile and my order got messed up twice. Even the Manager mess up my order. I only asked for 2 orders of pick 2..Cuban sandwich n broccoli soup. This is a really nice Penera the people that work there are very very friendly I've been going in there for about a year but only been in there a few times I normally go to the one Vegas when I'm at my Vegas house I spend more time there so it's easier but here there is a remarkably different with the service by the employees it's kind of weird they're almost too nice Parking may be a little tricky sometimes it depends on what time of the day that you go But it is in and out at this location is surrounded by a Verizon and a Cosco and Michael's so it's a busy strip mall Food is always good I just can't believe that this particular Penera put onions in there Cobb salad onion does not belong in a Cobb salad in the past two times that I've been there I've had to return it I have a really bad allergy to onions And I usually ask if there are onions in the soups before I get them they had a new corn chowder but there was peppers in it no onions so when I asked for the salad I was a little perplexed that the kid forgot that I was allergic to onions and didn't tell me it was inside of the Cobb salad I don't know why anyone would want to spice up a Cobb salad and not have a traditional They already spice it up with their weird green dressing which I'm not that crazy over Outdoor seating is nice At my regular Las Vegas Panera bread shops it is a little too hot to sit outside at times so this was nice read more

2 stars go to the pumpkin muffin and employee who helped me. I did not have any issues with either one. What I did have an issue with was the Mediterranean egg white sandwich and cleanliness of the bathroom. The sandwich was completely soggy. It was slopped together in a way that the egg was halfway outside of the bread and the bread was all mush. So unappetizing. Their bathroom had 2 different stalls with pee all over the seats. I know they can't constantly monitor and clean the bathroom every second but this was right after they opened. It is unfortunate that there is not much else open in this area at this time of the day. read more

Like baseball I give businesses three tries before I call, strikeout. May be a little harsh but as a cook in the past I require some professionalism and the food has to be good and consistent. Pretty dirty place recently. Good training is needed throughout. A couple smiles. Attitudes as well with other customers complaing about their order, while in store. That was the once we went there. Food quantity on items are inconsistent. Sandwiches came with everything clumped in the middle, twice. Bread hard or burnt, twice. Large danish ring was stale, twice. Soup was inconsisent when bought two different times, two different textures and flavor. We were called once for an item they ran out of. Delivery, 40 minutes and 1 hour 45 minutes, two different deliveries. We didn't look at reviews here or anywhere until the third delivery today at 2 hours 15 minutes looking for their phone number, calling is another story in itself. Third strike from me here now. Food was limp at best, and hot item was cold. $40 for two people, more is expected here. Going to go elsewhere as others we have tried were alot nicer and more consistent. read more

We are loyal customers being Secaucus residents but seems everyone I order if I need to track it or follow up why it's not delivered no one picks the phone .. they keep picking up and disconnecting the line and you will just keep waiting because there is no other way to track the order from their website or app. Really disgusting and frustrating when whole family is sitting hungry. After enjoying a nice of shopping with family we decided to stop by this Panera bread for some lunch. We were greeted by a kind hostess. We placed our order and sat outside in the seats they had since it was a nice day. I like this location because they bring the food to you and are very attentive on if your food is good and if you need anything else. I've had bad experiences other Panera's but this one is the best. As I've mentioned in previous reviews, working in the Secaucus area leaves much to be desired food wise. As far as soulless corporate chains go, you could do a hell of a lot worse than Panera. The food here is consistently pretty good (and fresh), the service is great, and the free wifi? Don't mind if I do. Nothing here will blow you away, but it's a great place to go when you want to eat (faux) healthy and a great alternative to working from home. read more

I love their food. But everytime I order with the usual lady with blonde hair and man face, she messes up my order all the time. She has been there for a long time. But it never fails, I ask for the same few things all the time, I have to always check before I leave, then ask for them to get it right. Today I was so upset, I did not check order and I get back to work to find out she did it again. I called up to complain this time and got to speak to a mgr Jose who was very nice and apologetic. I will NOT be going to this Panera franchise again. I am a panera lover but during this particular visit probably 2 weeks ago the I found a hair in my salad. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he instantly gave me a refund and apologized. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, no harm done.... as I was finishing my soup I went to grab my bread and found another hair on my tray. Cobb Salad, is great, employees are always helpful and I love that you can sit in here all day and roam the internet. I go here sometimes just to do that and get away from it "all". they now have delivery for a fee and have changed their menu with the season, good option if you get bore with the current one. After eating at different Panera Bread locations in my area I must say this is by far my most favorite location, not because of the food but because of the service. After being to 2 other locations I've noticed that this is the only location that brings your order to your table when you dine in. You order, then you get a pager and just place the pager on the table and they bring your order to you. Other locations did have the same pager system but they did not put it into use, they would just scream your name and you would have to walk up to get your order. Another thing that really stands out at the specific location is the management and the staff, I did have issues with my Panera rewards on two separate occasion but the management took care of it with no questions asked and no hassle. The quality of the food is consistently great and the staff are extremely friendly, I absolutely love this place and the great customer service and i can guarantee that i cannot give another Panera Bread Location as good of a review as this one. read more

I absolutely enjoy the soufflé from here for breakfast. At this location the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Today we got the four cheese and spinach and artichoke soufflé. Both were excellent! I like coming to panera for a quick lunch, free wifi for doing some work, and their Asiago bread. Will definitely be back - just wish they would serve breakfast later during the week and weekends. read more
